He is an energetic dog that needs plenty of attention and structure. Julia perfectly marries strictness with playfulness. She is extremely attentive towards him and makes sure he is not being naughty while also being so caring. On walks she follows my regimen and makes sure that Bear is not eating or smelling anything he shouldn't. She has experience walking Bear on a collar, gentle leader, and harness and knows how to properly put them on and make sure he is secure. She is one of the two people I trust to take care of Bear when I am gone for a short or long period of time. About: I have been walking dogs and pet sitting for about 10 years and have cared for all sorts of breeds! No breed is too much to handle. One of the first times I saw James and her together was at a bonfire with some friends and she had him off of the leash and I was worried that he was going to run off but no she had him so well trained I was amazed wishing I could get my dog to listen the way she had hers. About: I've been taking care of animals since I was in 5th-6th grade. I've had quite a few animals who all have lived their full age limit. I'm currently not working any other jobs so ill be available most of the time of everyday of the week when needed including most weekends. I do have a 1 year old that I might have to being along but she's been really good with my two dogs I have. If you have any specific needs or wants for your pet I will do my best to follow directions very closely and will treat your pet as my own.

About: I have worked as a vet assistant for 3 years, and currently I am working towards a grooming career. I also foster puppies and kittens through Auburn Humane Society. I work a part-time schedule as a groomer at the moment. This allows for a fairly open schedule for my clients even during the week. I keep my books open to almost same day bookings incase of ‘emergent’ needs of my clients. If you have an unexpected event or need pet sitting in a pinch please don’t hesitate to contact me. About: I volunteered at an animal shelter for 4 years and am the reliable one to friends and neighbors to care for their pets. When a friend couldn’t fly with their Doberman due to the heat wave I watched him for 3 weeks. Another friend of mine flys from Alaska for me to watch their dog while vacationing/training. I am working, but pretty open and flexible. Just let me know what you are looking for and we can discuss a schedule that works. My 1 acre backyard is fully fenced. About: Have had many dogs and cats in a city environment and many in a country environment. Been taking care of them since I could remember! I work in the morning 4-5 days out of the week and have the weekends off. Services available later in the day on weekdays and on all weekends. I’m currently in an apartment and don’t have an open yard. However, I like to keep a schedule so your pet will go on plenty on walks throughout the day!

“Amara has literally changed my life. Her service, both in dog training and boarding, has helped me manage my four otherwise unruly dogs, allowed me piece of mind, and the ability to take more vacations. In regards to training, she helped me when my dog was eight years old and set in her ways, begin the steps to getting over high separation anxiety. Not only was Amara able to help correct my dog's behavior, but she was flexible with what time and money I was able to personally devote to the problem, and work around those restrictions. Also, while it did not pertain to my dog, it was clear in the process that Amara had a strong handling and a wealth of experience with worse cases, particularly dogs with aggression issues. She clearly knows a dog's boundaries, and is able to problem solve around each individual dog using proven techniques As for boarding, I am very nervous about other people watching my dogs because of their behavior issues regarding strangers and due to past escape incidents with friends and family. However, when leaving my dogs in Amara's care, I have no worries. She respects my relationship with my dogs, while also taking my concerns seriously. She is also able to provide more individualized care than what a larger kneel facility would be able to give. If anything, my dogs behavior better when they're left alone at her place, and while my dogs typically don't get along with other dogs, they had no trouble adjusting to spending time with Amara's own two dogs, who are, of course, immaculately trained. There's also never been any trouble with other dogs, who may be receiving boarding at the same time. Overall, Amara, is a professional. This is her job and life's work; this isn't just a side gig for her. You are getting quality service choosing her”
