I have canine first aid training so rest assured, your pets will always be in good hands! I have previous experience being a dog walker but transitioned to daycare and boarding this year! There hasn't been a day in my life that I've been without dogs. I have had dogs of all shapes, sizes and ages; from Jack Russell's to German Shepherd's, some from birth to 20 years old! Clients have trusted me to look after their new puppies and care for their dogs while they are away, and it fills me with so much joy!! I love being out in nature, taking them for walks in the stunning woodland park located right behind our house and playing in our garden! I also love coming home and cwtching up with them on our sofa in the evenings! I will make sure to send lots of pup-dates and photos and make your furry friends happy! I can ensure your dog is the only other dog in the household upon request, if you book early enough! This is my full time job so I can care for your dogs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! No limitations for age or size of your pets. I have a fully secure fenced in garden for your dogs to play safely and independently. There are lots of walking trails from my house and we back onto a large woodland park with lot of pools and streams for swimming or paddling in! We also have a 5 acre field that we can walk to in half an hour! We have lots of toys and dog beds for your pets, although they are always welcome to cwtch up with us on our sofa or bed!

About: Hi, I'm Sam! I'm a 26-year-old long-time animal lover and experienced house & pet sitter based in Port Talbot. In 2022, I embarked on an 8-month trip around Australia with my partner George, most of which we spent house & pet sitting for local people in the destinations we visited - it helped us to get experience under our belt, save money on hotels and get some cuddles in the absence of our own pets. About: We’ve grown up with dogs and have been around them most of our lives, so we’re very comfortable handling their day-to-day needs. We also regularly look after friends’ dogs, which has given us experience with a range of breeds, temperaments, and routines. We both work from home every day, so dogs in our care get plenty of attention, supervision, and company throughout the day. We’re used to managing feeding, walks, and general care, and we make sure to stick to each dog’s usual routine to help them stay settled while their owners are away. During the week, we both work from home, with one office day each scheduled on different days, ensuring that there is always one of us at home to care for the dog. We finish work at 3pm, allowing plenty of time for an evening walk and attention. On weekends, we are not working, so the dog would enjoy more dedicated time with us, often including day trips typically to the beach. Your dog’s safety and wellbeing are a top priority. The property features a secure, fully fenced garden with a padlocked gate, providing a safe outdoor space for exercise and play, including a generous area of natural grass. We are also fully licensed by the local council for dog sitting, meaning the home has been inspected and approved to meet required safety standards. About: I’ve looked after several dogs and cats in the last few years of varying ages and sizes, both at my home and the owner’s. Most recently, I sat for a very cute Lurcher puppy at his home three days a week, for four months last summer, helping to toilet and crate train him, and playing with him throughout the day while ensuring he got enough rest. I have looked after him on the odd occasion since and he is always very excited to see me. I have also looked after an 11 year old Dalmatian on three different occasions for 3-6 weeks at a time and we have formed a close bond. He feels comfortable in my home and needs quite a lot exercise so we enjoy lots of long walks together. When I first looked after him he could be quite reactive and would pull on the lead a lot, but we have done quite a bit of work together and he is much calmer now. I’ve also had the pleasure of caring for the sweetest 11 year old Miniature Schnauzer on several occasions for a few days at a time, making lots of time for snuggles but also taking her down to the beach where she loves to explore. I’ve also housesat for friends and family, looking after their cats while they were on holiday. My friend’s cats were quite nervous so I was happy to take their lead on how close I got. While they were wary to begin with, they would happily sit with me and let me stroke them by the end of the week. My friends have asked me to catsit again this September. All in all, the fact that owners have trusted me to look after their pets for long periods of time and on more than one occasion shows that I am reliable and will care for your pet like they are my own, with the utmost love, care and attention. The owners have also appreciated the regular updates and pictures I send and I will always make sure to do the same for you. I work from home four days a week and can be flexible on location so am happy to come to yours or look after your pet at my house. I’m available during the week and at weekends for quick drop ins, a full day or for boarding, from one night to several weeks at a time if required. I have a large, enclosed garden for your pet to have a good run around if needed. There are also lots of good walks nearby, including a park and the beach is nearby. I live alone and don’t have any pets or children, so can provide a calm, secure space. My work is quite flexible so I can make time to play with your pet and show them the love and attention they need. Also happy to crate if required.

About: I am a third year veterinary student at the university of Liverpool with a great passion for animals.
