We are Lee and Sonya, an older couple (early 50s and mid 60s) living in the BH9 area of Winton. We are very close to lots of lovely dog walking places and are happy to drive further afield for doggy walks too. We’re used to walking dogs of all ages and most sizes (small, medium and not too large). We also have 2 quite elderly cats but they can be secluded away safely when your doggy is visiting or staying with us. We can take your dog(s) for walks locally - we usually go to Winton Rec, Redhill Park and Meyrick Park or, for longer walks, we go to Canford Sang, Wareham Forest and the New Forest. We sadly said goodbye to Buster, our lovely Belgian Malinois doggy of 13 years, in April 2025. We’re not ready to have a new doggie yet, but there is a big space in our hearts and we’d love to enjoy walking your dog so please let us know if you would like to book time with us. We love walking and especially dog walking. We’re confident and capable with all dog breeds and available for dog sitting and boarding while you’re away. We look forward to meeting you and your dog(s)! 😊

Second time that Gateaux has been for doggy daycare with Sonya, but the first time for Biggy. They’d both obviously had a great day when I collected them and Gateaux was even reluctant to leave. Biggy can be very nervous to begin with but from the photos he obviously settled. Would definitely recommend and would rebook :)
I cannot rate Sonya highly enough! What an absolutely fantastic sitter. She was prompt, considerate, attentive and conscientious. Wesley is normally very reluctant to go off with people he doesn't know but Sonya ensured that he was well cared for and her patience with him was so special. She paid particular attention to him not over heating, his eating and drinking and his cuddles. I feel so chuffed that we found this true, amazing and capable dogsitter. Thank-you Sonya for your care. And in case it hasn't come across in the above I 100% would trust Sonya with Wesley any time again in the future and recommend her wholeheartedly.
Thank you so much for looking after my little fur ball. Dexter had wonderful company and was treated like a member of the family and I was kept up to date regularly with photos and videos. I was apprehensive about leaving him as I had not done it before and Sonya was very reassuring and Dexter had his own little holiday I would certainly use again. Thank you again x
Very good with both of our dogs, very attentive to their needs and they both settled around Sonya quickly, bringing quite a calming presence even for our large puppy. In the heatwave she played with them, gave them ice treats what we had set out and really did her best at keeping them cool! Overall happy with how the sit went, there was a couple of technical issues sending over photos of the dogs but nothing that was too much of an issue, would happily book again.
Sonya was a caring and lovely sitter for our pup. She was also very prompt to reply and so helpful when we needed a sitter at short notice. We hope Sonya will look after our pup again soon!
Sonya was fantastic, so friendly! She came over and met Binx first and dealt with Binx’s sassiness very well! While she was here, I got a good amount of updates and reassurance that Binx was okay. Binx eventually warmed up with toys! She even cleaned and did a hoover round before she left, which went over and above what I expected. It was really appreciated and lovely to come home to ☺️

Safety is paramount! For pet stays at our home, we have a fully fenced-in garden and we would make sure your pet is safe when anyone comes to the door. Lots of fun activities as well as walks - toys, games and cuddles to make sure they feel safe with us.

Lots of toys, games, walks and cuddles. Favourites games are hide and seek, fetch and training with treats. We love cuddles with our pets and they love being cuddled and petted, brushed and tickled too!
