Safety, trust & environment
I know when a pet feels nervous or wary, so I would never be intrusive/try pick them up or make them feel uncomfortable. I like to be gentle and caring with other peoples pets as I know they may be scared.

Crazy cat lady with spare time!
Cat care experience
I’ve had pets in my life since I was 3 (dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, Guinea pigs, hamsters - the list goes on!). However, I have a special love for cats (I currently have 2) and often have a lot of spare time, so I thought I could use this time to help others, but also do something I love!
Reviews

Charlotte is fantastic as always! Highly recommend.

Charlotte has made going away so much easier - she is helpful and responsive and absolutely brilliant with my cat. I love seeing photos of how happy and relaxed he is while I am away.

Charlotte is always excellent. Always keeps up to date with how Suki is and the pictures have us laughing at the face pulled 😅 thank you again Charlotte 😁😊

Thanks for taking good care of Morgoth (again) and for all the updates and pictures!
