About: Dogs and other domestic pets of all ages, shapes, and sizes have been a part of my life since I was a young child growing up in rural Kansas, and I truly believe they are a family member. They can be therapeutic and loving towards you in ways you didn't know you needed. Please consider me to help not only care for your dog/pet but to also show them some love and gratitude while in my presence. I am currently a stay-at-home mom while my boys are in elementary and middle school. I will have the most time to care for your pets during the day while my kids are in school, as well as sometimes late afternoon and evening depending on after school activities. I have a fenced in yard but do live on Joint Base Lewis McChord, located on the North Fort side. The yard is well-maintained with natural grass and plenty of space to run around. I have one dog that gets along well with others and loves to have play dates. He is older so he likes to take naps and enjoy the sunshine!

I like to make sure the daily routine of your animal is as close to it usually is. I keep dogs on leashes no matter what when on walks! And usually keep them contained when loading anything in or out to avoid any running away/chasing them around kind of drama. Anything you recommended to me or want me to do I will make sure happens to ensure your pets & home are safe. For boarding I have a very large fenced back yard with a locked gate which is the only access outside. There's also neighborhoods around with side walks for walks. I do have a hotel styled lock at the top of my front door that makes it impossible for the kids to accidentally open it and let any animals out. I also usually for boarding attach an air tag to the animal while they are at my house for extra precaution. No such thing as too safe!

Therefore, I know each dog has their own specific needs, and I love to spoil them in their own way! I currently work 2.5 hour shifts as a coach 3 times a week, besides that I am able to give them all the love and affection they need. Besides these short shifts your dogs will rarely ever be left alone! I have a dog of my own who goes on walks daily, and also plays enrichment games everyday! “Erica was very attentive and loving to our dog Calvin. He gets so stressed when we go out of town, which in turn causes me a lot of anxiety for leaving him. I was able to talk to Erica before our trip and ask questions, reiterate Calvin's likes and dislikes and just get a general feeling of how she would handle any situations that could potentially pop up. They got along so well that I don't think Calvin was ready to come home, HA! I received several updates throughout my trip and it was clear that she was taking care of him just as I would be. 💚”
