“We booked Jacki to check in on our 2 dogs while we both had to go away for the day. They both loved Jacki's visits and she took plenty of photos so we knew they were both safe and happy!”

“Dan and Nali got on with each other from the start. Dan arrived when booked, and looked after Nali as we’d asked - including playing with him in the house, as Nali doesn’t “do wet” and refused to stay in the garden! We’re planning to use Dan again, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan to other owners, as he obviously has an understanding of a dogs needs.”

“Leticia was amazing with our dog, met him before hand and was very reassuring. Kept in touch with plenty of detail at each visit and sent lots of photos. We felt reassured knowing our dog was in safe hands and will definitely be asking her to look after him again. Thank you 😊”

“Rosie is very lovely and trustworthy! She sent me daily updates with pictures of my cat Maeva, she followed all care instructions and went above and beyond for her over the festive period. I felt Maeva was very well looked after. Rosie even noticed we were going to miss bin collection day and put them out for us! Thank you - so happy to have found someone like you locally to us!”

“Rosie is a great sitter and a safe pair of hands. She helped me looking after Rudi in a difficult time and with very short notice. I'm grateful for her help and would recommend her to anybody needing high quality and attentive pet care. Thank you so much Rosie.”

“Very happy with the communication and care from Amber. Received lovely updates and pictures daily which is reassuring when on holiday. Would definitely book again.”

About: I've grown up in a dog rescue household and learnt a huge amount from my mum who worked for many dog charities, alongside being a dog trainer and groomer. Ive always been involved in training rescue dogs from a young age with the numerous amount of dogs that would come through our household every year. My partner has also grown up with dogs and cats and loves to regularly take her parents dog for long walks. I work from home every day and my partner (Sabrina) works from home 50% of the time. We're often free on weekends and love to get out for walks. We're very trustworthy and from owning dogs growing up, we understand that a pet is a family member and not just an animal. We have a garden with 6ft fences and a locked gate.

About: We've had dogs all our life. We regularly look after a mix of cockapoos and Jack Russles for our close family (Bertie, Pepper, Goose and Peggy). Would love a dog of our own but lifestyle limits the consistent commitment. Laura, she works from home at the start and tail end of the week. Sam, he is often around on the weekends and evenings. We are very active people who love walks as well as cuddles. We have a fenced garden. Wood floors and a comfy sofa! Plenty of walking routes near by including open fields (if dog is ok off lead).

About: I have been a pet owner since I was a child and can't pass by an animal without having some contact. I am friendly and caring but I take my responsibilities seriously. I recently lost my 14 year old dog and my 15 year old cat which has left a massive void. I don't feel, at this stage, I want to rush out and fill the void with another pet. Instead, I would like to take this opportunity, whilst I have a bit more free time, to help other pet owners. I know how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your pet and I am happy to provide a service, tailor made, to your requirements and the specific needs of your animal. I am semi retired and not in employment at the present time. I have plenty of time to fit in pet care during the week or weekend. As I will be caring for your pet in your home/garden, I will require full details of your pet's daily routine and areas to pay particular attention.

About: I’ve cared for animals my entire life, looking after everything from pigs and goats to countless dogs and cats. For decades, friends, family, and neighbours have trusted me to care for their pets, whether that’s daily visits, longer stays, or simply making sure they feel safe and loved while their owners are away. I have experience with rescue, nervous, and anxious dogs, and I take the time to build trust, offering calm reassurance and a gentle approach. I’m confident caring for pets of all ages, from lively puppies (I’ve done plenty of puppy training and will soon be welcoming my own) to older pets who need a slower pace, I also have experience with dogs who have special needs. I’m comfortable giving pills and drops, handling special diets, and providing basic grooming like brushing and paw wiping. I also drive and have a crate, meaning I can safely handle vet trips or emergencies if needed. I have a warm, loving environment and I am confident with dogs of all shapes, sizes and age. My key concern is that you are confident that when I look after your pet, it will be happy, safe and well looked after. I look forward to meeting with you and your pet! I work part time and from home during some of this. There are days I am not working where we can take day trips or spend a relaxed day at home in the large garden. I am able to have long walks and fit in smaller breaks during the day if it is a day I am working from home. Your pet will have a good balance of plenty of attention and exercise as well as much needed rest and calm. Please feel free to ask me more questions about this as we live a very flexible and the animals in our life are a priority. I have an enhanced DBS status (updated through my work with vulnerable adult and children). My home has one older teenager (studying animal management) and my husband. They will not be responsible for the care of your pet, however, as I have often had lots of different animals to look after they are comfortable with having them around. I have a large garden which is fenced all sides. If you like I have a large crate I can use to offer your pet its own calm space. I also have lots of enrichment items so your beloved pet will get physical and mental exercise as well as lots of care and attention including some agility equipment. Currently no other pets although we will be adding to my family soon. I am a firm believer in ensuring our beautiful pets need lots of love, care, exercise with a decent balance of calm and rest and that the humans in their life are key to facilitating this offering calm and balanced leadership, positive reinforcement and patience.

