About: I have had pets from a very young age, hand reared puppies & current animal slave to my small one eyed shih tzu Betsie. She is a senior girl at 12 years old, so I have first hand experience of senior dogs, meaning administering medication etc is not an issue. Puppies, younger dogs are also welcome as Betsie still has energy for playtime. We can provide a loving home from home & pets are allowed on sofas and beds if that’s their thing (it’s certainly Betsie’s!!) I will also provide a safe, fun and loving environment whilst your pet is in my care. 🐾 nothing is too much - just ask 🐾 Currently available 7 days a week, 24/7. We would love for your pet to join us on our adventures or just chill if that’s more their thing. I have a large tiered garden, which is fenced off and a padlock on the gate. About: I grew up with dogs and we’ve had dogs all our married life. Our dog Teddy is a 7 year old Cavochon. He is a gentle loving boy. In the past I have dog sat for family and colleagues from work. I would love to have more dogs around as they really do make me happy. They always seem to take to me too !! Our children are in their 20’s and work shifts so around during some days. Myself and my husband Craig are off on weekends. We spend lots of time out in the garden. We have a fenced garden. 5 steps in the garden but flat otherwise (2 levels) We live close to Margam park, Porthcawl, Mumbles and Aberavon beach for lots of walks. We walk our Cavachon Teddy twice a day.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for several years through looking after my own pets, and it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I’ve cared for my German Shepherd, Simba, for the past 3 years, as well as my three cats, Luna, Pumpkin and Stripy for 4 years. Having both a dog and multiple cats has given me experience with very different personalities, routines and needs. With Simba, I’ve been responsible for his day-to-day care, including making sure he was fed on time, had plenty of exercise and stayed active and happy. I’ve bathed and groomed him, taken him to the vet whenever he needed medical attention, and given him medication on time when required. I’ve also learned to pay attention to changes in his behaviour, energy levels and general wellbeing so I can recognise when something isn’t quite right. Looking after my cats has been just as rewarding. I make sure Luna, Pumpkin and Stripy are fed according to their routine, have a clean and comfortable environment, and get plenty of attention and playtime. Because cats can each have such different personalities, I’ve learned to give them space when they need it while also knowing when they want affection, stimulation or company. For me, looking after pets isn’t just about feeding them and making sure they’re safe. I really enjoy keeping them entertained, giving them lots of love and attention, playing with them and making sure they feel comfortable and settled. I understand that pets can miss their owners when they’re away, so I would want every pet I look after to feel cared for, relaxed and happy. I’m now looking to continue doing something I genuinely love by becoming a part-time pet sitter in Swansea. I’d be happy to follow each pet’s normal routine, including their feeding, walks, playtime, medication where required and anything else their owner asks me to keep consistent. About: I’ve looked after several dogs and cats in the last few years of varying ages and sizes, both at my home and the owner’s. Most recently, I sat for a very cute Lurcher puppy at his home three days a week, for four months last summer, helping to toilet and crate train him, and playing with him throughout the day while ensuring he got enough rest. I have looked after him on the odd occasion since and he is always very excited to see me. I have also looked after an 11 year old Dalmatian on three different occasions for 3-6 weeks at a time and we have formed a close bond. He feels comfortable in my home and needs quite a lot exercise so we enjoy lots of long walks together. When I first looked after him he could be quite reactive and would pull on the lead a lot, but we have done quite a bit of work together and he is much calmer now. I’ve also had the pleasure of caring for the sweetest 11 year old Miniature Schnauzer on several occasions for a few days at a time, making lots of time for snuggles but also taking her down to the beach where she loves to explore. I’ve also housesat for friends and family, looking after their cats while they were on holiday. My friend’s cats were quite nervous so I was happy to take their lead on how close I got. While they were wary to begin with, they would happily sit with me and let me stroke them by the end of the week. My friends have asked me to catsit again this September. All in all, the fact that owners have trusted me to look after their pets for long periods of time and on more than one occasion shows that I am reliable and will care for your pet like they are my own, with the utmost love, care and attention. The owners have also appreciated the regular updates and pictures I send and I will always make sure to do the same for you. I work from home four days a week and can be flexible on location so am happy to come to yours or look after your pet at my house. I’m available during the week and at weekends for quick drop ins, a full day or for boarding, from one night to several weeks at a time if required. I have a large, enclosed garden for your pet to have a good run around if needed. There are also lots of good walks nearby, including a park and the beach is nearby. About: I grew up with dogs and we’ve had dogs all our married life. Our dog Teddy is a 7 year old Cavochon. He is a gentle loving boy. In the past I have dog sat for family and colleagues from work. I would love to have more dogs around as they really do make me happy. They always seem to take to me too !! Our children are in their 20’s and work shifts so around during some days. Myself and my husband Craig are off on weekends. We spend lots of time out in the garden. We have a fenced garden. 5 steps in the garden but flat otherwise (2 levels) We live close to Margam park, Porthcawl, Mumbles and Aberavon beach for lots of walks. We walk our Cavachon Teddy twice a day.
