We have direct access to footpaths and woods - walks in the morning and fun & games in the afternoon in our large garden. “I left my 6 month old French bulldog puppy, Bonnie, for the first ever time with anyone with Nadene for the day and she was so patient and understanding of my worries of leaving her for the first time. Nadene's dogs are clearly very well behaved and cared for and were great with Bonnie (who can be VERY playful), she was shattered by the time I collected her! Nadene sent me pics and videos throughout the day that made me feel at ease; Bonnie is going back for several days this month and I'm so pleased to have found someone like Nadene I can trust my pup with!”

“Tuppy had a wonderful time with Cristina and Tommy, have seen videos of them playing all day. She’s now fast asleep on the way home, completely worn out. We’ll be back for another visit soon. Thank you 😊”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 4 years old! My family had a very lively Hungarian Vizsla that lived 17 long, active, and happy years. I’ve looked after big and small dogs, both young and old, and know how to vary pet care accordingly. After my dog passed recently, I have joined rover to share my love for animals with others! I can do one off visits, multiple times a day, or every week! Whatever you need I can most definitely accommodate. I work a part time job a couple of hours a week so please message me to organise a suitable time. Any questions let me know! If you live in the Petts Wood/Chislehurst area I am happy to do a quick meet and get to know you and your pet. If you book a drop in you can leave your key with me, or put it in a secure place for me to access your home. Once I have finished the visit I can put the key back through the letter box. Privacy and security is my number one concern.

“Basil has a great time with Renuka and her dog Teddy. He looks forward to having his time there and pulls me to the door on arrival. Basil is an anxious dog but took to Renuka straight away. She sends me pictures of his day with her and I feel at ease knowing he’s in good hands. Very happy with Renuka and Teddy!”

“Emma was amazing with my lovely dog. This is my first time using a dog sitter and my dog loved her! She sent photos and kept me updated. Certainly will be using again. Needs more than 5 stars 🌟”

“Patricia and George were fantastic with Nova who didn’t want to leave! It was a one-off as we are visiting the area. Communication brilliant and they were very tolerant of a changing time as Nova had and unexpected trip to the vets just before. They looked after a young dog with a swollen throat with much care and love.”

“This was the first time we have used dogbuddy and were very happy with the way Carol and her family looked after our puppy. We received regular updates throughout the day via text, photo and videos.”

“Chrissie took my dog in for an overnight stay at extremely short notice after I had a cancellation - she came back very tired and sounds like they had a great time together!”

“Our dog Jessie spent a day at Joanne's and had a lovely time playing with her dog. Receiving a text and a photo of Jessie made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend Joanne and wouldn't hesitate booking with her again.”

About: A lifelong animal lover, I grew up surrounded by dogs and have cared for my own pets for over 20 years. With flexible hours, I’m available all day to provide your dog attentive care, companionship, and a safe, happy home while you’re away. Thanks to my flexible working hours, I’m available every day throughout the week and free every weekend to care for your pup. As a mum of two, I have two school runs daily, so your dog will only be alone for about an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon—never left lonely for long. In my home, pets are treated like family. I provide plenty of love, attention, and gentle care throughout the day, including toilet breaks every two hours. Your dog will enjoy companionship from my two friendly cats and animal-loving children, so they’ll never be alone. We have a fenced garden and a gated, private woods just a two-minute walk away, offering plenty of safe outdoor space and stimulation to keep your dog happy and active.

“Communication was superb from the beginning which made the process so much easier. My little Robin seemed to have had a great time at Claire's, thank you for taking such good care of him!”

“Gabriela absolutely loved having Stanley to stay for the day, which was evident by all the great pictures and videos my husband and I got sent of him playing. He had such a nice day with her, and the updates really helped to put us at ease, as it was our first time having our not-so-little puppy looked after before! I'd happily have Gabriela look after him again and am looking forward to using her services more regularly in the future. Thanks again Gabriela!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and temperaments for over 8 years—both my own and for friends and neighbours. I’m confident with walking, feeding, bathing, and providing companionship. I treat every dog like family and can adapt to specific needs including senior care or high-energy pups. Your pet’s safety and happiness are always my priority. I work from home, which means I have a flexible schedule and can give your dog plenty of attention throughout the day. Whether it’s a midday walk, playtime in the garden, or cuddles on the sofa, I’m here to make sure your pup feels happy and cared for. I’m available most weekdays and weekends to fit around your needs. Your dog will be cared for in a safe, loving home with a large fenced garden to play in and beautiful walking areas nearby. I have a friendly 8-year-old cocker spaniel who loves company, and a gentle 6-year-old daughter who will be more than happy to pamper your pup with affection and attention. I tailor care to each dog’s needs, whether they prefer quiet time or playful adventures.

