“Maria and her partner are just top quality people and the service they had provided was top quality. I was going away to London for a celebration, they invited us over the evening before I was due to go away so Benny could explore there home and meet who he’s going to spend a couple of days with straight away it was clear Benny was going to be very happy. I dropped Benny of early the next morning Maria and her partner took Benny straight out on a walk and he loved every minute of his little trip. Maria sent me frequent updates with how Benny was going along with photos and videos. Benny was very settled and very happy with the care he received. Would recommend 100% highly and would use Maria again. Top quality care. Thank you again for everything.”

“It was a perfect 1st stay away from home. Millie was made very welcome and Aga helped her to settle and maintained her routine. From regular updates to extra attention and care, Sam made sure Rio was happy, comfortable, and well looked after. She came back to me relaxed and content, which speaks volumes about the quality of care Sam provided. I’m grateful for the extra touches, like providing her food when I’d forgotten to send her supplies. I’ll definitely be using Sam’s services again in the future. Five stars all around—thank you, Sam!”

The speed of responding to our initial response was lightning fast, and we were over the moon she could accommodate our booking at such short notice. Upon dropping Steve (the dog!) off Sue was brilliantly friendly and warm towards Steve and he settled straight in. During his 24 hour stay, we had regular updates to let us know how he was getting on. We will definitely use Sue for looking after Steve again!!”

“Baxter stayed with Ruth and her family again after a very successful first stay. He was treated with the utmost care and kindness and he made himself very much at home! We will most certainly book with Ruth again and would recommend to everyone as a perfect home from home environment!”

“Sausage had a fantastic few days with Sonya and Lee, he has come home so relaxed and fell straight asleep in the car so I know he's had lots of playtime and lovely walks. Sonya kept me up-to-date throughout his stay with photos and videos. Communication was brilliant and I really appreciated the flexibility on pick up time. We'll definitely let you know next time we're in the area, so he has familiar faces to come back to!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the care Hanna provided for my cats! She kept me updated throughout with lovely photos, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away. It was clear she genuinely looked after them — and the proof was in the pudding when I returned to find my kitties noticeably calm and settled, more so than when I usually go away. She also took great care of my home, which I really appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Hanna again and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a reliable, caring cat sitter!”

Binx eventually warmed up with toys! She even cleaned and did a hoover round before she left, which went over and above what I expected. It was really appreciated and lovely to come home to ☺️”

“Thanks Diana. I know you were there 9.50 - 10.30 so thank you! Like me, you're getting to grips with how the Rover App works as I know I'm your first customer. Importantly, you followed all my instructions and clearly, Millie had a lovely walk and cuddles!”

“From the moment we contacted Klaudia to look after our kitten she was accommodating to our dates and times around the Christmas holidays. We had left it last minute, so it was a huge relief, especially as it's our first pet and it was a new situation for us. Klaudia kindly came to visit before the first booking to meet Earl, and I could immediately tell she was kind hearted and cared about animals. Klaudia went above and beyond for us and we will contact her every time we are away, don't hesitate to book her to look after your furry family!”

“My cat is very anxious so it was very reassuring to have a quiet, calm person such as Maria looking after her. This is our first time using a sitter/drop in and I'm very keen to have Maria back again later in the New Year. It was lovely to get all the feedback and photos from her too. Very reassuring when you are a long way from home. Thanks Maria.”

“Linda is a very lovely and genuine person. She has taken care of my 12 year old cat whilst I went on holiday. I have complete trust in Linda, having met her twice before I went away. I do not hesitate to recommend Linda as a caring and responsible and trustworthy person who will take very good care of your pet.”

Will definitely be back to use Guoda again🥰”

“Sonya and Lee are amazing with our little Cavapoo, Stanley, and he loves going to see them. As soon as we say their names Stanley wags his tail with excitement. They’re a lovely couple with lots of dog experience and a beautiful safe and warm home. Very highly recommended.”

