She provided us daily updates and photos on how he was doing and the place was left in pristine condition when we got back home. This was the first time we tried using a drop-in visit service and it was a great experience. Felt really at ease and our little boy was very happy when we got back, probably didn't even notice we were gone. Overall great service and would definitely recommend Faye especially if you have a cat that needs looking after who is a bit more reserved. Would definitely book her assistance again😊”

It’s clear that Abby is very knowledgeable when it comes to looking after dogs and dealing with their different behaviours. We were provided with regular updates while we were away and we felt very reassured that Lexi was in good hands, and Abby even left a little bag of treats for Lexi when she left which we thought was lovely!
