About: I grew up with dogs and understand the need to leave your pooch in the hands of someone you trust. I would be happy to meet up before you put your dog in our care to see if we are the right fit for you and to talk through your dog’s routine/requirements. I work in education (DBS checked) so therefore have a lot of time in the holidays to look after your dog. I also work part time so can offer dog walks/drops ins on days I am off. I have 2 children who adore dogs so I could only offer our services to dogs who are good with children. We would only be able to care for small or medium sized dogs due to their ages. We have a secure garden to provide enrichment for your dog whilst they stay with us. We live close to some gorgeous parks and the beach so could provide some lovely long walks. About: We lost our beautiful cane corso/boxer November 2024 and since then, we have been enjoying the company of your fur baby’s! We specialise with reactive and nervous dogs and understand the challenges of walking a dog who finds it difficult around other dogs/animals/people. We have my availability set to have 2 dogs at a time meaning your dog might be staying with another dog too. About: I've had my dog Rocky since he was a puppy and he's now 7. I've had dogs growing up and regularly looked after my Sister's dog and friends dogs and had various dogs come to stay over the last couple of years through Rover. I work close to my home Tuesday to Friday for 6 hours each day during school hours so I will only be suitable for a dog who is happy being home for that amount of time. About: I have a little 9+ year old pug myself so have first hand experience with dogs. I’ve had other dogs in the past so experience handling multiple dogs at one time if needed. I work Mon-Fri, however have the flexibility to work from home several days a week so pet care can be provided during the day with notice. Fully available on evenings and weekends. About: Having grown up with dogs, cats and horses. I am a huge animal lover. I have pet sat and dog walked from a very young age. At the age of 16 I trained a disobedient male Labrador called Buddy, the family told me I changed their life. I have a way with animals, I love cuddles, walks and playing. Jasmine was such a massive help when we couldn’t find anyone to look after our dogs. She treated my dogs like they were her own, and they will miss her so much. This is my first time using a dogsitter on Rover, having recently adopted a rescue dog. I’m glad to say it was a very smooth experience. Aljona and her partner came for a quick visit the weekend before so that Benny could make their acquaintance and I could show them where everything was. On the day itself, they arrived punctually to spend an hour with Benny, playing with him, giving him his dinner and taking him for a short walk. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
