Each provided service is guaranteed to include pet care consisting of at least 1-2 walks, play, fresh water, and medical care, feeding, and a litter box detail (for feline friends) as asked for or needed varying by service. Full day services for house sitting can include basic housekeeping upon request such as light vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, and mopping. SHE WAS AWESOME!!!! Would 10000% hire her again to walk my babies. She went above and beyond in every step of the process for my 2 dogs. She was very kind and responded very quickly and with professionalism. Both of my dogs are super leash reactive and she had no issues handling them. One of my dogs is also a pain to get back in the crate, and she did great putting them away. I could tell in the photos and notes she left for me that she really cares about my pets! Sam was wonderful to work with! Pepper is a little cautious around new people (she prefers to conduct interviews from under the bed 😄), and Sam was patient, kind, and respectful of her pace. Communication was excellent, and when Pepper unexpectedly got sick and we had to cancel the remaining walks, Sam was incredibly understanding and compassionate. We really appreciate her professionalism and look forward to working with her again when Pepper is back in Vista.
Katherine did an excellent job caring for my pup kiwi! Kiwi has a lot of quirks, and Katherine accepted all of them with open arms. She was also able to give kiwi her medication after the walk, so I was very appreciative of that as well. She responded quickly and was very kind. Will definitely be booking again!
BEST DOG SITTER/WALKER EVER!!! My dog adored her and she took the happiest photos of my pup. I don’t know how she does it, but my dog looked as happy as the day I brought her home! She took her time, extending the walk free of charge and she made the most of it, playing catch and walking far! They must’ve gone on some epic hike because they both came back out of breath lol. Matt was amazing with our three pit bulls!!! The are usually very cautious especially with men, but there was something special about him that they we drawn to. They felt very at ease with him! He interacted very well with the fur babies and my husband and I! He’s very professional, punctual, and such a friendly and warm demeanor. We look forward to him joining the pack!
I had to travel but didn't want to kennel my two senior dogs as they are rescues and didn't do well in shelter. I decided to check out Rover and took the plunge to message Madison.
