About: I grew up with dogs and understand the need to leave your pooch in the hands of someone you trust. I would be happy to meet up before you put your dog in our care to see if we are the right fit for you and to talk through your dog’s routine/requirements. I work in education (DBS checked) so therefore have a lot of time in the holidays to look after your dog. I also work part time so can offer dog walks/drops ins on days I am off. I have 2 children who adore dogs so I could only offer our services to dogs who are good with children. We would only be able to care for small or medium sized dogs due to their ages. We have a secure garden to provide enrichment for your dog whilst they stay with us. We live close to some gorgeous parks and the beach so could provide some lovely long walks. I work part time so am available Mondays and Fridays and most weekends. We are an active family who enjoy long walks on the weekend so would love to have a dog join the fun. We provide a secure garden for your dog to have enrichment outdoors. We would listen carefully to your dog’s requirements and routine and will provide photos of your dog having lots of fun. We would prefer it if your dog would be happy to sleep downstairs.

About: I have extensive experience caring for dogs of a wide range of breeds, ages, and temperaments, and have been providing pet care services for over a year. Occasionally, I need to visit clients, but those appointments depend on my availability, so I can easily schedule them around pet care needs. I provide a safe, clean, and welcoming home for pets. My house has a good sized, fully fenced garden where pets can play and get fresh air in a secure space. I also have a friendly and well socialised dog who gets along well with other animals, which can be a great companion for visiting pets. Supervision and safety are always my top priorities, indoors and outdoors.

About: I have had different animals from a young age. My first dog of my own as an adult, Niah, was with me for 17 wonderful years until her passing. Since that time, to fill the void of losing her, my friends have entrusted me with their fur babies. I often walk their dogs or have them for sleepovers. I love long walks with my furry friends, cuddles and playing. I treat any of my friends animals as if they were my own, with the upmost care, they know they are leaving them in good hands. I haven’t felt ready to get a new dog since Niah’s passing but so miss having a doggy companion, when a friend pointed me towards Rover, not only would I be helping others it would help me too! I work part-time with a day working from home and with the option to do more days from home if required, so I can be flexible. Not only will they become part of the family whilst they are here, I have a house with a secure garden so they would have access to go to the toilet or play in a large space outdoors.

I've looked after several elderly dogs but am comfortable with any age. I've been sitting with Rover since 2023, and I have years of experience that bring confidence in providing top-notch service. From looking after dogs while you're away to sharing my home with a mix of pets of all sizes and personalities, I've got the knack for tailoring care to each furball's quirks. Beyond homes, I've volunteered on farms and sanctuaries, learning the ropes of animal behaviour. Each experience, including my last dog and best friend of ten years, has shaped me into an attentive and energetic carer. With an intuitive relationship with dogs and a confidence in my ability to handle whatever challenges they bring, you can feel at ease knowing your companion is in the right hands. I work as a dog groomer, so i will be able to take your pup to the salon with me during my work days. They have access to water, treats, and a secure separate area if needed, and can be walked in the nearby park during my breaks and before/ after work. I have a walled off yard with a small grassy area for potty breaks at any time, and also live about 30 seconds from a huge park with plenty of open space and wooded areas, and can also walk down to the beach (dog friendly areas) for any dogs that love a paddle in the sea. Pets will be allowed on the furniture/ bed unless you ask for them not to be, and I have dog bowls for food and water and a bunch of toys to keep your dogs entertained. However, please please feel free to bring your own if it makes your pet more comfortable. Please provide your dog's food and a collar/ harness, lead and crate (if they require a crate). I'm always stocked up with dog bags and treats of my own, and have spare collars/ leads in case of a malfunction or issue with any of the equipment you've provided.

About: Ever since I was born we have had dogs as pets in the family home. I am therefore very much used to looking after dogs and meeting all their requirements. I love taking dogs for long walks, playing with them and having cuddles! I also have a number of years of experience of house sitting which has involved looking after three gorgeous dogs of varying shapes, sizes and ages! I feel comfortable and competent looking after animals and you can trust me to love and care for your pet! I am a doctor currently working in Poole hospital. I have most weekends off and the occasional weekday free. About: Dogs always have this zest for life that is almost unmatched, radiating joy and love wherever they step. I don’t have any training experience at this time but if your dog is well behaved and just needs some extra love and care while you are away I might be a good match for you. I can’t promise your dog won’t put on a few pounds because tasty doggy treats will always be on the menu in my company, with your consent of course 😉! I currently work as a carer looking after elderly people and study study psychology in my spare time. My schedule does fluctuate and can be busy however I often go on walks along the beach and various other places to switch off so we can discuss a time that works for both of us and alternatively if any home care services are needed. About: I have a working cocker spaniel, she is a ball of energy that could power the sun! We are out walking whatever the weather. I love being outside and I would love to help other family's that are more restricted with time. I have lots of experience with puppy's and socialising dogs. My family all have dogs and we get together regularly for long walks. I am a very active person and like to vary my walks / runs between the forest and the beach. I run my own business and work very flexible hours, as such I spend a lot of time with my dog, I enjoy being outside and I would love to give my time to other family's that need help with looking after there fur baby's. About: We have had dogs as family pets my whole life and I have experience with all sorts of breeds from working as a veterinary nurse. I am currently waiting to start a counselling course so have lots of spare time and spend most of my days going for walks along the beach and as well as runs if your dog enjoys them too! I am a trained veterinary nurse but dog sitting but dog sitting and walking is now my main job so your beloved pet will have my full attention whilst in my care. I am available any day for short or long stays and dog walking and drop in visits. I have a flat with its own private enclosed garden. About: Originally from Portugal with over 27 years caring for pets including my own (dogs, cats, fishes & hamsters) and rescuing dogs and cats and finding suitable owners. I’ve started dog walking, pet and house sitting over 10 years ago. I don’t have any pets at the moment as it would be too sad to leave them behind while I’m traveling. My aim is to make them happy but please note I can only accept the following dogs: All breeds as long as they are obedient, non-destructive, and non-aggressive and have a calm and gentle nature. I do not accept incontinent dogs, dogs that chew furniture or other household items. I do not accept dogs that are aggressive with other dogs or people.