“Carolina was really great with her communication and helpful from the start, making us feel reassured that our dogs would be in safe hands. Carolina was flexible with our drop off and pick up time. The dogs took an instant shine to Carolina and she understood their needs straight away. We felt comfortable leaving them with Carolina for the two days and were happy with the service provided. Thank you so much!”

“Charlotte was lovely and very professional. Like most lurchers, she can be a little emotional & sensitive at times, but settled in really well and was more then happy to trott into Charlotte's without a care. Lu got lots of playtime and walks and I would not hesitate to recommend Charlotte as a trusted and proficient pet carer.”

“I have only good things to say about Angelika, she is so compensating to our schedule when it changes and I trust that my dog is safe and well looked after when he is with her. I would recommend her to anyone!”

About: I began caring for dogs at a young age, and over the last few years I've spent taking on dogs from family and friends. In the last 5 months I've been caring for many breeds daily of all ages and sizes and have found that nothing makes me happier than spending time with these incredible animals. Your pets can expect a home from home with me, I never take on too many so that I can give excellent care, love and affection to the animals for as long as they are with me. I owe some of my knowledge to my partner, who will not not be caring for your pets, but has taught me everything she knows from her animal management education and experience in dog training and dog DayCare. Feel assured that your dogs will be looked after by someone with experience, compassion and a calm, gentle nature. In the last 5 months I've found a strong passion for dogcare, by boarding and walking a large variety of breeds. My goal is to engage in this full time and therefore on the days you book with me, rest assured that my attention and routine will be tailored to provide the best care and experience for your furry friends. My home has a fenced large garden with an alleyway that leads to a quiet road. I will be looking at investing in a gate for more safety. I aim to provide dogs in my care with at least 2 or 3 varied walks a day for utmost sniffing and stimulation. I provide treats, toys, leads and bowls. My longterm partner lives in the home, but will not be responsible for care. She loves dogs just as much as I do.
“Bella would have stayed if she could!. As soon as she saw Lady Bella was leaping over the house, pleased to see her and play. Sophie has a massive garden and Bella had lots of room to run about and play. Slept the whole 3 hours back home. Thank you Sophie x”

“Emma looked after Tokyo for the day as we needed to go to a funeral, we felt very confident that he would be well looked after with her and her family and we were sent pictures throughout the day to see what he was getting up to.”

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I've had dogs all my life and truly understand how important it is to find someone you trust to look after your furry family member. I currently live with my friendly and sociable German Pointer, Obi, who absolutely loves the company of other dogs. Together, we enjoy regular long walks (or short, depending on need) and plenty of playtime. We're lucky to live in a beautiful part of Bournemouth, surrounded by dog-friendly parks, coastal paths, and woodland trails—perfect for keeping dogs happy, active, and well-stimulated. Whether your dog enjoys long adventurous walks or just cuddles and companionship at home, I can cater to their needs and routines. I provide a safe, loving, and calm environment where your dog will feel right at home. You can expect regular updates, photos, and peace of mind knowing your pup is in caring, experienced hands. We’re looking forward to meeting your 4 legged friend! I work from home for my main job so am always around. When I am available caring for your pet will be my priority and you have every assurance they will be safe, happy and well looked after. I have a large fenced garden that is secure. No escapees on my watch! When your dog stays with me, they’ll be treated like part of the family. Dogs have full access to my home and are welcome on the sofa (unless you prefer otherwise!). I stick closely to your dog’s usual routine to ensure they feel secure and settled. Walks are a big part of our day – I live in a beautiful part of Bournemouth with access to parks, woodlands, and coastal paths/beaches, so there’s no shortage of exciting places to explore. My own dog, Obi (a friendly German Pointer), is great with other dogs and loves the company. I’m happy to cater to any special needs – whether it’s administering medication, feeding a special diet, or giving extra cuddles to nervous pups.

