Rachael lives and breathes dogs. It was our first time leaving Franky with someone else but she was so friendly and understanding and put us at ease. Franky stayed with her for 4 nights and had the time of his life. It was like his own little holiday! He also learnt quite a lot about interacting with other dogs during his time there.

Theo had a wonderful time staying with Aga. He settled straight in, loved the garden and playing fetch! Then enjoyed cuddles on the sofa 🐶 Aga is super friendly, quick to respond and kept me updated throughout with photos. Theo can’t wait to stay again.

Maria and her partner are just top quality people and the service they had provided was top quality. I was going away to London for a celebration, they invited us over the evening before I was due to go away so Benny could explore there home and meet who he’s going to spend a couple of days with straight away it was clear Benny was going to be very happy. I dropped Benny of early the next morning Maria and her partner took Benny straight out on a walk and he loved every minute of his little trip. Maria sent me frequent updates with how Benny was going along with photos and videos. Benny was very settled and very happy with the care he received. Would recommend 100% highly and would use Maria again. Top quality care. Thank you again for everything.

Angela sent over plenty of updates and photos and was really quick to reply to messages. A huge thank you from myself and Captain (aka Pirate)

Thanks, David, for taking such good care of Rolo overnight. We really appreciated the extra effort you made during the heatwave, especially getting up early to walk him before the day warmed up. It was great to receive updates and know he was happy, comfortable, and well looked after. We’d be very happy for Rolo to stay with you again.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was little and looked after friends dogs too. I’m a final year vet student and currently on placement at various local vet practices. I’ve had so much experience working in loads of small animal practices, plus looking after friends and family’s pets! Looking to get my doggy fix whilst I don’t have the time to have a dog during my final year of studies! Im currently on placement in vet practices during the week. However I have weekends and Friday afternoons off at the moment! I am also generally free in the evenings! The most important thing to me is making sure your pet is comfortable. I’d definitely like to meet you and your pet before pet / house sitting, to make sure that you’re happy if this is possible! Looking forward to meeting you and your dogs :)

From the moment we contacted Klaudia to look after our kitten she was accommodating to our dates and times around the Christmas holidays. We had left it last minute, so it was a huge relief, especially as it's our first pet and it was a new situation for us. Klaudia kindly came to visit before the first booking to meet Earl, and I could immediately tell she was kind hearted and cared about animals. Klaudia went above and beyond for us and we will contact her every time we are away, don't hesitate to book her to look after your furry family!

About: Hi, I’m a mum of two and a huge animal lover offering reliable and caring dog sitting services 🐾 I work from home, so your dog will have plenty of company, attention, and care throughout the day. I have my own little furry family too — a Bishon called Honey and two rabbits — so animals have always been a big part of my life. We live close to the forest and I love taking dogs on walks in nature, as well as trips down to the beach for some fresh air and fun. Whether you need help during the day, while you’re away, or just an extra hand with your dog, I’d love to help and make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while in my care 🐶💕 I work from home, so your dog will always have company throughout the day and won’t be left alone for long periods. I’m able to fit my schedule around the animals, including regular toilet breaks, playtime, feeding, and long walks. Living close to the forest and beach means they’ll also get plenty of fresh air, exercise, and attention I provide a safe, loving, and calm environment where pets are treated like part of the family. As I work from home, pets are rarely left alone and always have company, supervision, and attention throughout the day. I follow each owner’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, playtime, medication if needed, and any special instructions to help pets feel comfortable and settled. I live close to the forest and beach, so dogs enjoy plenty of exercise, stimulation, and outdoor time. My home is pet friendly, clean, and secure, and I always make sure animals feel safe, happy, and well cared for while in my home or their owner’s home.

About: With over 15 years of experience owning and caring for dogs, cats, and poultry, we understand just how important it is to know your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. Having loved and cared for family pets for many years, we’re confident in providing a calm, caring, and home-from-home environment. Although we’re currently between dogs ourselves, we really miss having four-legged companionship in our home and would love the opportunity to care for your dog as one of our own. We live in a semi-rural location with a large, secure fenced garden, giving dogs plenty of space to play, explore, and relax. Our home is family-friendly, full of love and attention, and we’re best suited to dogs that are comfortable around children and enjoy plenty of affection, companionship, and, of course, being thoroughly spoilt. Your dog will enjoy a relaxed, home-from-home experience with plenty of love, attention, and companionship throughout the day. Mornings usually begin with a walk in the beautiful local countryside, giving them the chance to stretch their legs, explore, and burn off some energy. Back at home, there’s plenty of time for play, fuss, and relaxation, with access to our large secure garden for outdoor time and sniffing adventures. Throughout the day your pet will be part of family life, never short of attention, affection, or company. Depending on their usual routine and energy levels, we’ll include additional walks, playtime, and quiet downtime to make sure they feel comfortable, happy, and settled. Whether your dog loves adventure, cuddles on the sofa, or a bit of both, we’ll make sure they feel right at home and cared for as if they were our own. About: I have a 4 year old Border Collie, so caring for a dog is part of my everyday life. I’m used to regular walks, feeding routines, playtime, and making sure dogs are settled and comfortable. I’ve also looked after dogs for family and friends in my home and theirs. I enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they’re happy, exercised, and relaxed. I work from home full time, so I’m around all day for walks, toilet breaks, play and general company. Dogs aren’t left alone for long periods and fit easily into my daily routine alongside my own dog🥰 My home is calm and secure and I welcome well behaved, house trained dogs. I have a fully fenced garden where dogs can safely spend time outside. I also have a friendly, very energetic Collie who gets on well with other dogs and enjoys having a play mate🐶 We live next to a nature reserve, so there are plenty of opportunities for good walks during the day!

