I am a first time Rover user and Claudia provided amazing service, and a great experience overall. I felt comfortable leaving my senior cat in her care, and definitely recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter...thanks again!

As a Rover provider myself, I am very grateful that Claudia could drop in on our kitties with only few days notice, especially because I know that last minute requests can be hard to accommodate, but we unfortunately will not be using her again. I booked her because both our normal sitter and our backup sitter were out of town, and Claudia had so many raving reviews, so we thought our pets would be in great hands, but we were very disappointed with our experience. Her care did not live up to the previous reviews at all. We had a meet and greet with her before booking and she hardly interacted with our kitties or paid them much mind. We tried to look past this, and we just tried to be very articulate with care instructions and communicate how we like detailed updates so we know they are acting normal. While it seems like she followed the basic care instructions, only one to two sentences were provided each visit and we could not tell if they were really being played with in the photos. Our cats were abnormally ornery when we got home and even she mentioned that they had broken into the treat drawer overnight, so this leads me to believe that they really did not get ample, interactive play during her visits at all. We just did not feel like we really had peace of mind and that our cats were well cared for. Her higher price point and ample reviews on Rover did not reflect the bare minimum care and service that it felt us and our pets received. I would not recommend, especially if you are an anxious cat owner like me who wants an upbeat, interactive pet sitter that can give you peace of mind.

Claudia did an amazing job with Fuji during his drop-in visit! My biggest concern was leaving him home while I was at work all day and worrying that he would feel anxious or not get enough exercise, but she completely put my mind at ease. She was so caring, attentive, and made sure he got the activity and attention he needed. Fuji was happy and relaxed when I got home, which says everything. I really appreciated the updates and knowing he was in such good hands. Highly recommend Claudia to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and compassionate to care for their pets!
