About: I grew up surrounded by many animals. When I was 10 I had 4 guinea pigs, 2 dogs, 1 cat and stray farm cats. I spent time working on a farm with my family who taught me how to love and care for animals. I also pet sat throughout high school and later worked at a doggy daycare, gaining hands on experience with dogs of all ages and personalities. I love taking dogs on hikes and fun adventures while their pet parents are away. I even have a dedicated dog room filled with their favorite things to help them feel comfortable, loved, and at home until their family returns. 🏡 I’m a stay at home wife to a military man I love to bake, walk, go on hikes, and if I’m not hiking I’m home 24/7, so your dog will always have plenty of attention and care. When a dog stays with me, I follow their usual routine as closely as possible. We will also go on plenty of walks and Saturdays are reserved for fun hikes and extra adventures!! I will also annoy you with pictures and videos to update you! 😂💖 I provide a calm, loving home where pets are treated like my family. I follow their regular routines, provide daily walks, plenty of attention, and a safe, comfortable space so they feel happy while their parents are away.

About: I have cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, horses, cows, chickens, and ducks from a very young age. For the last 13 years I have worked in the pet food industry developing a knowledge and passion for pet health, behavior and nutrition. My current work schedule is Tues-Sat, I am available for walks, potty breaks and feedings before or after my shifts. Sunday and Monday there is more flexibility in my schedule and I can do mid day drop ins or longer distance runs/walks with higher activity level pets. I would love to meet you and your pet to discuss any special needs or requirements for their care. I have a fenced yard and live in walking distance to a public park and school field that can be used before/after school hours. I prefer to work with your pet in the environment which they are most comfortable, your home. I am open to short stays at my home if that is what is best for your situation.
About: I’ve been in love with dogs since I got my first golden lab at age 6 and haven’t looked back, I am extremely active, and love taking care, playing with and making sure they get plenty of exercise. Recently my 14 year old black lab passed away, she had many surgeries/health issues towards the end and I’m very experienced with older dogs as well as younger. I respect all client wishes and it’s imperative to me that you know your animal is being taken care of with the same care you’d give them. I am currently working part time, so I am available everyday after 1 pm, weekdays and weeknights, and my schedule is extremely flexible. I also walk twice a day as apart of my own routine, so it’s very easy to incorporate pets into my schedule. I have a fairly good sized backyard with 6 feet high fences, a two story home with plenty of space to crate your dog if needed. I also live less than one block away from an elementary school with a massive fenced in field, with plenty of room for your pet to run around in a safe environment.

We have large breed dogs and are living in a unique situation with a home and yard that need major renovations so it’s more difficult to make sure our pets needs are met but we really felt like they were well taken care of while we were gone! She had great communication, followed instructions well, and even left xmas cookies for the dogs and treats for us humans as well! We’ll definitely be looking to hire her again in the future.”

About: Always check to see if the dog has food and water, especially during hot weather. I always play with the dog no matter if I'm tired. I live near a dog park so I visit there with my sister's dog when I watch him. I have had dogs of my own as well. I can work with any size of dog or breed of dog. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
