Over the years, I’ve regularly pet sat for three different families, looking after a variety of dogs with different personalities and needs, including a nervous and reactive dog. I also have two Labradoodles of my own—one we rescued and one we’ve had since he was a puppy—so I’m very used to energetic walks, playtime, and keeping dogs happy and entertained. When my parents go on holiday, I also look after their dogs, so I’m experienced in caring for multiple dogs and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well loved while their owners are away. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, sticking to their usual routine, or simply giving them plenty of cuddles and attention, I’ll care for your dog as if they were my own. After all, dog cuddles always come first! I’m currently on my six-week summer break, so I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for your pets. I’m available during the day for walks and drop-in visits, and I’m also available for overnight stays when needed. I’m flexible and happy to work around your pet’s usual routine, making sure they receive the care, attention, exercise, and affection they need while you’re away. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness will always be my top priority. I understand how important it is to keep their routine as normal as possible, so I’ll follow your instructions carefully, from feeding and walks to medication and bedtime routines. “What can we say about Martina very friendly and professional went above and beyond really especially for the times she arrived to care for Daisy. Martina is lovely and was very good with Daisy who appeared very happy in the photos that Martina sent to us which reassured us she was being well looked after and Daisy had plenty of excercise. Daisy is very much in the moment when walked Martina was unfazed by this and has taught her some great manners so thanks for that. Daisy loved Martina and had a great time and she was looking for her this morning when we got up so that's a big plus. It was the first time we had left Daisy so was slightly nervous but there was no need she was in good hands and I will definitely be asking for Martina next time we plan a trip. “Stephanie was great with the animals- we had a meet and greet with her (particularly as our dog is a little nervous of new people, so we prefer to introduce in advance) and they both took to her (more than they typically would with new people). She arrived for the sit as agreed, and it seems like the animals were taken good care of. They were very comfortable around Stephanie when we got back, and it was clear Bertie had had some good walks with her. The house was also left in good condition, very neat and tidy and Stephanie had even put her sheets on to wash. Communication could have been a little better and this would be the only (slight) negative from our side. Both in run up to the sit coordinating arrival/ times for the sit when response was delayed (making us slightly nervous so close to travel dates) and during the sit. Ultimately though Stephanie came as planned and the animals were looked after, more updates would just have been good to feel confident and relaxed that everything was going well. We’d be happy to have Stephanie again.”
