About: I started by walking my own dog when I was 10, now I'm not in a position to have my own I love to meet and play with dogs and cats belonging to my family and friends. I'm friendly, caring and considerate, and quickly bond with animals. I have even become the second favourite person in the world to my sister's dog who doesn't give trust easily. I get a full on singing and dancing welcome every toner i visit! I have also built trust with an ex stray cat of my girlfriend, who has given meet kicks and likes to come for some fuss now and then. I work part time, between 8-10:30am and 2:30-4:30pm (or thereabouts) on weekdays, so i have plenty of time during the day to walk and care for your furry family. I'm also available dinner evenings and weekends too. I always leave other people's homes as I find them and maybe even a little better if there is time. I will make sure that your pet has water and anything else it reasonably needs for their health and safety before I leave.

“Nikeisha was fantastic looking after our pets :) I would 100% recommend Nikeisha to look after your pets for you. Communication was fantastic and gave us updates and pictures throughout our booking. We came home to two happy pets :)”

About: I've had pets since I was 6 years old and have taken care of animals of all sizes! I looked after and trained my mum's 12-week-old Border Collie in lockdown and grew up with a brilliant Boxer dog called Luna, who lived until she was 18 years old. I also had a cat called Zelda, who lived up to her legendary name. Although I work from home twice a week, I usually do sits with the help of my partner, who works from home full time. We are also available on evenings and weekends for dog boarding, cat or dog sitting, as well as dog walking. We have a fenced-off garden and access to a park within a 2-minute walk. There are two cats in the house, however the ground floor can be closed off to separate the pets if dogs aren't cat-trained.

About: 🐶Use my code: SIENNA94316 at checkout if you’re new to Rover and want £15 off!🐶 I have had my own dog growing up, which has shown me the basics on how to care for a dog and their needs. I have also worked in a dog grooming salon, where I cared for all types of dogs whilst waiting for their turn to be groomed. I have been dog walking for the past 3 years now and I would love to meet some new dogs to be besties with! I am currently working part-time as a teaching assistant, which leaves me lots of spare time to care for some special fur babies, (especially during the holidays!). My availability will alter around your needs, so just let me know. I have a secure, fenced garden where your dog can safely enjoy some fresh air and take toilet breaks. They’ll always be under my constant supervision while outside — I never leave dogs unattended. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities, and I’m committed to providing the best care possible in a calm, secure environment.

“Samiha is the best cat sitter! She's patient, kind, communicates well, and funny. The cats like her, too. One of my cats requires medication (a pill and an oral syringe) and she's great at catching him and forcing him to take it. He can be a stinker about it but Samiha never complains. She is also very flexible and understanding with me, which is great because I'm terrible at planning ahead and knowing exactly when I'll need the pet sitter. She's the best, an easy 5 star review.”

“Megan cared for our two cats while we were away on holiday. She kept me updated and informed, took lovely pictures of them and they seemed to be comfortable around her. Thanks! ☺️ Would happily book again!”

About: I had my first dog when I was 10, grew up caring for them, learning responsibility and love. I’m dedicated to giving your dog the same care. I just graduated from university and currently work part-time, so I have plenty of free time to play with your pups. My schedule is flexible, and I’m happy to work around your needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow your pet’s usual routine—feeding, walking, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. I make sure your dog feels comfortable and safe, keep their living area clean, and can also handle tasks like giving medication or watering plants if needed. My goal is to give your pet personalized attention and keep their routine as normal as possible while you’re away.

About: As a huge animal lover who’s had dogs all my life, caring for them comes naturally to me. I’ve gained hands-on experience through multiple house and dog sitting roles. I’m trained in canine first aid, have volunteered with dog rescues, and hold a First Class degree in Animal Science and Bioveterinary, with an offer to study veterinary medicine. Beyond qualifications, I’m simply someone who connects deeply with animals and treats every dog as if they were my own. You can relax knowing your dog will be safe, loved, and completely at ease while you’re away. I have graduated from Animal Science and Bioveterinary at the University of Nottingham, and currently on my gap year, so I have a lot of time! I will be starting Veterinary Medicine in April 2026, which has been my dream for as long as I can remember. My top priority is creating a safe and comfortable environment for them, building trust and respecting their individual needs. I will follow your routines and instructions closely (feeding times, medications, number of walks, toilet breaks) so your dog experiences as little disruption as possible. I’m trained in canine first aid, and as an aspiring vet, I always pay close attention to their behaviour and wellbeing. You can trust that your dog will be cared for with love, respect, and complete attention to their individual needs.

