About: With over 20 years of dog ownership under my belt—from giant breeds to my current pair of cheeky schnauzers—I truly understand what dogs need to feel safe, happy, and loved. ❤️💙 My husband and I both work from home in a detached house with a secure garden, so the dogs can potter in and out as they please throughout the day. We’ve also got two kids who absolutely adore dogs, and we’re lucky to have beautiful fields and woodland just around the corner—perfect for long walks, sniffing adventures, and the occasional case of the zoomies! 😁 Whether you’re off on holiday, need some help during the workweek, or just looking for a one-off walk, your dog will be treated like one of our own while they’re here. Expect plenty of cuddles, playtime, and fresh air. Just a heads-up: we ask that dogs are friendly and safe around children. We give dogs lots of love—but we don’t humanise them. They’re part of the pack here, and they know their place. Also, no table scraps—sorry, pups! I work from home, so I’m around all day to provide company, toilet breaks, walks, and lots of attention. My own dogs are part of the family, and I build my day around both —from morning walks in the nearby fields to quiet rest time while I work, and playtime in the garden. In my home, safety and trust come first. I only take in a 1-2 dogs at a time to ensure each one gets plenty of attention and care. Our detached house has a secure garden for safe outdoor play. I supervise all introductions with my own two friendly schnauzers and make sure everyone is comfortable. Inside, dogs have access to cosy resting spots, clean water, and lots of affection. I follow any routines or rules provided by the owner and keep you updated with regular messages and photos—your dog will be treated like one of the family.

About: I’ve had dogs since childhood from Chihuahuas, Cavaliers, German Shepards and currently our Dogs Trust boy Simba who is a husky/german Shepard cross. To us a house is not a home without a dog and they are family members. I worked in a dog and cat hospital for over 2 years so have additional knowledge and know what to look out for medically and can issue medication. Whilst there I used to give weekend foster care to a paraplegic daschound for the weekend and also an epileptic cavalier who had fits where I administered medication. Simba is just turned 2 so we have just done the puppy years and he also has seperation anxiety so there is almost always someone home whilst we work on this. He loves to have a friend to play with. Both my husband Gary and myself have had and looked after lots of doggies providing a safe and loved environment. We have also previously provided ay care to a doggy for over a year but his owner unfortunately became poorly so was able to stay home with him and we kept up regular visits I work from home 2 days a week and my husband Gary has his days off in the week so between us we are home most of the time. We have a lovely big fenced garden for toilet needs first thing and then fit in walks during the day/evening depending on what the weather is like so for example if it’s very hot we leave the walk until later in the day when it has cooled down All pets will be treated like they are our own. Given love and respect and make the time they are away from their family as stress free as possible. All tracing needs will be kept going and try to limit the change

“This is my first time ever leaving my boy in someone else's care, so you can imagine how anxious I was feeling. Quite quickly, at our initial pre-booking meet, Jessie put me at ease. I found her to be incredibly knowledgeable about dogs, reassuring, confident and very caring. I knew I had found the right person to take good care of him! Mace stayed with Jessie for a day, to get him familiarised for his upcoming boarding It went very well and she kept me updated throughout. Based on this one-day stay I would recommend Jessie.”

SHRIYA L.
“I've known Shriya for a number of years. She has diligently looked after her own pets, friend's cats, and stray animals in the community where we lived. She's a responsible pet caregiver who will always take necessary steps to ensure the comfort, ease, and happiness of the pet/animal she is interacting with. Further, she understands that every animal and family is unique - and rather than impose her own ideology of care, she respects and adheres to the plan mapped out by a pet's humans. She is trustworthy and anyone who is traveling or at work would have peace of mind to leave their animal in her care.”

She had her own dog (Teddy) who was a lovely Husky .She understands completely what is needed to look after dogs including their feeding.grooming and essential exercise. I know she is keen to experience contact with dogs again but now has a responsible job and small flat that means caring for dogs part time might be a better option for her rather than getting her own dog again.”
