“This is the first time our dog has stayed overnight since losing her partner in crime to old age, so we were cautious about who we chose. We have visited a few other hopefuls, but our dog would shake with fear at the thought of even going into another house, no reflection on the supplier, just our timid dog. When we visited Rachel, we were expecting the same reaction. So when our dog literally bounded into the house and made herself at home, there was a mixture of surprise and relief! Don't know what it is, but our dog was completely at ease within seconds! We found Rachel to be personable, thoughtful and super considerate. We had the opportunity to then book our dog in for a few days before the longer stay planned later in the year, and I'm not sure our dog wanted to leave at the end of it!! We were sent daily photo's and updates, so knew our dog was happy. I can confidently state that Rachel has a way with dogs and would trust her with our dog at the drop of a hat!”

“Nothing but a glowing reveiw! We left our 15 week old Cavapoo puppy and 7 year old cockapoo with Antoinette for 2 nights, it was there first stay away and we were very nervous. We didnt know Antoinette and we also didnt know how our dogs would be. But, from the minute we arrived at her house she put our minds at ease. Our cockapoo has allergy issues and has medication and special food and the puppy is mid toilet training! Antionette sent very regular updates including photos and videos which was lovely. About: As part of my house sitting, I've looked after many cats of different breeds and ages, I'm not really one to just pick up your cat, I tend to let them come to me. I'm unusually warm to the touch (so I'm told by humans) and the cats love it, once they settle on my lap, they tend to stay there. One sit in the summer of 2026 even had a cat called Lily with it's own Insta account.

About: I have years of experience working with dogs in every shape and size. Alongside having dogs of my own, I have fostered many dogs which has given me extensive experience in working with both nervous and senior dogs. I understand every dog is different and some require a different approach to others but I’m confident in my ability to care for any dog. My extensive experience includes providing personalised dog walking services, offering in-home pet sitting, administering medications and addressing special dietary requirements. I’m currently a uni student so have a flexible schedule for waking and caring for your pet. During summer and Christmas holidays I have broader availability to cater to your needs and am happy to work whenever I have a free hour. I’m educated in pet requirements and needs and know how to create a save environment for your pet. I’m happy to fulfil any requests made during your service and can send you photo updates during the day.

About: I have been dog sitting for over 10 years now. I usually have dogs stay with me in my home but I have in the past stayed at owners homes too. I'm young and fit so happy to go on long or regular walks. I own my own business so I'm very flexible and can dedicate a lot of time to dogs. Dogs are rarely left on their own in my care. My home is secure with an enclosed garden by and dogs have full run of the house. I also have transport for trips to the beach or for emergencies. I usually only look after one dog at a time, or more than one if they are from the same household. I don’t have any pets of my own. I am flexible with work so I can work around the dogs needs. I don’t usually look after anyone else dogs at the same time. I live in a house with a secured fenced garden and they have full run of the house. I respect any rules and training methods owners have set for their dogs at their or my home.

About: I have been a RSPCA volunteer since 2009. This means I am used to looking after a range of animals with different needs, behaviours and temperaments. Alongside this I have looked after neighbours, friends and colleagues pets including dogs, cats, rabbits, donkey, horses, guinea pigs, ferrets, tortoises, crested gecko, hamsters, chickens, fish and African land snails. I am very happy to look after any other pets you may have. I qualified as Registered Veterinary Nurse in July 2022. I would love to look after your pets! As a Registered Veterinary Nurse I am able to provide additional services whilst pet sitting such as: - Administer medication to your pets. - Provide care for diabetic pets. - Provide urinary assistance (bladder expressing and urinary catheter). - Assist with walking (using a sling). - Physiotherapy - passive range of motion, stretching and massage. So if your pet has unfortunately had surgery or treatment recently I may be the perfect sitter for your pet! I'm happy to discuss any requirements. I work full time as a Veterinary Nurse with variable free days where I am able to pet sit, do drop ins and dog walking. Please do get in touch even if I don't have availability incase I can still help. I can pet sit for a few hours/half day/full day/overnight. For the safety of any dogs I will be looking after I will not let them off the lead on walks unless it is completely secure field/pen. I will always keep an eye on your pet whilst in the garden. “This is the first time our dog has stayed overnight since losing her partner in crime to old age, so we were cautious about who we chose. We have visited a few other hopefuls, but our dog would shake with fear at the thought of even going into another house, no reflection on the supplier, just our timid dog. When we visited Rachel, we were expecting the same reaction. So when our dog literally bounded into the house and made herself at home, there was a mixture of surprise and relief! Don't know what it is, but our dog was completely at ease within seconds! We found Rachel to be personable, thoughtful and super considerate. We had the opportunity to then book our dog in for a few days before the longer stay planned later in the year, and I'm not sure our dog wanted to leave at the end of it!! We were sent daily photo's and updates, so knew our dog was happy. I can confidently state that Rachel has a way with dogs and would trust her with our dog at the drop of a hat!”

About: 2 for the price of 1! We are a couple who love dogs. We have had our own dogs previously and are very excited to look after and care for your dog when you need it. Great 1 level home with easy step out into the garden. Local park only 200 meters away as well as the beach a ten minute drive. Looked after various breeds and sizes in the past including miniature schnauzers, soft coated wheaten terriers, chocolate labradors, springer spaniels and staffys to name a few. We have also looked after dogs in their old age with various medical issues and administered medication as needed. My partner Gillian and I both have work from home days, we are available fully on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, some Fridays and our weekends are free. We do not have any children. Our offices are a 5 minute drive from home so we can get back to the house on office days very quickly for toilet breaks, feeding time etc. On weekends we are active but also like our rest time so are very flexible to accommodate your dog. Gill loves to paint animals too so if you would like a portrait painting of your loved one then just ask! We have a fenced garden with a lot of room for running around, our property is on one level so no stairs to worry about. There is also a park approximately 200 meters away on our road for walks and exercise. No pets currently so our home will be solely for your pet and all attention will be on them.
