About: Hi we are James and Hannah. We just adore animals, we’ve looked after a huge range in various homes around the country but we haven’t sat a reptile yet but I’m sure that will be ticked off soon! I (Jamie) have had 4 Border Collies, from pups to old age, once you know a Collie that gives you highly transferable skills to look after other breeds, plus Collies do develop your own 6th sense when it comes to dogs. Cats we know well and we know they are the boss! We are highly experienced and reviews from another pet platform will support this, more than happy to discuss this further if applicable. Pets are just so rewarding to look after whilst developing that bond and trust for in us is special. It’s important for us that the pet has the availability of human interaction during the day. By only looking after animals in their own surroundings it’s comforting for them to have the security of their home. We will always follow the house owners instructions for their loved ones to the letter. About: I've grown up around animals, having family dogs and my mum pet sitting for friends and family. I have always loved being around them. I currently have a 1 year old rescued stray cat, she’s been with me for 6 months and has taught me a lot about patience and building trust. She’s gone from being an anxious kitty to loving nothing more than head scratches. I have also cared for multiple cats including one for 5 weeks while their owner was away, making sure they felt safe and well looked after. When it comes to dogs, I regularly care for dogs of friends and family, taking them for walks, providing day care and having sleepovers. I’m comfortable with different energy levels and always make sure pets feel comfortable, happy, and at home. I treat every pet how I would expect mine to be looked after, with patience, attention, and genuine care. I take time to understand their routines, quirks, and what helps them feel secure. I’m reliable, respectful of your home, and always keep you updated. I love both a cuddle session or an energetic walk, and I’m here to make sure your pet feels loved and cared for while you’re away. My job is remote so I can work from anywhere, I’m also very flexible with my work schedule so can take time away to focus solely on your pet when needed. I work mon-fri so weekends are also completely free. Having my own cat, pets will need to stay at your home, which I find helps with their anxieties. Homes will be kept clean and tidy and I’m happy to take on any small household jobs during my time with your pets such as watering plants and taking them for walks bins out. House keys will be kept in a safe and never given to anyone without your written authorisation.

About: Pooch obsessed- dedicated in providing fun and safe care to your fury companions. Play dates, potty breaks, sleepovers and little get away holidays for them. I am a full time palliative care nurse- my shifts change weekly. Full time shifts consist of 3 days a week so I have plenty of time for your pets. I own a three bedded house with a fenced garden surrounded by a rural area only 20 mins from the Lake District. Your pet can be free roam around the home or caged whichever is normal for their home life.

About: i’ve always had pets ever since i was a child, i’ve helped care for the pets within my home and friends and family’s homes. when i was little me and my family used to rescue stay dogs and cats and look after them until we could take them to a shelter. i am very good at listening to the needs of the pets in the home and will always make sure they are happy and healthy while you’re gone i am currently working part time so i will have more then enough time to look after you’re fur babies within the comfort of their homes I have two lovely dogs of my own at home, i have a fenced in yard to keep them safe, they receive a lot of love in my house as we see them as family so we let them sleep in our beds and snuggle with us whenever they want because the happiness and comfort of the animals are all the matters

About: I have grown up around dogs and always had a love for animals. I have previously worked at vets and loved every minute of it. However I wanted to see the animals more and see them happy so what better job than to take care of them. I left my job and set up my own dog walking and pet sitting business. I have since completed a level 2 pet first aid course and set up private insurance specifically for the business. Please have a look on Facebook and Instagram to see some happy dogs! I am available full time as this is what I do for a living. I just require as much notice as possible so I can fit you into my schedule. As I do this as a business I’m not currently licensed to board pets at my own home. This is why I only offer pet sitting services in your own home. Personally I think this is a better set up as it’s stressful enough when you go on holiday then to have your animals moved to either another house or kennel can just add to the stress they already feel. All owners will be asked for some basic information about their pets this ensures I have a better knowledge of them. All dogs that come out for walks with me will be kept on a lead until I am confident in their recall ability. This ensures their safety and gives you that peace of mind as well.

“Absolutely brilliant. Claire was asked to look after two Border Collies, one elderly and one ‘quite lively’. She kept them company in our house for 3 nights and gave several updates and photos each day. It was obvious from her feedback and the condition of our Collies that Claire had done a very caring and professional job. We have never left any of our Collies, both past and present, in kennels or alone until now, but should we have to in future, we will rest easy and confident that they will be safe and well.