About: Hi, I'm Klaudia! I've spent the majority of my life being surrounded by animals. I grew up with two German Shepherds and a cat whom I loved very much! Most of my friends and family own multiple pets so I never go a day without a four legged companion by my side. I have experience looking after all kinds of pets, no matter how big or small, but to be more precise, I've had the pleasure of spending quality time with German Shepherds, Border Collies, Cocker and Springer Spaniels, Golden Retrievers, Labradors, Pugs, Frenchies, cats and even rescue dogs! I am a crazy nature lover with a drivers licence as well as a car so I will be more than happy to take your furry friends on the best walks and adventures in the surrounding areas. You can trust me to look after your pets as if they were my own, with plenty of cuddles and everything they need to have a wonderful and safe time. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends! I'm currently self-employed and working part time hours. Please get in touch with me about availability as I know my schedule well in advance and will be able to provide all of the info you may need. Please note that jobs outside of my 5 mile radius will require an additional fee to cover travel expenses. I can look after your pets in my friendly home, which is a big first floor flat (lift available) where they will have plenty of space to rest, play and cuddle on the sofa. I am just a minute walk from the cliff top, beach and a park with lots of green areas for them quick potty breaks, or a few minutes car journey from bigger parks. I am more than happy to look after your pets in your own home, in their surroundings. I will always carefully follow any requests that you may have regarding their care and needs.
“Kiera is absolutely amazing! We have now decided to make her out permanent doggy day care sitter for our dog Cas ❤️ I could contact Keira at anytime during Cas's stay and Keira also sent us lots of photos and videos throughout the day. We took home a very tired pup and a tired pup is a happy pup! Highly recommended her ?”

“Amy was so good with my dog and she genuinely cares about older dogs’ needs. She was on time and quickly took over for the walk. Her communications were spot on and I was very grateful to have the confidence in her abilities in order to leave my dog.”

“Thank you Sam and Nina for walking Pedro! He had a great time and was exhausted when I got home from work - which was perfect! Highly recommend these two. Lovely couple, and clearly have a lot of love for dogs!”

“Couldn’t recommend Louis enough, I asked him for help at the last minute and he gladly accepted the request to walk our 8 month old puppy who has had some health issues for a week. Louis sent pictures every day and updated us when his tummy was upset and kept an eye on him, our puppy absolutely loved him and honestly I’m just sad for puppy that it’s come to an end as he won’t have his bestie to play with! Will absolutely be booking Louis again, he’s been an amazing help. Thank you again!”

About: We are Lee and Sonya, an older couple (early 50s and mid 60s) living in the BH9 area of Winton. We are very close to lots of lovely dog walking places and are happy to drive further afield for doggy walks too. We’re used to walking dogs of all ages and most sizes (small, medium and not too large). We also have 2 quite elderly cats but they can be secluded away safely when your doggy is visiting or staying with us. We can take your dog(s) for walks locally - we usually go to Winton Rec, Redhill Park and Meyrick Park or, for longer walks, we go to Canford Sang, Wareham Forest and the New Forest. We sadly said goodbye to Buster, our lovely Belgian Malinois doggy of 13 years, in April 2025. We’re not ready to have a new doggie yet, but there is a big space in our hearts and we’d love to enjoy walking your dog so please let us know if you would like to book time with us. We love walking and especially dog walking. We’re confident and capable with all dog breeds and available for dog sitting and boarding while you’re away. We look forward to meeting you and your dog(s)! 😊 I’m retired so have lots of free time, especially now my doggy has gone so I can fit in with most times you need my support. Sonya Safety is paramount! For pet stays at our home, we have a fully fenced-in garden and we would make sure your pet is safe when anyone comes to the door. Lots of fun activities as well as walks - toys, games and cuddles to make sure they feel safe with us.

I absolutely love looking after dogs, treating them as our own and making sure they’re having a fun and comfortable stay. If your dog has any particular needs please let me know and I’d be happy to help anyway I can.
“Lisa-Ann was wonderful with our dog! She was lovely and helped us out last minute as we both weren't feeling well. We would highly recommend her. She was very communicative, asked all the right questions upfront, and sent lovely pictures during their time together. Our dog came back very happy and content after her great time with Lisa-Ann! Thank you!”

