“Maria and her partner are just top quality people and the service they had provided was top quality. I was going away to London for a celebration, they invited us over the evening before I was due to go away so Benny could explore there home and meet who he’s going to spend a couple of days with straight away it was clear Benny was going to be very happy. I dropped Benny of early the next morning Maria and her partner took Benny straight out on a walk and he loved every minute of his little trip. Maria sent me frequent updates with how Benny was going along with photos and videos. Benny was very settled and very happy with the care he received. Would recommend 100% highly and would use Maria again. Top quality care. Thank you again for everything.”

“Camila took wonderful care of Maru, our 2 year old Bichon for an entire month. We were naturally uneasy about leaving her for so long, but she has come home very relaxed and has quickly readjusted. Camila even bathed her, so she has come lovely and clean also.”

“Anna took good care of our Maxie. She gave me updates on how he was doing, and this was very useful. He is not used yet to stay with others he doesn't know yet, but hopefully this will change, as we have booked more services with Anna.”

“Angela and her family looked after my dog Captain for the weekend and did an amazing job. He seemed to settle with them well and enjoyed his time with the family. “It was a perfect 1st stay away from home. Millie was made very welcome and Aga helped her to settle and maintained her routine. About: As a Rover client myself since 2021, I know exactly what it takes to provide peace of mind when you trust someone with your four-legged family member. Having used drop-ins, daycare, walks, and boarding from the owner's side, I know how reassuring a quick photo update is, how vital it is to stick to a precise feeding schedule, and how important transparency is. I treat your dog’s routine as absolute law and deliver the exact high standard of care that I expect for my own dog, Odin. Raising my own 5-year-old Black Labrador through the high-energy puppy stages means I am well-versed in positive reinforcement, maintaining house-training schedules, managing teething, and ensuring safe, controlled socialization. Equally, I understand that older dogs have vastly different needs. Whether it's managing a slower pace on our walks, administering oral medications, recognizing signs of joint discomfort, or simply ensuring they have a quiet, comfortable space to rest, senior dogs receive gentle, attentive care here. I am entirely comfortable handling larger, high-energy breeds, managing leash pulling, and ensuring that play sessions remain safe, balanced, and fun. Your dog will seamlessly blend into a structured, active, and reliable daily schedule: 8:30 AM: A long 45–60 minute morning walk at Bournemouth Gardens (plenty of ball-throwing and running around for high-energy pups!). 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM: Dedicated comfort breaks. 8:30 PM: A secondary 45–60 minute evening walk to wind down for the night. 11:30 PM / Midnight: A final late-night comfort break before settling in for bed. Because I share my home with Odin, we strictly accept dogs who are friendly and comfortable with other dogs. Our home is rarely empty. I work a brief shift Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. However, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, someone is always at home, ensuring your dog is never left alone during those times. On Mondays and Thursdays, dogs should be comfortable being left for a maximum of 3 hours in the evening alongside Odin. We live in a flat ideally located directly across the road from Bournemouth Gardens, meaning fantastic, green, and expansive walks are right on our doorstep!
“Baxter stayed with Ruth and her family again after a very successful first stay. He was treated with the utmost care and kindness and he made himself very much at home! We had daily messages and photos to keep our children (and our) minds at ease and it was very clear to see how much he enjoyed his stay! We will most certainly book with Ruth again and would recommend to everyone as a perfect home from home environment!”

“Sam looked after our bulldog Bruno for two nights and he was great with keeping in contact, as well sending photos of him settled. Will be booking again in the future when we need a sitter! Thank you ☺️”

“I cannot say how Maxy felt but from all the update we've received he had the most wonderful time spent with Guoda and partner. The welcome was so positive I left Maxy with an easy heart. It was also very nice to receive daily updates and photos about Maxy so we could enjoy our time away. We would definitely rebook.”

I left my 1 year old patterdale X with Anna and her family for a week. I was very nervous about leaving him as this was the first time doing so. Anna was incredible with keeping me updated with how Rusty was getting on. He seemed so happy with Anna and her family and it instantly settled my nerves. We will 100% be using Anna in the future ❤️

Winnie is so happy staying with Sophie and James. She has lots of lovely walks and loves all the cuddles she gets. Even more important to us is that Sophie treats Winnie as one of her family and keeps us up to date with what Winnie is up to. Sophie is also friendly and professional. We will certainly be asking Sophie to look after Winnie again in the future.🥰🥰

Jordan made an condition with Lilly almost immediately, she's not easy to do it. He was very pontual and interesed in knowing what Lilly would need during her stay with him. He followed our instructions greatly, Lilly seems very happy and healthy when we picked her back. I would recommend Jordan and definitely will nook him again for Lilly.

I had a really positive experience with this dog boarding service. Victoria and Joe took great care of Kiki , including taking her on regular walks. I also received photos and updates during the stay, which gave me peace of mind and showed that my dog was happy and well looked after. I would definitely recommend them to other dogs owners

Amanda was interested in understanding Zara's needs and routine to ensure her stay was a happy one which was appreciated. Zara settled quickly and the family did well to involve her and play with her etc. I was also kept informed of how Zara was getting on over the course of her 2 day stay via messages and pictures which was very reassuring.

Barnaby had a great time, he came to us and was more settled than with previous sitters which was very reassuring! Amy provided consistent updates and enjoyed Barnaby’s company so much that she asked to delay our pick up time so she could spend longer at the beach with him!

Nathan and Sylvia have looked after Mabel several times and I am always very happy to leave her with them. They keep me posted with photos and updates so I know how she is. Today they took her to the beach and even have her a bath afterwards. I absolutely recommend them as dog sitters

Jack had the best time with Gilly. He absolutely loves being there and hanging out with Summer. They're such a wonderful double act together, a real Little and Large, and Summer is so generous and tolerant with him. Seeing Summer bring over a toy to him so he can take one end and they can play tug is lovely to see. It's such a comfort to know that he's having his own holiday good times and to get photo updates showing the fun he's having..

Absolutely delighted with Sonyia.. Pixie was contented well looked after and her needs were understood. Not only did she look after my precious dog she made my bed for me so that I didn’t have to do that when I returned from Paris absolutely exhausted it was such a help. I would recommend her to anyone. I’m so pleased to have met her unused her Services. I’m sure I will again.
