Hello there 👋 I have been making friends with pups and pets for the majority of my life, dedicated my time and affection to all i meet, providing safe, fun and loving care to those who mean the world to you! IMPORTANT INFO, Currently not taking in house boardings for new clients, prior are welcome to reach out, i do provide all other services including watching your pets in your own home 🤎 A brief summary of experience would be that i have worked and volunteered at 2 separate animal shelters, done private dog walking, provided services online and even helped out local eldery ladies and gents with discounted pet care help! Ive raised notoriously difficult breeds and been trusted to care for others for nearly half my life. Including completing pet care services whilst working within the family business. I have experience with reactive/nervous/worried dogs and believe firmly I'm great at reading dog body language because of this but i am not a trained expert! Just focused and try to remain in tune with fellow fluffy friends. It helps to stay educated on breeds, behaviours and specific traits so i know how to approach those in and out of my care. I currently have my own Greyhound x saluki girl, who can be super mischievous and certainly puts the "chilled" labled they are often given to the test! She grew up very frightened and reactive and has since found so much love and friendship through clients dogs whove stayed with us or been on walks with us, she has also not been shy when showing love back. We also have an eldery husky stay with us a few days a week due to shared ownership shes very chilled and barely makes a peep, surprising i know 🥰 My range of experience with different breeds is consistent across all. I am home full time, so I am very flexible and it's important for me to help out as much as I can to those who need it so if something unexpected happened, any emergencies or last minute change of plans you can expect me to be understanding and as helpfull as possible. All animals are allowed on all the furniture as I wash the blankets and bedding every few days. The sofa is huge and has your pups name written all over it! ((I do have 4 cats so i please assure your dog is sensible with smaller furry animals. Shorter sits when needed i can seperate the cats from dogs if any problems arise but know i take the safety of my cats very seriously. They are dearly loved)) Dogs whilst in my care are usually never off the lead unless in a fenced garden, park or safe designated dog area. Exceptions can be made to those with proven fab recall as a run down the beach is only 15 minutes away. This is for everyones safety. However you can expect me to take confident and even the shy pups with me when i run errands, see friends and family or just milling around in public. Popping into cafes, shops, pet stores, on public transport, resturants, pubs, public parks, private rented parks or places, they will not be confined and bored! This is very stimulating for dogs and a great way of socialising them in different settings. Ive had happy owners glad they can settle at a cafe after repeats of me taking them! One of my favourite things to do is pop to a pet shop and let them pick out a natural treat (providing there are no dietary requirements!) As this helps build a relationship with something they view very positively - with someone they are just getting to know. I am confident using all types of equiptment, aside from prong collars. I can learn and research before a sit if your dog uses one, they arent widely used so please let me know prior.