“Klaudia has been amazing! We were a little worried initially about dog walking as Freddie can be challenging around other dogs on walks and this was for 2 weeks whilr we were in Thailand. Klaudia came and met Freddie on her own time to make sure everything was a good fit and put our mind at rest before we committed which was really appreciated. The updates we got from Klaudia were superb and she is an experienced dog walker who was ate confident can handle Freddie if he got himself into a difficult situation. We really look forward to using Klaudia again in the future! I would 110% recommend!”

“Lauren took well care of my little Taco, I love that she replied to messages quickly and was very communicative. I would recommend her and i would definitely get in touch with her again for future fluff sitting.”

“Mathilda was absolutely outstanding while looking after our dogs during our honeymoon. From the very start, she was reliable, caring, and incredibly attentive, which gave both me and my husband complete peace of mind while we were away. She took our dogs out on their walks every day, making sure they were happy, well exercised, and thoroughly cared for. What really stood out was how well she kept us updated throughout our trip, regularly keeping us in the loop and reassuring us that everything was going smoothly. It was clear our dogs built a wonderful bond with Mathilda and genuinely looked forward to seeing her each day. They absolutely loved their walks with her, and it was so comforting to know they were not only being looked after, but also enjoying themselves so much. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for them and would highly recommend Mathilda to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and fantastic with dogs.”

About: I have a little 9+ year old pug myself so have first hand experience with dogs. I’ve had other dogs in the past so experience handling multiple dogs at one time if needed. I work Mon-Fri, however have the flexibility to work from home several days a week so pet care can be provided during the day with notice. Fully available on evenings and weekends. I would prefer to pet sit at pet owners house. My garden is not fully secure. Caring for pets looks like providing walks, taking time to play/cuddle and generally being around to ensure the pets welfare.

About: I have had pets for as long as I can remember. While we are mostly been a cat family, we have had an array of pets, from fish to guinea pigs. I always seem to attract the cats however, nicknamed the cat queen in our house. Over the years, I have looked after many family friends dogs; Jack Russell’s, Springer Spaniels, Pomeranians, Labradors, Border Collies. I’ve always loved hiking and walking, and now get to do this as my job, but would love a furry friend to accompany me, so I can play pretend until I own one of my own! I’ve also recently done my first house sit on TrustedHousesitters for two lovely mother and daughter lab pair. It was one of my highlights so far of the year and would love to continue to help other families. I am a very tidy and clean person, and have no problem watering your plants or cleaning out a litter tray! I also have no problem with any energy level of dog, I’d walk for hours and play fetch for days… or just a quick wrap around the roads for cute oldies. I am currently an Outdoor Instructor working with the school holidays. I finish each day at 16:00, so able to drop in or walk to see your furry friends after work. I also have school holidays and weekends off, meaning I’m able to be flexible and spend lots of time playing and walking. I can also house sit during these holidays for whenever you and your loved ones are jetting off. ✈️ I love updating owners and sending lots of pictures of your friends! It is the service that I would like as I know how precious these pets are to us. I can easily follow any particular requirements or where your pet likes to sleep at night, to make sure they’re not unsettled by a new friend.
About: Having worked as an NHS healthcare professional for 12 years, I know the importance of person-centred compassionate care. I'm looking forward to meeting your dog as an individual and getting to know it's character and needs. I'm doing some part time work on a Wednesday at the moment. Other than that I am free every day including the weekend. Feel free to reach out and I'll see what I can do. I can look after your dog according to it's need in your own home with some instructions. I'm happy to give it access to outside space as needed.

“Rachael lives and breathes dogs. It was our first time leaving Franky with someone else but she was so friendly and understanding and put us at ease. Franky stayed with her for 4 nights and had the time of his life. It was like his own little holiday! He also learnt quite a lot about interacting with other dogs during his time there.”

“Very happy with Jack's care. We had a meet and greet before booking and Jack was completely at ease when dropped off. Kept informed of how he was getting on. Very comfortable to book again.”

