About: I’ve grown up having dogs around me at all times. I currently have 3 of my own fur babies, and while they’re definitely a handful (or pawful), I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love playing, walking, and just spending time with pets and I can’t wait to be able to treat your animals like my own! During my services, I always make sure to include at least three pictures of your pets when I stop by, I know how long a day can feel without seeing your animals. My main goal is to make sure you and your pet(s) are satisfied with the services I provide because I know just how important our furry friends are to all of us and our families! About: Hi I'm Alexis and I’ve been a pet sitter for friends and family off and on for the last six years. That means I’ve spent over half a decade figuring out exactly who really runs the house (spoiler: it’s usually the cat). I am currently home from college and my schedule is wide open till mid-July. I am available Monday through Sunday for full-time care, walks, and check-ins. Because I am not juggling classes right now, your pets are my main priority. Please note: I will be heading back to Arizona for the upcoming semester between August 13th-22nd, so I am looking for bookings that take place before that move. Until then, I have total flexibility to stick to your specific routine and provide plenty of companionship for your "babies." I provide care exclusively in the client's home, as I do not offer boarding in my own home at this time. This allows your pets to stay in their own comfortable, familiar environment while you are away. When I am in your home, I treat it with the same respect I give my own. I prioritize a "safety-first" environment by doing a quick sweep for anything your pet shouldn't get into and making sure all doors and gates are secure. I am very diligent about leashes and harnesses during walks to prevent any accidents. I believe trust is built through communication. You can expect regular photo updates so you know your pets are safe, happy, and following their normal rhythm. About: I have been taking care of animals in my life for over 10 years now. I have grown up with dogs and cats as well as pet rats, guinea pigs, snakes, even spiders. I have worked at a shelter for 3 years and had to be a safety oriented person by always making sure all the animals I watched over got all the care they needed. I am CPR and first aid certified for dogs and cats and have experience giving animals medicine! I have a flexible work from home schedule so I am able to always have time for the pets I watch and provide multiple bathroom breaks and walks, and I always be there to give them love and affection! About: Growing up, I’ve always had pets, and my first childhood pet was a cat named Blackie. Later, we added another cat, Oreo, to the family. Around the same time, we welcomed Tank, our German Shepherd/Shar-Pei mix, who became my loyal companion from elementary school through high school. I took care of Tank every day, and he was so sweet and gentle that he even helped people overcome their fear of dogs. When Blackie and Oreo passed, we brought two more cats, Dickie and Roxy, into our family. Over time, Dickie disappeared, and I got another cat, Marley, who had a litter of kittens. We kept one and named her Gracie. Shortly after having her kittens, Marley passed away. Later, I got another cat, Buddy, who eventually ran away. About: I love spending time with dogs of all kinds. My family dog passed away of old age (13 years) last year so I love the thought of spending time with other people’s dogs and giving them love when their families can’t be there. I currently have a golden doodle named Loki (2 years old) who lives with my friend and have taught him to sit, shake, lay down, and whisper bark! I am currently a graduate student studying speech language pathology at the University of Washington. All funds that I make through Rover go towards paying my tuition. About: I've worked at kennels before, I have a special needs dog, I get along with all dogs, I've taught my dogs to sit and stay in sign language. I can feed, walk, play with, and medicate dogs. I even used to sleep with my Pixie because she has epilepsy and I could wake up and medicate her during her seizures. I would walk my dogs every day with a backpack full of treats, doggy bags, and water. I took ASL for 2 years in high school, so I can communicate with deaf customers and deaf doggies. I'm a bit out of practice, but I can definitely get by in a conversation. I love all furry and four legged creatures and I hope to be walking yours! I'm currently mom to 3 cats (and one gecko). I've been a cat owner since childhood and have had dogs in the past as well as experience working in kennels. Pet care is my life. I love my furry kids and I'd love to work with yours. I'm very available and flexible for your pets needs. I'm widely available right now and would love to fill my spare time with caring for pets, whether it is walks, drop ins, or an overnight. I should be able to adapt to most requests and understand life can get weird, so I accept same day bookings or same day cancellations at least for walks and drop ins, should also be fine for overnights. About: I have had dogs all my life. After I moved out I raised a chocolate lab from 8 weeks old until he passed at 16 yrs. During that time frame I was also raising my Weimaraner at the same time! Both were high energy dogs (and Kaiser, my weim, still is). This has given me experience large breed, high energy dogs. I also have experience with elderly dogs. I am also no stranger to small dogs as I have also cared for my friends pomeranian. I am able to do drop ins before work, during lunch (depending on distanc), and after work. I am able to stay the night if necessary. My pets have full access to the house and are always well fed, cared for, and loved whether its play time or just hanging out watching TV.
