She sent regular, detailed updates throughout Bronson's stay, along with lots of photos, which gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to see how happy and settled he was. Bronson settled in incredibly quickly and was clearly made to feel like part of the family. It was obvious that Maria genuinely cared for him and took the time to understand his needs. As Bronson is currently recovering from an ongoing injury, Maria was fantastic at supporting him with short, slow walks and ensuring he wasn't overdoing it, while still getting the exercise and attention he needed. “Outstanding & highly recommended. Ewa and her partner were amazing with my anxious Labrador Lola. Lola experiences separation anxiety but they were so calm and kind which helped her to settle. They taught her new tricks, took her for plenty of walks (including a swim in the river which she loved) and kept her entertained with ball games. Lola can find it difficult to settle at night when she’s away, but she felt so comfortable with Ewa that there were no problems. I will definitely leave Lola with Ewa and her partner again.”

I can’t put into words how amazing Joanna, Sebastian and Pepe looked after our dog, Stanley, last week when we were on holiday. He was so comfortable in their lovely home and was treated like a member of the family throughout his stay. He was taken on lots of nice walks, plenty of outside play with their dog Pepe, and the freedom to sleep where he chose and was comfortable. I recommend Joanna 100% and will definitely be booking Stanley in when we next go away. Such a lovely couple who genuinely love having guest pets to stay. We were very pleased with the service Natasha provided looking after out little French Bulldog. Natasha provided us with daily updates and videos. Natasha has a dog and was friendly towards Dotty and i could see that the two dogs became the best of buddies. Natasha is a very kind and considerate lady who gave Dotty the highest of care. I can truely recommend her services !

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest vet. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorisation form for your regular vet. An authorisation form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee.