About: As a proud dog parent to a 4-year-old poodle, I understand how important it is to find someone who truly cares for your pet like family. I have hands-on experience with daily care, basic training, and understanding dog behavior. I’m patient, reliable, and always make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and loved during every walk or visit. Pet care fits naturally into my routine—I’m usually available in the mornings and early afternoons, but I’m also flexible and open to scheduling walks or visits at other times when needed. Since this is part-time for me, I’m happy to work around your pet’s needs whenever possible. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow their routine closely—whether that’s feeding, walking, playtime, or giving them space to relax. I make sure pets feel safe and comfortable, and I treat their home with the same respect as my own. I’m attentive to details and love building trust with both pets and their owners.

About: I grew up in a family that always had pets, especially dogs of all sizes from Shih Tzu to Mastiff. In 2020, we adopted a kitten named Bagheera, and later, in 2021, we welcomed a puppy named Baloo into our family. I love spending time with them, especially taking Baloo for long walks. However, as I have recently moved to Sheffield, I find myself missing my furry companions during the week. Therefore, I am looking for companions to whom I can take care. I am experienced in providing care for both cats and dogs, including walks and playtime. I work full-time with office hours from 9 am to 5 pm. However, I am available for a drop-in visit during lunchtime at 1:00 pm, as well as before and after my office hours. I'm also comfortable with doing sleepovers at the pet's home." I can provide all the necessary safety to your pets without compromising their play and walk times. I will make sure your dog is on the lead during walks.

About: I am new to Sheffield and would love to explore with your dog! I am keen to learn from you so I can best meet your pet’s needs! I’m available most days at the moment as I’m studying medicine at uni. I live in a flat but would take your dog out regularly and for walks as specified by you :) I live alone so your pet will be the centre of my attention. We will always just walk the two of us, and I will follow any specific requirements you provide.

About: I grew up with dogs and have 3 year old a mini pinscher of my own, he is my absolute king ! I am a very active person and take my dog everywhere with me. My dog and I love a long walk ! I currently don’t work and I am free to walk and/or look after your pets most of the day. I need to work my schedule around my tennis training. Although I live in a flat I go for longer walks with my dog and would likely take yours on with us for a good sniff ! I keep dogs on the lead for safety reasons, I also do not want owners to be anxious.

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities since I was 10. From playful puppies to gentle seniors, I provide thoughtful, individualized care in a calm and loving home. Friends, neighbours, and family regularly trust me to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their pets. I also have hands-on experience with basic training, such as toilet habits, leash manners, and simple commands like “sit” and “stay”. I take time to understand each dog’s routine and preferences, making sure they feel safe, seen, and loved — just like they would at home. I work from home full-time, which means I have a flexible schedule and am almost always available for pet sitting. Your pup won’t be left alone! I can provide care throughout the day — including cuddles, playtime, walks, and feeding. I’m available for boarding any day of the week and can adapt to your dog’s routine with ease. I live in a quiet, pet-friendly apartment with a calm and cozy environment. While I don’t have a backyard, there’s a lovely green area just downstairs that’s perfect for multiple on-leash walks each day — which I always supervise closely. My home has soft carpeted floors throughout, which are gentle on dogs’ joints and help prevent slipping, especially for puppies and senior dogs. To ensure constant supervision and safety, I’ve also installed pet cameras in the living room and hallway — so your pup is always in sight, even if I step into another room.

About: Me and my partner were raised with cats & dogs our whole lives. At the same time, I adopted Lola (my dog of 7 years old) seven years ago, she is a very friendly, calm medium-sized dog that loves company and enjoys new friends at home! Because we are both programmers, we work remotely at home and have a lot of free time to pet sit dogs and dog-friendly cats with us. We love exploring new parks and spending afternoons playing catch with Lola, we would love to add a new friend to our routine and have fun together :) Me and my partner are both programmers, so we work full-time at our home remotely so we have a lot of time to play with our dog, take care of new pets, and take them to our local park with us! I have a 7 year old female dog whos is very friendly, calm, and loves to have company around. We live in an apartment so they would be secure at our home with us!
