Bobbi was more than accommodating and accepted Shaka's extension. She kept me well informed and sent me pictures multiple times a day. This was our first time using Rover and Stephanie did a great job taking care of our fur babies. It was a last minute booking and she was kind and accommodating, meeting us in the evening at a time that fit our schedule so we could meet her and see where they would be staying.
