About: Hi! I’m a caring and reliable pet lover with hands-on experience looking after my own two dogs, so I truly understand how much love, attention, and care our furry family members need. Looking after pets is something my whole family enjoys. My 13-year-old son absolutely loves dogs and enjoys spending time playing and caring for them. My husband is also a dedicated dog lover, so your pet will be surrounded by people who genuinely enjoy their company and understand their needs. I know from personal experience how expensive and stressful it can feel to leave your pets when going on holiday. More importantly, every pet parent wants to know their fur baby is safe, happy, and well cared for. That’s exactly what I aim to provide — a loving, comfortable home where your pets can enjoy their own little holiday while you enjoy yours. My goal is to offer loving, trustworthy care at a reasonable price, so pet parents can feel confident and comfortable. I would love the opportunity to care for your fur babies and make them feel right at home. Looking forward to welcoming your pets and hopefully meeting you soon! Pet care is a natural part of my everyday life. My mornings usually start with feeding, fresh water, and playtime or walks with my own pets. Throughout the day, I make time for cuddles, grooming, and a bit of training or enrichment activities to keep them happy and active. When I care for other pets, I easily blend their routines into my schedule — I’m very organized and flexible, making sure each pet gets the right amount of attention, exercise, and love. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do occasionally — it’s part of who I am and how I live my day-to-day life. 🐶🐱❤️ I provide a clean, safe, and pet-friendly space where they can relax and playDaily routines include feeding, fresh water, exercise, and lots of cuddles.I make sure each pet feels at home — with cozy spots, toys, and plenty of love. For cats, I maintain a calm environment with quiet spaces, clean litter boxes, and gentle interaction.
“Jade looked after my 6 month old puppy for the day and I really recommend her services. She spoilt Coco and was very attentive to her needs she introduced some fresh food to Coco which inspired me to cook some homemade food for her. Jade kept me up to date through out the day with several pictures and what they got up to. I will definitely be using her services again. Thank you Jade!”
“Alison has been amazing with our puppy Issy. From the moment Issy starts to walk towards her house she is excited and can't wait to spend the day with Alison, her family, also Mabel and Edie her 2 beautiful dogs. Alison provides good feedback and photos of Issy's fun day. I can go to work know that our little sausage is well cared for like she is one of their own. Thank you Alison”

“I am so grateful to Courtney for looking after my little yorkie while we attended a close family funeral. He is a rescue and this was the first time he was not with family and i knew Max would be cared for. Thank you for all the great comms and pupdates and being so understanding when we were late collecting him. Max slept on your lap so i know he was happy, thanks again!”

About: I have an extensive history of working with dogs. I have owned working therapy dogs and have been working at a dog sanctuary for the past 2 years, handling dogs from all walks of life and all sizes. Dogs give so much love voluntarily and deserve that back. I insist dogs are walked for a good few mikes daily unless medically incapable. I will ensure they are fed to your specification and will follow any behavioural instructions you may have in place to ensure continuity. I am open to any questions you may have or to alleviate any concerns you may have. I am freely available for any pet care needs all I ask is for the advanced notice stated. I also have to collect my son from school on a Wednesday and every other Friday so the dog would need to be ok for a short period of time alone. I have a gated garden and a big field and woods near by. I can crate your dog if required. I am flexible and will work around your needs. If boarding, then dog/cat would need to be dropped and collected from my property.

Your dog’s first day care experience is a big milestone! To help your pup settle in comfortably, we recommend:
- Food and treats portioned for the day, with feeding instructions
- Your dog's lead and collar (ensure tags are up-to-date)
- Any seasonal gear, such as paw-safe wax for winter or a cooling vest for the summer
- Medication, if applicable, with clear dosage notes
- Any special care instructions or training tips to help your sitter provide the most personalised care possible
Tip: Upload this information directly through the Rover app before drop-off. The more context you provide, the better your sitter can tailor the day to your dog.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog's vaccines is the best way to be 'boarding ready'. Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Sitters in South East England may request that your dog be up-to-date on core vaccines, such as Canine Distemper, Canine Parvovirus, Canine Adenovirus (also known as DHP or DHPPi), Leptospirosis and Kennel Cough. Cats may be required to have Feline Panleucopenia Virus, Feline Herpesvirus, Feline Calicivirus, and Feline Leukaemia Virus up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poo breaks occured. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee. Read more about our requirement for following local licensing requirements .
