Your Dog, Loved Like Family
I’ve been a lifelong dog lover and have had cockapoos in my family since 2012. I live close to my parents and regularly walk and look after their dogs. I have them to stay whilst my parents are away, so caring for dogs has always been part of my daily life. I am a go to for friends and family. One of my parents’ lovely dogs is a rescue and regularly shows behaviours including resource guarding, high prey drive, and reactivity, which has given me valuable knowledge and skills in managing different behaviours with patience, understanding, and positive handling techniques. I now have a home of my own with easy access to a secure garden, providing a safe and comfortable environment for dogs to relax and play. I have plenty of time, love, and attention to give, ensuring every dog feels happy, cared for, and at home. I have flexible free time on certain days when I work from home and at weekends, which allows me to offer reliable dog walking and boarding services. Your dog will be treated like family, with lots of care, exercise, and affection.

Lucy is a lovely lady who accommodated us at short notice. She gave us lots of reassurance when Moose was with her by sending us messages and pictures. She asked us questions which about what Moose doesn’t like and his routine which was nice to hear as it made us feel like she really cared about caring for Moose. Her boyfriend Liam I believe and his son were very friendly too. Would definitely book Lucy again if we were in the area. Thank you Lucy x

Lucy looked after my dog for 4 and a half hours one day. She was lovely and I felt confident that my dog would be well looked after. She sent some photos for my peace of mind and when I collected my dog she seemed very happy.

Each week varies but I am usually available on some weekdays, as well as some weekends. Please do contact me to check availability if you have queries.

Safety, trust & environment
I have an open plan house with patio doors leading out to a small fenced and fully enclosed garden. Your pet will have supervision and company at all times. They are welcome to relax on the sofa! At night, I would prefer if they are able to sleep downstairs alone however I can be flexible if they need to be with me.
A typical day
I’m happy to work around what your dog likes best and what you are comfortable with. I can take your dog out for walks, or relax at home with them.
