My training background means I'm confident handling leash manners, basic obedience, and dogs who need a bit of extra structure or reassurance while their owners are away. Based in Poole, I treat every dog in my care like my own — with consistency, patience, and genuine attention.

I genuinely can’t recommend David highly enough. I’ve always been nervous about travelling because my dog can be a real handful to look after. He’s a large, strong, boisterous boy who is reactive to other dogs, so leaving him with someone has always been a worry. David put me at ease straight away. Before the booking, he took the time to do a proper meet-and-greet, and it was immediately obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. He handled every situation calmly and confidently, came fully prepared with all the right equipment, and clearly has extensive experience training and caring for reactive dogs. I was so impressed by the patience, care and professionalism he showed that this has become much more than dog sitting—I’m actually going to continue meeting up with David to carry on my dog’s training. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy and genuinely passionate about helping dogs, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David. Thank you again!
David was excellent and very professional. I had been let down by a dog sitter last minute and David responded to my request promptly and accepted a same day request. He was very easy to communicate with and provided me with regular updates. Pedro seemed at ease with David and very comfortable. Would highly recommend
David was fantastic, with a really calm, relaxed style. He also worked on some new tricks and behaviours with our "old dog" Jellybean (9 this year). He was also very mindful of his current booking when arranging our meet and greet, which was reassuring. David gave lots of updates with pictures and videos, he was very responsive in replies arranging everything. 100% would recommend him and am sure Jellybean will look forward to our next holiday so she can go back to hang out with David!!
If you need a kind, professional dog sitter and trainer, look no further than David. He took on our newly rescued dog (urgently) with behavioural issues and worked absolute wonders. He was so kind, understanding, and professional from the very first moment. Our dog improved impressively during his stay. David also spent time coaching us on how to practice at home. Super professional and genuinely nice—we highly recommend him!
Hi David is great our dog absolutely loves him he jumps so high when he sees him. He is always on time, very attentive ,calm, knows what he is doing, listen to instructions ,trustworthy. Definitely highly recommend

Dates de la garde
Monday to Thursday is when I'm most available for drop-ins. I also work night shifts on weekends, so I can fit in daytime visits before my shift starts on those days too. I keep a consistent schedule so your dog can rely on the same times and pace each visit, and I'm happy to discuss specific timing needs before booking to make sure it works for both of us.

Your dog's safety is my top priority. I use secure leashes and harnesses, avoid off-lead situations unless explicitly agreed with you, and stay alert to other dogs, traffic, and wildlife on every walk. I'm currently completing professional dog trainer certification, which means I'm trained to read canine body language and step in early if a situation looks like it could escalate.
