As he recovered from his vet visit, he required constant care which involved multiple check-ins a day, monitoring how often he drank water, ate his food, and used the litter box. He also needed to be given 3 different medications on different time schedules, 2 of which required being administered with a syringe in his mouth. Danika was able to do all of this and even texted us updates after each visit to let us know how things were going. About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was 10 years old. Starting with walking my neighbors dog. Once I was able to drive I would do overnights with the families dog, that I babysat for. Small dogs, big dogs and even cats. Your little fur baby will be in great hands! I’m currently working full time. I can walk/ drop in Monday -Friday mornings at 7am and I’m available after work at 5:30pm for evening for walks/drop ins. The weekends are more flexible with time for walks and drop ins. I will be needing to pet sit at the location since I cannot have pets in my current house. I have only done pet sitting at the clients houses for the last 16 years. It makes for a better stay, the animals are not overwhelmed and happy to be in their own home.
About: I’ve always had dogs in my home, I have 6 right now and my dog daisy is my best friend! I have experience lots of experience with puppies and pregnant dogs because we bred my standard golden doodle twice and my mini schnauzer twice. The schnauzers puppies struggled so I had to administer medicine and watch them closely. I have also watched many older dogs that require medication and lots of attention. I really love meeting new dogs and caring for them. I am a junior at the University of Nevada, Reno and I nanny during the school year for 3 hours 4 days a week. This job works very well with dogsitting because I am available to let the dogs out at least every 4 hours and it’s not everyday so I can still spend a lot of time with your animals.