“Angela and her family looked after my dog Captain for the weekend and did an amazing job. He seemed to settle with them well and enjoyed his time with the family. Angela sent over plenty of updates and photos and was really quick to reply to messages. A huge thank you from myself and Captain (aka Pirate)”

“We are so pleased of having Duchess sat with Calvin. He was great with her, attentive and proactive. Had no issues communicating with him and all instructions were followed as we discussed. We truly recommend him and looking forward to next holiday when we will be using his services.”

“Angelika and her partner were great hosts, made Harry very welcome and sent several photos and videos of his holiday with them. Also made sure the walks were well timed and in accordance with the hot weather. Really delighted and would recommend to anyone.”

“I can’t recommend Sam highly enough! He took amazing care of my Golden Retriever, Rio, and went above and beyond to ensure she felt at home.

“Communication was great—daily updates with photos gave us total peace of mind. Our dog came back happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. We will 100% book Sophie again and recommend her to anyone.”

“Gemma was fantastic from the start, great communication and arranged for us to meet with Rusty so we could see where he would be staying before his planned visit. We had regular updates during his stay and could see he was very happy and well looked after. Thank you Gemma and Rob.”

“Jasmine looked after Frankie for the weekend and was fantastic. Frankie took to her straight away. She kept in touch with us throughout the whole time with updates/pictures, communication was great from start to finish. We’d definitely recommend Jasmine and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.”

“From Start to finish Sue was fantastic. We needed some last minute dog care and had never used Rover before.

“Was worried about leaving Basil as he’s only ever been left with my son but I shouldn’t have , David and family clearly treated him like a family member he was so happy to see me but equally happy with them, couldn’t ask for anything more”

“Klaudia was amazing. So quick to respond and organise. It was the first time we’ve left our dog with a stranger. She’s an Australian Kelpie that loves long long long walks and games. She had the absolute best time with Klaudia and we were updated with lovely picture and messages throughout. Will 100% be booking guide. The dog can’t wait to go back!”

“Charlotte looked after our 2 small dogs for 10 days and the dogs loved their stay. The dogs were well looked after and were spoilt by Charlotte and her family with lots of cuddles and walks. Charlotte sent photos every day and the dogs had a large safe garden to play in. We will certainly be booking again with Charlotte and would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and safe holiday home for their pet.”

About: I’ve always had a natural connection with animals and have built both academic and hands-on experience caring for them. I studied Animal Welfare at college and university, which gave me a strong understanding of animal behaviour, wellbeing and responsible care. Alongside this, I worked part-time for five years with a lady who owned German Shepherds, where my duties included walking, grooming, feeding, giving medication, assisting with vet trips and supporting with training. I’ve also volunteered at a dog rescue sanctuary, cared for dogs for people I know, and currently help care for my sister’s dachshund, who I live with. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs and dogs with behavioural issues, and I use a calm, patient approach with positive reinforcement to help dogs feel safe, understood and encouraged. What sets me apart is that I take the time to get to know each dog’s individual routine, personality and needs, and I’ll care for them with the same reliability, affection and attention I would give my own. Pet care fits naturally into my routine as I’m currently looking to build this into regular, full-time work over time. At the moment, I’m starting gradually so I can make sure I give every dog my full attention, patience and consistency. My schedule is flexible, and I’m happy to discuss each dog’s routine, needs and timings to see what works best for everyone. I’d rather take on the right bookings and provide reliable, thoughtful care than overcommit. My home is calm, comfortable and dog-friendly, with a secure fenced garden for supervised outdoor time. I currently share the home with a friendly dachshund, so any boarding would only be offered after making sure both dogs are comfortable together. Introductions would always be handled carefully, and dogs would be supervised and given space to rest separately if needed. If another dog is better suited to being the only dog in the home, the dachshund can stay elsewhere during the booking, so I can keep the environment calm and suitable for each individual dog. I always follow owners’ instructions closely around feeding, walks, medication, routines and house rules, and I’ll make sure each dog feels safe, settled and cared for.
“Milo had a great time with Ruben and Oggy. Lots of updates, videos and photos which helped us to have a relaxed holiday. Milo seemed to be very happy with his stay with Ruben. Would highly recommend ☺️”
