Dog loving household
Hello we're Dawn and Mike! We are huge dog lovers and have our own dog named Obi. We have grown up with dogs, cats, horses and chickens! We'd love to look after your dog especially if they're looking for a sweet little play friend. Our home is in Canford Heath with a fenced garden and lovely heathland walks just a stones throw away. We have plenty of room for your pup to run around and play (and nap) as much as they want.

Leka had a wonderful one night stay with Dawn, Mike and Obi when we had a party nearby to attend. Dawn sent pictures of Leka through the evening and we received promt correspondence. Very welcoming on arrival and when we collected Leka she had been for a morning walk. We would recommend Dawn very highly.
As first time dog owners leaving our 7 month old puppy for the first time was daunting. Dawn was amazing… ❤️ she made us feel instantly at ease and looked after Ralph like he was her own. Communication was perfect throughout and her own dog Obi is the gentlest and best companion ever… already booked in for Ralph’s 2nd visit…
Milo stayed with them for 3 days and had so much fun with their dog, Obi! They kept me updated throughout his stay and sent me lots of lovely pictures of them together. Communication was great, and Milo was very well looked after. I would definitely recommend them and would happily leave Milo with them again! 😊
Freddie had a wonderful stay at Dawn’s. He settled in quickly and had lots of fun with Obi. Dawn kept in touch regularly with us which was really reassuring as it was his first stay. We will definitely be back again to stay!
Dawn was fantastic with our lurcher Sadie. She was fully equipped for hot weather with a paddling pool and cooling mat. Sadie was well looked after and I appreciated the pictures and update.
Dawn was amazing with Mochi who definitely enjoyed all the walks and fun, especially the play time with their dog, Obi. I think he made a new friend and we'll definitely book again.

Schedule
I work from home full time and Mike works mornings down the road and is always home in the afternoon. Obi naps on the sofa for the majority of the day and is crate trained overnight. As we have the flexibility with our work schedules, we can ensure to accommodate your pets needs to make sure they get the care and attention they should.

We would love to meet ahead of your booking to ensure our fur-babies get on well. Obi is friendly, sweet and playful so we have no doubt they will get along. We want to provide a loving and relaxed atmosphere for your pet so they can enjoy the time they spend with us. We'd love to hear from you and welcome your dog into our home 🐶

A typical day
We love play time and so does Obi, we have a garden to run around in and a lovely heathland walk for a long walk/run with lots of interesting smells for the pups. We also love snuggles on the sofa when they have worn themselves out!
