“Due to a very close friends funeral we were desperate to find someone to look after our cocker spaniel Woody overnight on the 15th April. Thankfully we were lucky enough to find Ruben at short notice and what a find. We met with Ruben his partner and his own cocker spaniel Oggie a few days before and felt immediately happy that Woody would be in good hands. Thankfully, Ruben exceeded anything we could have asked for, treating our dog like his own. This was especially important as Woody frets when away from us especially at night. Ruben, was kind, considerate and loving to our little boy, sending us frequent video clips so we could see how he was settling down. In the past when collecting Woody from a sitter he couldn't wait to leave to go home, this time it was very different and so evident that Woody would have been very happy to remain with Ruben and his family. Thank you Ruben for looking after our little boy so well and for sure you will be our first choice if we need Woody looking after in the future.”