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover and currently mum to an 18-month-old golden retriever called Dudley – so I’m no stranger to energetic pups, muddy walks, and cuddles on the sofa! Having raised Dudley from 8 weeks old, I have hands-on experience with crate training, recall, lead walking, and managing all the typical puppy behaviours. What sets me apart is that I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else – I treat every dog like they’re my own. Whether it’s a gentle stroll for an older pup or playtime in the garden for younger dogs, I tailor my care to suit each pet’s needs. I work part-time on a rota which gives me lots of flexibility across the week for drop-ins, walks or dog sitting. I’d love to help give you peace of mind while you’re away or at work! Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine as I work from home, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I have a flexible lunch break and can easily schedule walks, toilet breaks, feeding times, play sessions, and cuddles around my work commitments. Whether it’s dog walking, pet sitting, or boarding, I ensure pets receive regular exercise, affection, and a consistent routine. Working from home means they are rarely left alone and can enjoy a calm, safe, and comfortable environment throughout their stay. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets, whether in my home or yours. I always take the time to understand each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special needs before looking after them, so they feel safe and settled in my care. When caring for pets in their own home, I make sure to follow your instructions to the letter – from feeding schedules and medication to favourite toys and walk routes. I keep things calm, consistent and reassuring, just like you would. In my own home, I have a secure garden for playtime, a dog-friendly space inside, and of course, Dudley the golden retriever who loves a companion (if your dog is happy to socialise). I introduce dogs slowly and safely to make sure everyone is comfortable. Whether it’s a short drop-in or a full day of care, I’ll keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you know your pet is happy, safe and loved

About: I work from home and had a young at heart 13 year old black lab and retired PAT dog (he passed away in '24) I grew up with a springer spaniel and also had a beautiful bull mastiff. I work from home most days. I do have location work which means I can't look after dogs then. Other than that I can be flexible with notice. My garden is fenced and large. I live opposite a wood and fields so plenty of good walks nearby. Dogs sleep downstairs in an open plan sitting room/kitchen. All wooden floors. No carpets.

About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life and absolutely love using Rover as it allows me to spend time with all your lovely pooches whilst I am unable to get a dog of my own. I have experience with many breeds, including Dobermans, Labs, Pointers, Terriers, Cockapoos and Dachshunds and I tailor my approach to each dog’s unique personality and needs. Keeping dogs happy, stimulated and exercised is what I love. From long morning walks to engaging daytime games and evening cuddles on the sofa you can trust your dog will be having a great time and I’ll of course be sending you lots of pictures and updates throughout their stay. I am a fully remote worker so I can offer boarding at my house (provided dogs are house trained) or I can do stays at your house. My partner (also a huge dog lover) will occasionally join me on these stays. I am a remote worker so I am at home all day to care for the dogs. So walks and doggy activities are planned around my work schedule (morning walks, lunchtime play in the garden and evening activities). My only requirement is your dog needs to be well-behaved during down times as I will need to be on work calls during the day. I have experience with all sorts of different personalities so will largely follow your direction and usual routine. I know the area well and choose my walks carefully based on how reactive they are with other dogs. Regarding my house, we have a secure garden for them to explore.

