About: I’ve always absolutely loved animals! I’m the one sat next to the dog at a party. I believe dogs deserve a great mentally stimulating walk every day. I’ve previously walked dogs for The Cinnamon Trust charity, and have walked dogs for acquaintances as and when needed. I’m working only part-time as a barista which is my other passion, and can easily do house visits or dog walks alongside shifts! I am super considerate of other people’s space and like to leave it as I found it. After all, I’ve been a lodger for 5 years and keep our space nice and tidy (apart from the occasional cat hair…). I won’t be hesitant about cleaning any little or big messes your pet leaves (after all, I do work in a cafe…!). I’ll keep everyone happy and comfortable in their space!

Currently available to dog care 7 days a week, I am have passed the initial army assessment and am now awaiting a start date for the end of the year so am looking for work over the summer! Have always loved dogs, I love the outdoors and sharing that with a fury companion is always fun! Have helped care for my sisters Whippet frequently since he was a puppy

“Ellie was a great help to us checking in for feeding and letting our pets out the house while we were away. She kindly came round to meet us before and see where everything was kept etc. She is clearly very experienced and confident with all aspects of animal care and I would highly recommend her. Her communication was good and she was prepared to step in with further help should our flight had been delayed by snow and bad weather. Thanks Ellie!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds and temperaments. I grew up with dogs and previously owned a Rottweiler named Barley, who sadly passed away last year. Caring for her deepened my understanding and love for dogs, and I now want to continue being around them and providing the best care possible. I hold diplomas in canine nutrition, raw feeding, canine first aid, animal welfare, veterinary assistance, dog grooming, canine behaviour training, and canine business. I have also worked closely with experienced dog trainers in Dorset, gaining valuable practical knowledge in handling, training, and understanding dog behaviour. I am confident caring for puppies, adult dogs, and seniors, and I always prioritise safety, routine, and each dog’s individual needs. Whether it’s feeding, walking, training reinforcement, or simply providing companionship, I treat every dog as if they were my own. I have a flexible schedule, I am a mobile microchip implanter, which allows me to give pets plenty of time, attention, and care throughout. I am available for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting 7 days a week. I can adapt to your dog’s usual routine, whether that includes early morning walks, structured feeding times, or evening care. Your pet will never feel rushed and will always receive consistent, reliable attention. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. I have strong knowledge of dog care, behaviour, and handling, and I always take the time to understand each dog’s routine, personality, and individual needs. I create a calm, structured environment where dogs feel safe and relaxed. I’m confident with different breeds, sizes, and temperaments, and I’m happy to follow any specific instructions you have, including feeding routines, walks, and training consistency. I also provide regular updates and photos, so you can feel reassured your pet is happy and well cared for while you’re away.
“I never felt so confident leaving my house and my cat alone for a longer time. I received a lot of pictures and updates about my cat from Emily - twice a day! On average 15 pictures a day, so I was sure my cat is happy. I highly recommend Emily to anyone who loves their cats and their house. Thank you Emily!!!!”

About: I've been doing house sitting, primarily with dogs but also with cats, chickens, sheep, ponies and even a parrot on another platform for nearly 3 years and have built up a strong 5* profile there. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to show any of that here so I'm shamefully undercutting everyone else until someone let's me prove the value that many other pet owners already know :) In terms of what might set me out from all the other amazing house sitters I keep hearing about, I guess it would have to be technology so if you want a digital dog diary or a live webcam feed so you can check in, I'm your guy. I've also worked with dogs on improving their walking on lead skills, waiting for food and basic commands. I will also happily water plants, rake leaves, mow lawns or any other general upkeep you would like doing. I enjoy the company of dogs, that's why I got into this originally but I'm also trying to build up an outdoor adventure business to help get kids to go explore the outdoors so if you select me, you'll also be supporting that business and for that, I am eternally grateful! :) When I'm not doing creating outdoor adventures, I do geeky things involving a laptop so as I set my own schedule, I'll be available for all your doggies needs as and when they arise. It can be upsetting enough for dogs when their owners are away so I just try to keep things as familiar as possible with the added benefit of extra company on tap. Dogs sense temperament in people and I'm pretty chilled so they tend to feel comfortable around me quite quickly.

