About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life and caring for them is something I genuinely love!! I previously worked at an emergency and specialty hospital for animals where I gained experience caring for dogs with a wide variety of personalities, needs, and temperaments. That experience taught me how important patience, attentiveness, and understanding are when caring for someone’s pet. I’m comfortable around young, energetic, nervous, shy, senior, and high-maintenance dogs. I’m very attentive to changes in behavior or anything that may indicate a pet isn’t feeling like themselves. I understand that every dog has their own routine and personality, and I’m happy to follow their usual schedule and give them the individual attention they’re used to. Most importantly, I treat every dog in my care like they’re my own. I want both pets and their owners to feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while they’re apart. I currently work a part time job at a restaurant in downtown Oceanside and my shifts are only up to 5 hours at a time. So I have a pretty flexible schedule that can be easy to work around! When caring for pets in their own home, my goal is to keep them comfortable and maintain the routine they’re already familiar with. I’ll take the time to learn their normal feeding schedule, walk and potty routine, personality, preferences, and any special instructions from their owner. I’ll provide plenty of attention, playtime, walks, cuddles, and companionship while making sure they’re safe and comfortable in their own space. I’m also very attentive to changes in behavior or anything that seems unusual, and I’ll keep owners updated with photos and messages so they can feel reassured while they’re away. I want your pets to feel like they’re spending time with someone they can trust, rather than simply being checked on while you’re gone!

About: My husband has taken care of dogs since he was 5. We adopted a cute bichon in 2022, and he is so friendly and adorable. We want to make him more friends. Please let me know if you need a dog sitter. We are flexible throughout the week and can have at least one of us at home. We have a dog park nearby, and we can walk your dog as much as you love to. We also have a cute doggo at home, and they can play with each other! We have a bichon that lives his best life as we are flexible with working remotely and regularly take him on walks around the parks. I have a bichon in a townhouse that is quiet and nice to walk around with the dogs. We have a small yard area and lots of greenery in the front.

About: I've done pet sitting throughout my life as well as a 20 year cat owner. Our cat just passed and we are really missing having an animal in the house. Our home always has humans roaming around. We have different schedules and our 2 teenage children are homeschooling so there is always energy and fun. Our downstairs is hardwood so there would be no problems with accidents or allergens, there would also be ample space and a beautiful, enclosed yard.

About: As a young girl, I have always had a special connection with pets, our pets make a bad day turn into an amazing day. I've always helped take care of my family's dogs by walking, feeding, and lots of TLC. Many will say that animals are just pets but to me our pets are family and they deserve just as much love and attention as humans if not more! Being part of the USMC we have service dogs on base that I take part of taking care of, part of my weekly routine is walking, bathing them, making sure they are fed, and getting them a little liberty by taking them out in town and playing with their favorite toys. When it comes to pet care I take it very seriously and gently at the same time, I want to make sure that the customers are pleased with being able to leave their dog or family with me to know that I will follow all instructions thoughtfully and with care.
