About: We lost our beautiful cane corso/boxer November 2024 and since then, we have been enjoying the company of your fur baby’s! We specialise with reactive and nervous dogs and understand the challenges of walking a dog who finds it difficult around other dogs/animals/people. We have experience in dog boarding but we’re full time van lifers now so only offer house sitting, drop in visits and walks! With our walks - if you book a 30 minute walk you’ll receive 15 minutes free! If you are on the fence about any of our services please feel free to drop us a message first and we’ll be happy to chat it through - we know it’s a big decision trusting someone else with your pet 😌 We’ve taken care of dogs for most of our lives but the last five years especially. We had our own rescue boxer/cane corso who crossed the rainbow bridge in November 2024 so want to bring our flat the company it’s missing by looking after your fur baby. Emily used to be a dog walker in the pandemic so she have experience with many breeds and specialises in reactive/nervous/high prey drive animals. We have my availability set to have 2 dogs at a time meaning your dog might be staying with another dog too. But if your dog is reactive or nervous let me know before booking so I can make sure your dog will be the only dog staying with us as. We know what it’s like to have a nervous dog and we would prefer to help make you and them comfortable by giving them the 1:1 attention they deserve to feel at peace while you’re away so please message me and il be happy to organise this. Leigh works from home and Emily only works 6 hour days during term time and off all bank and school holidays so there will always be someone around to look after your pet.
About: I have taken many of my friends dogs for walks in the park. Sometimes have had the dog to stay if they have gone away for the weekend. Ideally looking to look after small dogs rather than big ones. I am very active as I play many sports so love walking and dog walking is good fun for me. Only available evenings at the moment as I am in between jobs so doing some temp work in the days. I work full time from home Monday-Friday. About: I have always loved animals. My dream was to be a veterinarian, but I ended up staying in business. I have always had pets, and since I moved to the UK, I started to work in babysitting, dog walking, pet sitting (rabbits, cats, dogs, chickens, and fish), and gardening as well. :) Before, I didn't use apps -I was getting clients by recommendations from neighbors and friends. After a pause and moving to a new house, I am now ready and available to return to these activities in a much more technological way, here on Rover. For dog walking, I am available after 17:30. About: We’ve grown up surrounded by pets and can’t imagine life without them. From childhood right through to adulthood, caring for animals has always been second nature to us. Over the years, friends, family, neighbours, and even people in our wider community have trusted us time and again as their first choice when it comes to looking after their precious pets. About: 😘 I know how difficult it is to find somebody you trust to take care of your dog and cat , so I will always make this as easy as possible for all involved. 🐕🐕🦺🦮 Dogs have been in my family my whole life, I lost my Douge De Bordeaux in 2023. My gran was a breeder , I spent my childhood summers with Whippets and Labs , at one point there was a Rottweiler , German Shepherd and a Lab in my immediate family. 🤝 I will always request a meet beforehand and will provide you with daily updates. 😍 Your 4 legged family member will be very much cared for! About: Ever since I was born we have had dogs as pets in the family home. I am therefore very much used to looking after dogs and meeting all their requirements. I love taking dogs for long walks, playing with them and having cuddles! I also have a number of years of experience of house sitting which has involved looking after three gorgeous dogs of varying shapes, sizes and ages! I feel comfortable and competent looking after animals and you can trust me to love and care for your pet! I am a doctor currently working in Poole hospital. About: Hi, We're Matt and Laura. We're a couple of dog lovers that recently had our first baby! Matt works full time, most of the time at home, and I (Laura) am on maternity leave at the moment. We love going for walks as a family, but we also live in a ground floor flat with a nice garden where they can play around and enjoy the sun! We have a Monday-Friday job. We usually finish around 6pm so we will be able to do the evening walk. We are free all day on the weekends if we get some notice. Illien is an absolute diamond, and I will only be using her services going forward! This was the first time I’d ever had a professional pet-sitter look after Nigel, and I was quite nervous about leaving him. He can be a very skittish and anxious boy, so I was worried that he might not take to someone new and that having a stranger looking after him while I was away might add to his anxiety. Illien put all of those worries to rest straight away. She took the time to explain how everything worked and gave me some really helpful advice about caring for Nigel, which immediately made me feel like he was in very capable hands. While I was away, Illien kept me regularly updated on how Nigel was doing, what they’d been up to and how he was behaving. It was incredibly reassuring to hear how comfortable and relaxed he was with her. I also received lots of photos of him playing and looking happy and content — including some absolutely hilarious mid-play action shots! Illien clearly has a magic touch, because my very skittish boy somehow turned into a complete cuddle monster with her! She is an absolute find. She treated Nigel as if he were her own, with so much genuine care, affection and attention. Knowing that he was not only being looked after, but was actually happy and comfortable while I was away, meant so much to me. I couldn’t recommend Illien highly enough to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and knowledgeable pet-sitter who genuinely loves the animals she looks after. I’d especially recommend her to anyone using a pet-sitter for the first time and feeling nervous about leaving their pet — you really couldn’t ask for a safer pair of hands.

Was available at late notice. Was able to extend care at our home. Very knowledgeable re cats and dogs. Made friends with our excitable golden retriever very quickly. Loved getting daily photos to see how our two cats and dog were doing. Would definitely use Zoe again and recommend her to anyone.