About: From a very young age, I’ve been the go to person for friends and family whenever their pets needed a little extra love and care. Whether it’s quick drop in visits, daily walks, or fortnight long stays, I’ve spent years building trusted bonds with dogs of all shapes, sizes and personalities. My passion for animals led me to complete a National Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management, giving me a strong understanding of animal behaviour, welfare and health. But beyond the qualifications, it’s the genuine joy I get from being around dogs that really sets me apart. I treat every animal like part of the family, making sure they feel safe, happy and well looked after while you’re away. Expect plenty of tail wags, playtime, cuddles and regular updates so you can relax knowing your fur baby is in great hands! Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine, as it’s something I genuinely love doing rather than seeing it as a task. I structure my days to ensure I have plenty of time for walks, playtime, feeding and giving each pet the attention they deserve. Whether it’s early morning walks, midday drop ins, or evening cuddles, I’m flexible and organised to meet each animals specific needs and routine. Because I prioritise reliability and routine, you can feel confident that your dog will be cared for on schedule, with lots of affection and attention built into every visit. My partner also has roughly 15 years of experience with looking after cats, dogs and reptiles, who may accompany me with some visits. She also has experience in sitting for medicated pets. Just for your peace of mind she’s loves every animal as if they are her own! When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I make it a priority to keep everything as familiar and stress free as possible. I stick closely to your fur baby’s usual routine, including feeding times, walks, playtime and any specific instructions you provide, so they feel comfortable and secure in their own environment. I take the time to build trust with each pet, giving them plenty of attention, affection and reassurance while you’re away. Whether your fur baby loves energetic walks or prefers a more relaxed pace with lots of cuddles, I adapt to their individual personality and needs. I also treat your home with the utmost respect, keeping things clean, tidy and secure at all times. You’ll receive regular updates, photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.

I even had horses. I currently work part time and my work is flexible so they will have all the attention and love from me. We’ll go on early morning walks and afternoon walks depending on the weather and between they’ll get to play and have fun! I live in a one bedroom in a long stay hotel setting right now. There’s a bit garden in the back and a big one in front with plenty of routes to the beach. I’m also more than happy to stay at your place and look after your babies in their own environment.
About: I’ve had dogs since I was little and looked after friends dogs too. I’m a final year vet student and currently on placement at various local vet practices. I’ve had so much experience working in loads of small animal practices, plus looking after friends and family’s pets! Looking to get my doggy fix whilst I don’t have the time to have a dog during my final year of studies! Im currently on placement in vet practices during the week. However I have weekends and Friday afternoons off at the moment! I am also generally free in the evenings! The most important thing to me is making sure your pet is comfortable. I’d definitely like to meet you and your pet before pet / house sitting, to make sure that you’re happy if this is possible! Looking forward to meeting you and your dogs :)

About: I was fortunate to grow up on a small freeholding in the countryside. My family had donkeys, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats. My special animals were Toffee the donkey, Sam the lamb and Lucy the old English sheepdog! I’m a genuine dog lover who has grown up around dogs my whole life, so caring for them has always come naturally to me. “My cat is very anxious so it was very reassuring to have a quiet, calm person such as Maria looking after her. This is our first time using a sitter/drop in and I'm very keen to have Maria back again later in the New Year. It was lovely to get all the feedback and photos from her too. Very reassuring when you are a long way from home. Thanks Maria.”

Julia was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone that needed someone to look after their pet. My dog can be a little anxious but she loved Julia right from the start. Julia took the time to find out detailed information about Eva’s quirks and schedule and kept me informed of how she was doing. Extremely reliable, trustworthy lovely lady .

We are so happy that Hannah looked after our pets whilst we were on holiday. We could see that even if we were not there, they were still being looked after with love and dedication. She is very caring, attentive and professional and can’t recommend her enough. Thank you so much for taking such a good care of our pets! I’m sure they loved having you as their pet sitter 😊