About: I have taken care of dogs for years both family friends. I work shifts so have loads of spare time to give to a dog. I work 4 on 4 off so I have plenty of time to walk and run with dogs. I and happy to do drop in visits too. I do not offer pet boarding in my house at the moment. I will be happy to walk all dogs regardless of size both on and off the lead depending on your preference.

“Hannah is excellent with Louie. She's flexible with her visits and is extremely trustworthy. Using her for the whole of July on a weekly basis.”

“Abi was great taking care of our cat Maggie during both our summer holidays! She is friendly, reliable and Maggie bonded with her straight away… she kept us updated daily with lots of pics and messages and we are so happy we found her”

About: We’ve always had a family dog whilst I was growing up. I’ve done lots of dog walks and recently I’ve been dog sitting my friends dogs whilst they’re away. I would love a dog of my own but unfortunately I can’t at the moment so very keen to help others with pet care :) I am able to work from home on Fridays and either Monday/Thursday so I can do dog walks or drop ins on those days during the day. I would be available after work and weekends if preplanned. I have a fenced garden and no other pets staying in the home. I am happy to look after your pet however you like but would require their things such as beds / crates if required for boarding.

About: Hello! Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Growing up with dogs and taking care of them since my teenage years taught me so much about their quirky personalities and what makes them happy. For the last 5 years, I have provided Dog Walking and Pet Sitter services to family and friends which is something I love to do. I take pride in offering reliable, compassionate care, ensuring all pets feel loved, safe and happy. I currently work from home except for Tuesdays so pet care fits into my schedule perfectly. I am available most mornings and evenings, happy to discuss times that work for us both! I have no pets or children at home so my home would be free for your pet to have its own space, my garden is fenced both sides so it is very secure. Any other questions, please feel free to ask 😃

“Ooh my god we coudnt of asked for a better person to look after our dog, as this was my first time using the app I had really low expectations, the minimal one would say. But I was flabbergasted as joe went above and beyond to make sure my dog was fed and had lots of exercise. She took some glorious photos capturing my dogs absolute joy to be out and about and taken to a new place to run about and stretch his legs. I coudnt not think of a single negative thing as she put my worries and anxiety at ease as she sent photos everyday updating me about my dogs care”

About: I have always loved animals. My grandparents used to have a farm so I have experience with lots of animals. I used to keep many pets as a child. We have a four year old dog-friendly Pomeranian girl called Stella so I can ONLY help look after small or medium-sized dog breeds either female or neutered male who are friendlly with toy breeds. I work part-time in a nursery 3 days a week and have weekends, Mondays and Fridays off so I could give the dog my full attention then. My husband works from home so he can take care of the dogs when I am at work. We own a 4 bedroom detached house with a good size garden near a large park. I have two teenaged children and they love animals and long walks. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Kind regards, Marketa My husband works from home on the days that I work, so my dog and your dog would never be left alone for more than few hours at a time when my husband needs to go shopping for example. We have a fenced, good sized garden and 4 bedroom detached spacious home and a teenage children who adore animals and help with dog walking.

“Tom is a fantastic dog sitter. He's responsible, friendly, and loves dogs—what more could you want? Tashana S.
“Dear Rover.com Tashana has worked for me particularly when I’m away due to work or away on holiday. Tashana has a natural love for dogs and works very well with my pet. I have a Staffordshire bull terrier who is ultra friendly and a little excitable however Tashana was able to gather trust with some simple discipline exercises which helped to keep the dog walking experience healthy for both parties. Tashana has always been reliable, trustworthy and professional in her outlook when working with my dog, which is always important to me. On the whole I would always recommend Tashana to any of my friends if dog walking services are required . Many thanks Lorna Francis”
