“Thank you so much to Veronika and her family for looking after our dog Toby for the weekend whilst we were away. Veronika was so welcoming and friendly the whole time. She looked after Toby really well and kept us updated with messages and photos reassuring us that he was okay. Her home and garden is beautiful and was perfect for Toby. He seemed really happy there and came home looking incredibly well looked after. I will definitely be using Veronika again in the future.”

About: Hi there! I have always been a huge animal lover and from a very young age have had cats, dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish - you name it! I currently have a 4 year old pug and a 7 year old cat Both are very friendly and get on with other dogs etc. I know how scary it can be leaving your little one with another person so I can assure you that they will be looked after like they are one of my own. I work from home every day Monday - Friday and am also at home on weekends so very flexible with regards to care and walking routines. I also have a lawn/garden which is fenced so they can happily be outside as and when they need as the french doors are left open during the day. I have a fenced garden and a pet gate between the kitchen and front door so they are super safe and still have space to enjoy and roam.

They seemed to settle in quite well but then expressed some concerns and started turning on one another which led to Jodie seeking advice from Rover as I was out of the country, she did try to contact me but with the time difference I was already asleep so I was grateful she seeked professional advice. It ended with the dogs having to spend time apart and she handled this so well and I can’t thank her enough. From the moment we first met them, it was clear they were true dog people, and we instantly felt confident Richmond would be in safe hands.
