About: Have had dogs in the family for the last 16 years, having my own dog Jojo for the last 6 years from when he was a puppy. Have looked after other dogs during this time in a casual way but generally have a lot of experience with larger dogs and some experience with small dogs. I’m generally strong enough to handle any dog of any temperament and have trained Jojo fairly intensively. I have been living in the area for 8 years and know a wide range of walks around Carmarthenshire area from Llanelli to Carmarthen and Brechfa I will generally know a walk suitable for any needs local to you. I work part time but have more or less full flexibility with a few days notice to be able to accommodate the needs of your dog. I have a large garden that is fenced. We have no neighbours. My dog Jojo is generally very good with other dogs in the house but should they not get along he is happy to spend time separately.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs since the age of six, and over the years I’ve also gained experience walking dogs of all sizes for other families. I hope this opportunity will allow me to continue working with a wide variety of breeds, which will be invaluable experience as I pursue my goal of becoming a veterinary pathologist after university. I’m currently available throughout the week and weekends, as I’m moving back home from university. This means I’ll be home most of the time and able to give your dog plenty of care and attention. I will be going to Australia in September for 8 months so my account will be unavailable until I’m back home. I have a spacious home with a secure outdoor area, our house comfortably accommodates six people, so there’s plenty of room for play and relaxation. I do have 3 dogs, they will be in the house all the time.

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover and currently the proud owner of two pups; a playful 3year old and a cheeky 1year old. Having raised them from puppyhood, I know what it takes to keep dogs happy, safe, and well exercised. I’ve also cared for friends’ and family members’ dogs of all sizes and temperaments, so I’m comfortable handling different personalities, energy levels, and routines. Whether it’s a gentle stroll, a high energy walk, or some cuddle time, I’ll make sure your dog feels loved and cared for just like my own. I currently work part time and mostly from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility to fit dog walks and pet care around my schedule. This means I can be available during the day for walks, drop ins, or extra cuddles when needed. Because I’m not tied to a strict 9–5, I can adjust to suit your dog’s routine and make sure they get the attention and exercise they need. Additional Services:- Training support - I specialise in helping dogs improve loose lead walking and calm behaviour on walks. During their stay I can include structured training walks to reduce pulling and build better habits. Price:- £15 per day (2 structured walks) £10 per day (1 structured walk) Freshen up before pick up - Includes a bath leaving your dogs coat smelling extra fresh and a brush through your dogs coat. Price:- £10-£20 based on dog size My dogs are part of the family, so their safety and happiness always come first. I have a secure, fenced garden where they can play safely, and I also use a crate as a calm, cosy space when they need downtime or rest. I make sure they get regular walks, playtime, and plenty of cuddles, as well as sticking to routines for feeding and training. I’ll care for your dog with the same love and attention that I give my own.

About: I have taken care of friend's dogs and owned dogs for the last 20 years. We offer a calm family environment with one 8 year old child who is used to having dogs around. We had a French bulldog for 15 years and now have a very gentle and loving labradoodle who loves the company of other dogs, small and large. We have a good sized fenced garden and have lots of lovely dog walking areas nearby. I work from home so I am able to make sure your dog gets lots of opportunities for toilet breaks and walks 🐾 I work from home and I am here the majority the time to care for your dog. We already have a dog who loves to explore the local area and would love another dog for company. My daughter is a very calm child and we have a very quiet home I have a fenced garden and a very friendly dog who loves playing. We are used to crating dogs so can accommodate that, if its your preference.

About: I grew up on a farm with three border collie crosses and a variety of other animals. My extended family’s dogs were also frequent visitors and ranged from small breeds to large working breeds. This gave me knowledge and experience working with dogs of different intelligences, activity levels and needs. Furthermore, I helped care for all my border collies from puppies to elderly with all three living to ages 11, 13 and 16. Giving me experience and knowledge from initial puppy training to caring for dogs with poor health and additional needs. Currently I am the proud mum of a miniature labradoodle puppy who is extremely social with both dogs and people. She lives with myself and my Dad in our 4 bedroom house with enclosed and secured garden. We are situated near Loughor estuary where I walk daily and have several dog friendly pubs, cafes and parks nearby. Your fur baby will be welcomed into our home and spoiled as badly as mine! You’ll feel safe knowing that as you enjoy your holiday, your dog will be on their’s too. Being well looked after and having an amazing time, I’ll even send you regular pupdates to put your mind at ease. I’m currently working from home as a post-graduate student researcher, where I work within my own schedule and have flexible working times. This means I am able to prioritise the needs of my dog and any others within my care. I schedule my day around the dog, allowing them to lead and will always fit in a daily walk, routine meal times and multiple opportunities for play, rest and cuddles. I have a fenced and enclosed back garden with a dog friendly house, situated in a friendly neighbourhood. I have my own fur baby who is friendly and sociable, to keep yours company during their stay. Furthermore, our neighbourhood is filled with friendly and sociable dogs who we regularly meet whilst out walking and will happily welcome your fur baby to our area. I am able to accommodate crates, if this is what your fur baby is used to and have multiple areas within the home where this can be set up to provide comfortable and relaxing spaces for your fur baby.

