I work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule. I can take a long lunch and walk/check in on your animals. I have pretty open availability to visit evenings and weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
Walking a dog is a great way to bond and give the pet some sunshine and exercise. I don't mind spending a good amount of time playing with the dog and make sure their needs are met. I am used to having my dog be a picky pee spot picker, so I have a lot of patience.
Information Eric C. would like to know about your pet
How does your dog do at the park? Do they do well off leash for ball retrieval? What are some of their common triggers I should be aware of?
A typical day
First thing is to greet the dog in a friendly respectful way, allowing them to choose the interaction, then follow up with a treat and some petting. Then leash and a nice walk and chance to soak up all the interesting smells. Maybe throw a ball around depending on the temperament of the animal.

Pet care experience
Been taking care of roommates, friends and my own pets since college in 2009. I have fostered a special needs dog that was deaf, diabetic and had cataracts, she needed insulin injections with every meal. I adopted 2 awesome dogs, one of them has been through 2 ACL surgeries and lives with Cushing's.
