Dog lover providing a home from home service
I am a dog lover who was lucky to have had a beautiful golden Labrador, Ollie for 13.5 years. I had Ollie from a puppy and looked after him in his senior years. I also had a family pet when I was little, a doberman, and know how important it is to know your dog is being cared for. I would like to offer a home from home for your dog where they can relax and enjoy their time and you can feel reassured that he/she is being well looked after. I miss the presence of a dog in my home as well as the walks and companionship of a dog so thought it would be nice to offer a service that helps others and fills a gap in my life.

This was my second time sending my dog Captain to Angela and her family and they did an amazing job again. He was well and truly looked after and he seemed to remember and settle with the family really easily again. I got lots of updates and photos during the week and could tell how much love and care my Captain was getting. I can't thank Angela enough and absolutely recommend her for other dog owners. I'll absolutely be booking with her again!
We were very nervous as this was our first time using outside help but on our first meet and greet, we knew straight away that Nala was going to fit right in with Angela and her family, Nala seemed right at home.playing with the children in the garden. Angela reassured us and updated us with photos and she went above and beyond to cater for Nala’s every needs. We have rebooked Angela again
Angela and her family looked after our Labrador Riku for his first 2 nights of ever being away from us. He settled in well and had a fabulous time with all the family including training games with the girls. Angela reassured us with updates and photos which reassured us that he was in excellent hands. We have another longer booking with Angela soon and I am sure Riku can’t wait!

Schedule
I work from home so your dog would not be left alone for long periods. I am able to offer walks during the day and evening as well as lots of time to play with your dog and of course cuddles. I also have 2 children aged 11 and 8 who love dogs and would ensure there was lots of playtime and affection.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large, fenced garden with no steps. We live in a house and have a stair gate on the stairs so can prevent going upstairs if needed for senior dogs. I also have some steps for ease getting in and out of the car. Your dog would be welcome in all areas of our home.
A typical day
I am able to offer walks during the day and evening as well as dedicated time to play and interact with your dog. I would use a variety of toys and games to keep your pooch amused and entertained through the day. We live close to Slades park and also enjoy beach walks, forest walks and going to places like Hengistbury Head and Upton Country Park.
