“Ching was amazing with my dog! She sent so many great pictures from their adventures while my dog was with her and kept me updated the whole week. Would not hesitate to book her again 😁”

“Elizabeta made us feel at ease at first meeting nothing was a problem. Poppy had such a great time looking at all the photos and videos which were sent to us, i would definitely use Elizabeta again. We had a great time knowing she was well looked after. Shout out to Jay too. Thanks guys 🐶”

“Heather welcomed Ness into her home and meet all her needs. Ness had a big garden to play ball and countryside close by for walks. Thank you to Heather and her family for making this first stay first class.”

“My Labrador George has stayed with Donald multiple times now and to say Donald’s service and care has been outstanding would be an understatement. Myself and my girlfriend are incredibly picky about who we have mind George as we love him very much but we’ve found the perfect dog minder in Donald. George is always happy to see Donald and Margaret when we arrive and it makes parting with him for a few days a whole lot easier. Due to a flight delay and car trouble I was late to pick George up by about 3 hours one day and had no phone to update Donald, but this was absolutely no problem and when I turned up at close to 1am to collect George (embarrassingly) this was absolutely no problem with Donald as he’s incredibly accommodating. We’re incredibly lucky to have found a dog minder like Donald and Margaret.”

About: Home Away from Home: Safe, Loving Care for Your Dog Pet care experience I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10. Neighbours, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets.. Pet Care Experience I’ve been caring for dogs of all kinds since I was 10 years old. Friends, neighbors, and family members have trusted me over the years to walk, feed, bathe, and love their pets like my own. Since adopting my dog Riley in 2017, I’ve gained hands-on experience with everything from daily care routines to recognizing behavior changes and responding with patience and understanding. What sets me apart is my genuine love for dogs and my calm, attentive nature. I’ve worked with puppies, high-energy breeds, and senior dogs who need a little extra patience and care. Whether your pup needs a playful companion or a quiet space to relax, I provide a safe, loving environment tailored to their needs. I work part-time from home, so I’m available throughout the day to give your pup the time, attention, and care they need to feel safe and loved. I have a fully fenced garden where pups can safely play, explore, and relax under supervision—perfect for fresh air, exercise, and tail wags! I make sure the pups get all the love and attention under my care.

“Thanks so much to Douglas and Vicky for taking care of Alba and giving her all the love and attention we would have done if she was at home. They kept us up to date with plenty of messages and pictures. Gave her some medicine that she only got prescribed the day we dropped her off. Couldn't have aksed for better and would definitely recommend and use them again if needs be.”

“Maisie had a wonderful time! She had the run house and garden, a couple of pals to play with and 2 excellent surrogate parents!! Excellent communication and organisation couldn’t recommend highly enough.”

“Contacted Anne Marie for home boarding for our 10 year old lhasa apso for our recent trip. A lovely lady who was enthusiastic, caring and affectionate towards our wee dog. She kept us advised of his progress during the 2 weeks we were away, as this was the first time we had left him with someone we didn't know. When we came back he was very happy to see us and we knew that she had cared for him ever so well. I am happy to recommend Anne Marie to anyone who needs their dog looked after.”

About: Dog walking is my happy place. With an enclosed garden, detached house and a safe car- I’m very excited to be on Rover to further my dog & cat sitting experience. I’ve grown up being a dog owner, from puppies to senior rescues with additional needs. I’ve also had a few cats so I’m very comfortable when I’m around animals. In addition to providing extensive care, I enjoy taking the time to continue and maintain training. From puppies & kittens to more senior pets, I am delighted to care for them all. I understand some animals can feel anxious in an unfamiliar environment- for that reason I sleep downstairs in the living room with the animals to provide a bit of additional comfort and support during the night. Happy to provide as many photos & videos as the owner would like for their own peace of mind. I work part time and I often am off weekends, so when I’m marked available for pet sitting you can be assured that I will be home 90% of the time if not 100% of the time. I do not pet sit if I am working that day or the following day; so the animals have my full attention. In my home, animals are allowed to be in a crate if it is what the owner wishes for their own comfort but I prefer that they are allowed to follow me from room to room to explore. I sleep downstairs with animals so that they feel safe. Happy to provide specific nutrition and medication (not injections). I am happy to have 2 dogs or 2 cats from the same household, but I do not mix animals from different households. Cats would be kept indoors at all times. Dogs are encouraged to play in my enclosed garden under my supervision, in addition to going on lovely walks. Happy to take dogs in my car to local beaches and parks for walking.

“We booked our dog Teddy in with Louise for an overnight stay while we were away for a night. Louise kept us up to date with how he was settling in and sent us pictures of him throughout his stay. We were a bit nervous about leaving him as it was his first time being away from us in a new place with a new person but we could not have been happier with the service Louise provided. Teddy enjoyed his stay and was comfortable throughout the day and night. Would 100% recommend and will be booking in future.”

“Gillian gave our Dog Ruby a wonderful day and can't thank her enough. Clearly such a dog lover and so considerate, great updates through the day.”

“Very pleased with how well Bear was looked after. Kwai and his family treated him very well. I got lots of updates and photos and Bear got lots of walks so was very happy. Thank you”

About: I'm a big animal lover, with experience of pet dogs my whole life, as well as looking after friends' pets. I work from home so will be on hand all day to help your furry family member settle in, and give them lots of attention, daily walks, and plenty of snuggle time. Whether they're playful or prefer a cozy nap spot, I'll make sure they feel right at home. I have access to an enclosed mini park just 5 minutes walk from mine and I'm also happy to drive with animals, so can go for longer park walks too. Looking forward to meeting you, and making your dog's staycation brilliant! I work full time but from home and work are extremely flexible. I am normally awake around 6am and try to get a morning walk before work, I then take my lunch as a walk too. My hours for work are 9.00-5.00 but I’m able to break them up when required to take a dog out. I live alone in a ground floor flat. Access to the flat can either be via 5 steps at the front or flat access at the back. There is a grassed area where the dogs can go to the toilet however there is also a larger fenced grass area just around the corner from the flat along with 2 park areas that the dogs can be taken to. Inside my flat, the dogs are welcome to be on my sofa and bed if that is what they are used to and there is plenty of space for them to potter around or have a quiet nap in.

“My dog is normally very excited to see me. However when I went to pick him up from Hannah. I dont think he wanted to leave. He had an amazing time and was properly spoiled and looked after.
