“Mollay went above and beyond this time for me! Starting with the booking, this was super last minute, but she was flexible and worked with me to get my dog walked. After that, she got some really cute pictures! When she made it back to my house, she even watered my plants and said hello to my rabbit for me! What a great experience all around. She is my go to!”

“Excellent communicator and really helped me out with taking my dog out while I settled into a new job where it wasn’t feasible for me to go home on my lunch break the first month. Would absolutely book her again!”

“Brittany is very gentle and patient with my extremely high energy dog! She is very reliable, she works all of her expected shifts and she is a great communicator. Thank you Brittany for all of your hard work and dedication!”

About: Hello! We’re the Asakura family. My name is Kristina and I have loved and had many animals my entire life. I have loved and cared for pets for as long as I can remember, I started watching my neighbors sheltie when I was 6. Years ago my husband told me dogs can’t out number people in our house and that’s where “my” but really our rover journey began. Adding two kids and two cats to our family has been great. We still have plenty of love to go around, especially raising two animal loving kids. Our doggos are getting old, slow, and grouchy. They’re very loving but don’t really care to play with us or other pups anymore. They just want loves, treats, and to go on a short walk hear and there. We love watching dogs that enjoy going for walks and playing fetch! We love on and spoil every pet we welcome into our home. Pets are welcome anywhere in our home and even sleep with us or our kids. I do require a meet and greet prior to booking any request. This is the best way to get to know you and your fur baby/babies and answer all questions. Thank you for reading and considering me and my family to care for your pet while you are away. My husband is up at 4 and lets everyone out to potty. The kids and I wake 6-7. I start feeding. All dogs are fed one at a time. If you happen to have a “grazer” I will fill their bowl and offer it throughout the day. We like to go for a morning-ish walk and come home for lunch and nap time. Dogs can be let out anytime throughout the day. If we leave the animals alone its usually for appointments or trips to the grocery store. We like to take a shorter walk in the evening after dinner around the baseball fields. Dogs are usually fed their dinner around 5. I make sure to let everyone out before bed and bedtime is 9. Safety is the most important thing to me. Having kids and pets I understand how hard it is to trust somebody with their safety. For this reason, I do not take in dogs that have been aggressive, resource guard, or are intact. All pets need to be up to date on all vaccines and flea and tick treatment. If your dog is not up-to-date on vaccines please do not get them right before the stay. It can upset your dogs stomach and give them diarrhea, so no fun for anyone. As for flea and tick meds no collars please and please do not use topical a week prior to dropping off your pet. This is to keep everyone safe. Our yard is fully fenced and the dogs are only let out to potty or play. Environment-I really want to ensure your dog will enjoy their time in our home. It’s the best feeling when owners tell me their dog knows when they’re coming and they see how excited they are! We try our best to do as you would at home, so if there are certain rules or schedules that you have, I would like to know. When I started river, I only watched one dog at a time. However, now I do watch more than one dog at a time. I try to have it where they are all repeat clients, and I’ve got to know the dog and their personalities. However, with first time clients occasionally there will be repeat clients where I know and trust the dogs just as I do my own. This is another reason meet and greet are so important.
“Megan was awesome! She was super flexible with my last minute booking and Benson absolutely loved her. I got updates while they walked and he looked like he was having fun the entire time. I would absolutely re-book with her!”

About: Hi! I’m an experienced pet lover who worked at a pet store for a year and has spent years dog sitting and walking for friends, family, and neighbors. I’m comfortable with different personalities, routines, and energy levels. I’m reliable, patient, and treat every pet like my own. I’m also happy to send updates and photos so you can feel confident while you’re away! Pet care is a central part of my daily routine since I currently pet sit full time. I plan my days around each pet’s schedule, including walks, feeding, playtime, and check-ins, ensuring they get consistent attention and care. I tailor my care to each pet’s needs and routine. For house sitting, I keep pets comfortable by maintaining their normal schedule, including feeding, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. For drop-in visits, I make sure pets are fed, have fresh water, get exercise or bathroom breaks, and feel cared for while you’re away. During dog walks, I focus on safe, engaging walks that match your dog’s energy level. I always prioritize safety, communication, and making pets feel relaxed and happy.

About: (Just to clarify that headline is from Frozen.) I'm a former dog owner and I loved my elderly dog till she passed. I've also pet sat for multiple families over the last five years. I'm familiar with high anxiety dogs, dogs with diet restrictions, I've house sat for multiple dogs and cats. I also recently helped feed and home a stray mama cat and her kittens over the summer. I approach with calm, confidence and joy. Its important to me that when I first meet an animal, the critter feels safe to approach me in their own time. Some animals can be anxious so I try not to be over stimulating. I'm a care provider to a cherished family member, so I have flexibility through out the week to care for animals when I'm not with that person. My dog of ten years that passed had a special diet for a sensitive stomache, I had to wash her bedding more often. Even though she was a small breed I still took her on walks. As she entered her golden years I frequently took care of accidents, put her in diapers, took her to the doctors for her stomach and her anxiety. Gave her medicine to ease her ailments. I do the same for the animals in my care, make sure they are loved and cared for the way their per parents outline for me. Down to walks, play time and special food requirements. Our fur buddies deserve care for the unconditional love they give us.

About: Hi there! I am a loving, patient dog mom who has never met a pup she didn't like! I have been a rescue dog foster for 5 years and worked with Rover since 2020 - I have cared for dozens of pets of different needs and breeds. I care for dogs with genuine love, patience and positive reinforcement! Meeting new dogs & getting to know their personality is so fun for me. Fostering requires a general love of animals, and home visits to verify you have adequate space to care for the dogs' needs. You must commit to learning about the foster, love it like your own, and communicate with potential adopters about the dogs needs/personality. The goal of fostering is to make dogs as comfortable in a new place as possible. These are all qualities I bring to the table as a pet-sitter. I have a fenced dog run with a potty area, a neighborhood park for walks and playtime, and anything a dog might need for their stay! I understand everyone wants the best possible care for their pet, and will provide a personalized, consistent pet care experience with lots of pictures and communication. Let’s make your time away a doggy vacation that is anxiety-free! I can't wait to hear about your fur baby! I am home full-time, so I have a free schedule for playing, potty breaks and exercise! Just let me know your pets schedule and needs and I will work it into my day. I have a fenced back dog run, free space to roam or a separate enclosed space if needed. I am happy to accommodate your pup however you need!
“Andrhu is so great with our girls! He plays so well with our social dog so that she is worn out and happy when we get home. For our shy dog, he gives gentle attention and praise, working to form a bond of trust. He was also so thoughtful to stow our Amazon delivery safely out of sight. He really is the best!”

“Kelsey took excellent care of my pup while I was out of town, she is a great communicator and very flexible and reliable. I would absolutely recommend her! She also sends fantastic updates that seriously made me smile every day🥰”
