About: I can adapt to certain circumstances and I’ll love them just as much as mine. However difficult or easy your animal is, I will always give my best. I LOVE taking care of animals so much that I willingly devote time just for them. I work part-time when I need something to do, but I just graduated so my summer is free! If staying at my house, there will be two other dogs there. Most likely they will not interact just for comfort and peace within my home.

I have trained, exercised, fed, and loved five dogs of our own over 25 years....Dogs of shapes and sizes and activity level. I am active so I can get your furry friends out for walks snow, rain or sunshine! I have a shepherd that we rescued at 8 months from the SPCA and he was poorly trained. I took him to a training class. Do to his energy level I get him out every morning for a two mile hike. He also enjoys ball time and stick throwing. I am now a retired nurse and would love to spend my free time with your furry family members. I have a fenced yard but also live close to lots of open space for my dog to run off leash. I can walk your pets in your neighborhood, throw their favorite toy to them, feed and play with them.

About: I have hands on experience working at a doggy daycare, where I cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. In addition to dogs, I have experience handling and caring for cats and small animals, including rodents. Pet care is an important and fulfilling part of my weekly routine. I work a job, so I’m fully available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If there is a change, I will notify you. On the other days, I can provide care between the hours of 7- 10 PM. I make sure to plan my schedule carefully, so both of our schedules align and so I can give pets the time, attention, and consistency they need. When caring for pets in their own home, I make it a priority to keep them comfortable by following their usual routine... feeding, walks, playtime, medications, and more. I give them as much love and affection as I would my own, always aiming to keep their tails wagging, etc. I treat every home with respect and make sure it stays secure and clean. I also send regular updates and photos to the owners so they can feel at ease, knowing their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for.

I have anxiety and my cat Brian has separation anxiety as well- I work from home and especially with the pandemic he has not spent a lot of time alone, this was his first time without my senior cat who he loves more than anything who is traveling with me (I couldn’t take them both on the plane with me as much as it broke my heart). I was so worried about leaving him alone with a sitter for the first time and worried about how much I would miss him too. From the second I messaged Anna I felt at ease and knew my little boy would be in the best hands possible. From the first visit, even though I knew she would take amazing care of him just from our initial conversations during which she was incredibly thorough and just amazing energy. She is extremely communicative and kind and has gone above and beyond in literally every way. I feel immensely lucky to have found a new best friend for Brian who she has treated with so much love and care, by the amazing pictures she has shared it is really special to see the bond they have formed in a short amount of time. He is OBSESSED with her. I cannot even begin to express how much love and care she has showed him-she truly has a special gift for animals that is unmatched. She has brought her own toys which he has LOVED, has gotten to know his quirks, she even brought him (of course she asked first to make sure it was ok) a cupcake for Christmas. She has helped with small things around the house without asking, she even offered to bring her own nail clippers and cut his nails. I hate cutting his nails!!! I look forward to her updates every single day and cannot express how wonderful it feels to know that he is not just “okay”, he is truly having the time of his life with her. She is amazing. No amount of money can fully express my graditude for her and how lucky I feel to have found such a special person and not just a new friend for Brian, but for me too.