About: I’ve had the pleasure of caring for many different breeds of dogs—whether it’s for a quick walk, an overnight stay, or a full day of care. Each experience has deepened my love and respect for dogs of all temperaments and personalities. I grew up with a lovable English Springer Spaniel named Eddie, who is now the ripe old age of 12 years old. Eddie is a nervous dog and has had challenges around other dogs, so I’ve learned firsthand how important it is to be patient, gentle, and understanding—especially with more sensitive or reactive pups. I truly can’t put into words how much I love spending time with dogs, but I know fellow dog lovers will understand just how special that bond is. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, senior, or somewhere in between, I’m confident and comfortable providing the care and attention they need. So I run my own business with my mum and I work from home so I am very flexible with my times that I am available and how quickly I can respond to requests I work from home Monday to Friday and on the weekends I like spending time with my wife 😃 At my home, I have a secure, medium-sized garden that’s fully fenced—perfect for safe outdoor play and fresh air. I’ve also converted my shed into a small home gym, and of course, there’s always a cozy dog bed inside so your pup can relax nearby while I’m working out. If I’m caring for your dog in your home, I take safety very seriously. I always ensure all doors and windows are locked securely, and I make sure I know where keys or important access points are. My priority is not only your dog’s comfort and well-being, but also the safety of your home while you're away.

About: My autistic son LOVES animals and so they have always played an important role in our home. Over the years we have owned and cared for 2 dogs, 7 cats, 2 guinea pigs a hamster, and a goldfish as well as the pets of family friends that we also care for. I have completed 'Dogs for Good' Family Service Dog workshops, have experience with senior care (our Japanese Akita lived til nearly 14 yrs old), have had our Cavapoo since puppy and have raised a litter of 5 kittens from birth. I home educate my son and as such we spend a lot of our time at home. We love nothing more than hanging out, snuggling with our cats and dog on the sofa during down time, playing with them in our garden and going for walks through the woods near our house. I have a large 20 sqm fenced garden which your fur babies would have full access to. I live on a quiet cul-de-sac with a recreation ground and woodland within a couple of minutes walk. I can accommodate a crate if your dog is crate trained.

About: I am very experienced with animals having grown up with rabbits, a cat and a variety of dogs (Afghan Hounds, Lhasa Apso and Spanish Water Dogs). I also bred Spanish Water Dogs and took great care of the puppies before they went to new homes. Family has relied on me to walk, feed and board their dogs. I have three children (5,11 and 13) and work from home so, other than school runs, I can be home for most of the day to care for your pet. I have a large garden and am close to fields and trails for dog walks. The kitchen has underfloor heating which animals seem to enjoy!

Benjamin W.
“I've known Ben for over 20 years, and I can say without hesitation that he's one of the most caring and responsible people I know. I'm godfather to his daughter and I also drove Ben to pick up his current dog Louis about 7 years ago as a tiny few-week old puppy, so I have a close relationship with both his dog and daughter - so I've seen first-hand how well he looks after what matters most. Ben’s been a dedicated dog owner for 7 years to Louis and a Dalmatian Milo before that, Louis is a Spaniel, who is absolutely full of energy (some might say mad!), but still listens to Ben without fail (I can't say the same about my commands to Louis!). That alone says a lot about his calm presence, consistency, and ability to connect with animals. I've also seen Ben take care of friends' and family members’ dogs, and it's clear people trust him with their pets for good reason. If you're looking for someone reliable and experienced to care for your pet, Ben’s your guy.”

Sam J.
“Sam has always looked after our dogs, and dog walks for us when work prevents us doing it. He treats our dogs as a member of his family and they are always happy to see him. Sam is very personable and kind and we are always happy to use him for our dogs.”

“When I had covid a couple of years ago I couldn't manage my very boisterous puppy and Henri took him for a week . He came back reluctantly as he had had so .u h fun ,he was well cared for, loved, fed a d exercised. She is very calm and confident among animals having grown up with dogs, cats, and rabbits. She once babysat a snake. Animals respond well to her . I would have no hesitation in leaving my dog with her anytime.”