Carys welcomed us both in to her home on Bellas first day which was also reassuring to see where Bella would be spending the day and that it was safe. Carys followed and took note of all Bella info and needs. About: Hi I’m Jacob - I’m a masters student and athlete, who is very passionate and experienced with dogs. I enjoy being outside and keeping active, and would be thrilled to take your dog for walks, and give them the attention they deserve! Small/medium sized dogs, and puppies are my expertise but welcome all ages and sizes. I understand how special your furry friend is to you, and I will treat your pet as my own and give it all the love, care and attention they need! The 2 puppers featured in my profile are currently living up in Scotland with my parents, so won’t be with me when I’m caring for your fur babies. The other 2 puppies held up by the young lady (my mom) are the 2 dogs I grew up with and loved so very much! I’m comfortable with all sizes and breeds, having looked after everything from miniature schnauzers and chihuahuas to retrievers and german shepherds. I live alone with my own dog, Serpico - a friendly 3 year old lurcher cross, who loves playing and socialising with other dogs - so your doggo will always have great company. We follow a consistent routine with morning and evening walks, including time for off-leash runs, but I’m always happy to adapt to suit your dog’s individual needs. As a dog owner myself, I completely understand how it feels to leave your pet in someone else’s care. That’s why I’ll always provide regular updates and photos, so you can feel reassured and relaxed while you’re away. I currently work from home on Mondays and Fridays and will only offer boarding on these days as well as weekends. Which means I have plenty of time to dedicate to your doggo. I usually go for a morning walk with my doggo at either the beach or park, providing space for a good run around. Followed up with a chilled evening walk to wind down. We’re happy to change up our schedule to meet your dog’s needs. I have a fenced garden and a dog of my own, who will act as a sociable playmate. I would love to meet up with you and your dog before boarding to make sure a connection is made with your doggo and that they feel comfortable staying at our home.

About: I’ve looked after several dogs and cats in the last few years of varying ages and sizes, both at my home and the owner’s. Most recently, I sat for a very cute Lurcher puppy at his home three days a week, for four months last summer, helping to toilet and crate train him, and playing with him throughout the day while ensuring he got enough rest. I have looked after him on the odd occasion since and he is always very excited to see me. I have also looked after an 11 year old Dalmatian on three different occasions for 3-6 weeks at a time and we have formed a close bond. He feels comfortable in my home and needs quite a lot exercise so we enjoy lots of long walks together. When I first looked after him he could be quite reactive and would pull on the lead a lot, but we have done quite a bit of work together and he is much calmer now. I’ve also had the pleasure of caring for the sweetest 11 year old Miniature Schnauzer on several occasions for a few days at a time, making lots of time for snuggles but also taking her down to the beach where she loves to explore. I’ve also housesat for friends and family, looking after their cats while they were on holiday. My friend’s cats were quite nervous so I was happy to take their lead on how close I got. While they were wary to begin with, they would happily sit with me and let me stroke them by the end of the week. My friends have asked me to catsit again this September. All in all, the fact that owners have trusted me to look after their pets for long periods of time and on more than one occasion shows that I am reliable and will care for your pet like they are my own, with the utmost love, care and attention. The owners have also appreciated the regular updates and pictures I send and I will always make sure to do the same for you. I work from home four days a week and can be flexible on location so am happy to come to yours or look after your pet at my house. I’m available during the week and at weekends for quick drop ins, a full day or for boarding, from one night to several weeks at a time if required. I have a large, enclosed garden for your pet to have a good run around if needed. There are also lots of good walks nearby, including a park and the beach is nearby. I live alone and don’t have any pets or children, so can provide a calm, secure space. My work is quite flexible so I can make time to play with your pet and show them the love and attention they need. Also happy to crate if required.
