About: In a quiet neighborhood in Spanaway you will find Tony’s “casa de pets.” This casa or house has a large fence in back yard for your pet to run, play, and do the doo that they do. We have flexible hours as well as we can pick up your pet for a small fee. If your’ pet is friendly with others there are several nearby parks within 10 minutes. We also have the ability to take them to several dog parks, one of them being the awesome Steilacoom dog park. We love to play, spend quality time, and snuggle with pets. In the past we have owned several dogs and several crested geckos. My work is seasonal which allows me to have some extra time on my hands. Both my partner and I love animals. We are at a point in our life we don’t want to have a pet full time but truly miss having them around. So here is where Rover will benefit all of us! We get to have pet play dates and snuggle from time to time while you get to enjoy time away without worry. My favorite dog is the Rhodesian Ridgeback. My partner loves manatees and alpacas. We don’t have the space for an alpaca and the manatee well that is just not going to happen unless we move to Florida near a river. If you have an alpaca farm we would love to visit! Safety is important to us. There are several animal hospitals within 10 minutes of our house. We have both been through the elderly dog years. We have also taken care of friends’ dogs that have health issues. We are able to give most medication. We have not given any injections but we can be shown how to with your pet if needed. FYI during the 4th of July we do get a lot of neighbors that shoot of fireworks so if your dog has issues with that we may not be able to help during that time period.

About: I am a military spouse who’s been around dogs of many different breeds all of my life, and currently have 1 puppy. I love long walks, understand dog’s body language, and know that trust goes a long way with our fur babies. I am understanding of how fast schedules can change and can be very flexible. I also love puppy photography so be ready to have an influx of cute pictures of your fur baby ! I’d love the opportunity to meet your dogs and become walking buddies :) I am an online college student who breaks up my weekdays with walks ! I am an active person and try to get my 10,000 steps every day. I am available for breakfast, lunch, and dinners for your fur babies including walks/potty breaks before or after. I have a large fenced in yard and 1 puppy in my home. I am flexible with different types of trainings, do multiple training sessions throughout the day, and offer separate mental stimulation every day. I crate trained my puppy and am willing to help train your fur baby as well.

About: I have had cat or multiple cats my adult life. I typically have 1 or more cats in my home at a time. Background that my cats have died for various reasons due to aging, kidney, thyroid, pancreas disease, etc. which allows me to be fairly familiar with learning when they are sick or in pain. I have a good understanding of how they react to new environments. I utilize the vet to support them when they need it. I currently have a cat and volunteering/fostering with the shelter. I am available holidays and weekdays. I am available Saturdays and Sundays. I am not working a full time job at this time. Happy to adjust my routine as needed. Cats are to be treated as companions as they are independent. I like to ensure they stay on routine and schedule and their needs met. A clean litter box makes it easier for them to use it properly. Cats are truly unique in their ways and should be respected as a companionship is a blessing. I am currently without any cats or pets of any kind.

I am currently home from college and my schedule is wide open till mid-July. I am available Monday through Sunday for full-time care, walks, and check-ins. Because I am not juggling classes right now, your pets are my main priority. Please note: I will be heading back to Arizona for the upcoming semester between August 13th-22nd, so I am looking for bookings that take place before that move. Until then, I have total flexibility to stick to your specific routine and provide plenty of companionship for your "babies." I provide care exclusively in the client's home, as I do not offer boarding in my own home at this time. This allows your pets to stay in their own comfortable, familiar environment while you are away. When I am in your home, I treat it with the same respect I give my own. I prioritize a "safety-first" environment by doing a quick sweep for anything your pet shouldn't get into and making sure all doors and gates are secure. I am very diligent about leashes and harnesses during walks to prevent any accidents. I believe trust is built through communication. You can expect regular photo updates so you know your pets are safe, happy, and following their normal rhythm. About: I began working professionally with dogs around eighteen and I never looked back. I started in Doggy Daycares, then worked my way into the vet field, and I learned so many amazing things along the way. Now I work full-time through Rover, where I can apply the skills I’ve learned to ensure your fur baby has the most comfortable stay possible. I have a fenced yard and three other dogs to keep your baby company while they are away from home. I try to work with your dogs schedule so the transition from home is as smooth as possible. The dogs are let out ever 1-2 hours and we often spend some time to play outside, especially if it’s hot and we can get the pool out ! Every pet is treated like my own. My home is set up with not just my own pets safety in mind, but for every pet that visits. They are welcome on the couch, bed, or wherever makes them comfortable ! I have ramps so that they don’t have to jump, multiple water bowls that I change frequently throughout the house, and a yard that I love to spend time with the fur babies in !
