Ilien has been amazing! She looked after my cat for a few days and when I came home, Tempest was happy and relaxed. Ilien was a great communicator throughout, sending photos or videos each visit. I was nervous but Ilien swiftly made me feel at ease. Also pleasantly surprised how tidy she left the place! Beyond my expectations, thank you so much x
We arrived home after 6 days away to 2 happy relaxed cats. Illien visited twice per day to feed and play with our two, and sent photos so that we could see how they were going. Will book her again!
Illien was absolutely perfect. She made my time away so much easier—for both me and my cat. She followed all instructions meticulously, took care of everything, and sent adorable daily updates. I felt completely at ease knowing my cat was in such caring hands. She’s definitely my go-to person from now on!