About: I have had pets for as long as I can remember. While we are mostly been a cat family, we have had an array of pets, from fish to guinea pigs. I always seem to attract the cats however, nicknamed the cat queen in our house. Over the years, I have looked after many family friends dogs; Jack Russell’s, Springer Spaniels, Pomeranians, Labradors, Border Collies. I’ve always loved hiking and walking, and now get to do this as my job, but would love a furry friend to accompany me, so I can play pretend until I own one of my own! I’ve also recently done my first house sit on TrustedHousesitters for two lovely mother and daughter lab pair. It was one of my highlights so far of the year and would love to continue to help other families. I am a very tidy and clean person, and have no problem watering your plants or cleaning out a litter tray! I also have no problem with any energy level of dog, I’d walk for hours and play fetch for days… or just a quick wrap around the roads for cute oldies. I am currently an Outdoor Instructor working with the school holidays. I finish each day at 16:00, so able to drop in or walk to see your furry friends after work. I also have school holidays and weekends off, meaning I’m able to be flexible and spend lots of time playing and walking. I can also house sit during these holidays for whenever you and your loved ones are jetting off. ✈️ I love updating owners and sending lots of pictures of your friends! It is the service that I would like as I know how precious these pets are to us. I can easily follow any particular requirements or where your pet likes to sleep at night, to make sure they’re not unsettled by a new friend.

Violet had a fantastic time with lots of photos to show how she was getting on and the lovely walks she was going on. Jess is fantastic and very reassuring. Violet is already booked in for a longer stay and I am so happy to have found such a wonderful sitter for Violet.

Sam was very good with Heidi, being calm and relaxed with her, which would have made her feel less worried about being left. She seemed content and happy when I picked her up. Sam communicated well when arranging drop-off and pick-up and sent some photos. I would be happy to use Sam again.

I can thoroughly recommend Tanya and Neils… Margot had an amazing time staying with them for a week, and got on famously with their lovely black Lab Coco. Margot loved going on walks to the river, and she was so well looked after. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much ☺️

About: I’ve always had a natural connection with animals and have built both academic and hands-on experience caring for them. I studied Animal Welfare at college and university, which gave me a strong understanding of animal behaviour, wellbeing and responsible care. Alongside this, I worked part-time for five years with a lady who owned German Shepherds, where my duties included walking, grooming, feeding, giving medication, assisting with vet trips and supporting with training. I’ve also volunteered at a dog rescue sanctuary, cared for dogs for people I know, and currently help care for my sister’s dachshund, who I live with. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs and dogs with behavioural issues, and I use a calm, patient approach with positive reinforcement to help dogs feel safe, understood and encouraged. What sets me apart is that I take the time to get to know each dog’s individual routine, personality and needs, and I’ll care for them with the same reliability, affection and attention I would give my own. Pet care fits naturally into my routine as I’m currently looking to build this into regular, full-time work over time. At the moment, I’m starting gradually so I can make sure I give every dog my full attention, patience and consistency. My schedule is flexible, and I’m happy to discuss each dog’s routine, needs and timings to see what works best for everyone. I’d rather take on the right bookings and provide reliable, thoughtful care than overcommit. My home is calm, comfortable and dog-friendly, with a secure fenced garden for supervised outdoor time. I currently share the home with a friendly dachshund, so any boarding would only be offered after making sure both dogs are comfortable together. Introductions would always be handled carefully, and dogs would be supervised and given space to rest separately if needed. If another dog is better suited to being the only dog in the home, the dachshund can stay elsewhere during the booking, so I can keep the environment calm and suitable for each individual dog. I always follow owners’ instructions closely around feeding, walks, medication, routines and house rules, and I’ll make sure each dog feels safe, settled and cared for.

Sapphire and James looked after our dog Pippin (10 months) for 12 nights while we were on holiday and they were absolutely brilliant. They sent us daily photos and videos which really put our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy our time away. In each one Pippin genuinely looked like she was having the best time ever, so much so I did start to wonder if she’d want to leave at the end! Their home is perfect for dogs, and with the coast and forests nearby Pippin got to go on loads of fun walks and outtings. She came back happy, relaxed, and very well looked after. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again and will definitely be recommending them to anyone needing dog boarding. Thank you both so much!

I arrived to drop off Bailey with Camila and her partner was there too. I don't even think Bailey was bothered it I was still there out not. Camila kept me up to date that Bailey was getting on well with her dog and that he had a good night. I've already booked another 2 stays as I felt so relaxed that Bailey was being well looked after. Thank you 😊

Katrina could not have been any more attentive towards our two dogs. She showed genuine care for them (they absolutely fell in love with her in the first 10 minutes of meeting her!). She provided regular updates and photos of how the dogs were doing whilst we were away. She also let us add an extra day at very short notice which was very helpful. I couldn’t recommend her enough and we will be booking her to look after our dogs in the future with no hesitation!

Klaudia was amazing. So quick to respond and organise. It was the first time we’ve left our dog with a stranger. She’s an Australian Kelpie that loves long long long walks and games. She had the absolute best time with Klaudia and we were updated with lovely picture and messages throughout. Will 100% be booking guide. The dog can’t wait to go back!

Gemma and her family took our dog Daisy in and treated her like one of the family. Pup dates of her walks and playtime put our mind at rest as Daisy is only five months old. Thank you Gemma to you and your family for lookng after her so well.
