“Val provided excellent care to our senior dog, Lily and kept us updated with several pictures throughout her stay. Val's home is air-conditioned, with a large yard to run and play in and a security camera/system to ensure safety. Thank you for your patience in caring for our hard of hearing and anxious senior dog.”

“Tony and Krista are fantastic sitters. They are genuine and reliable, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. It’s great to feel free to travel and know that your pet is well cared for.”

“This is the second time we have used Christopher for boarding and we use him for daycare every week. Our dogs love him. They get so excited they jump out of the car and he's a great communicator. 10 stars! Thank you for all you do for our babies, Christopher & his lady! 🙏❤️💯”

“Diahann took amazing care of our sweet girl. She updated us everyday while we were away and our dog was loved and pampered. We will definitely be re booking with Diahann.”

“This was my first time leaving my pooch and Mollie made it a very wonderful experience. She kept me up to date on Harleys happiness. She truly went above and beyond my expectations. I believe Harley will be making visits again soon and often. Thank you Mollie Harley and I appreciate you!”

“It was great to be able to leave Lily with Kaitlin when we were gone for 4 nights. We had only left Lily alone once before, but she had a lot of fun playing with Fletcher. We really appreciated Kaitlin's text updates and photos. When we picked her up she was tired from all the fun, but not overexcited, which told me she had really enjoyed spending time with Kaitlin and her sweet family. Thanks for taking care of our baby so well Kaitlin!”

“My Maltese Celeste had a wonderful stay with Ashleigh and her husband: lots of stimulation including walks around the lake, romping with her doggies, stealing their toys and being cuddled. Highly recommend her.”
“Kristine was great! This was my chihuahuas first time away from family and he was very comfortable. It didn’t occur to me there would be fireworks due to the holiday. He hates fire works but Kristine handled it well. Thank you Kristine!”

“I loved the care she provided! She was informing me of the activities my dogs did during the day along with pictures, reassuring me they were happy and well!”

“Lôc was an excellent caretaker for our pup. Plenty of updates, pics, and videos, with timely responses. We’ll be happy to have her stay with him again. Thanks!”

“Lexie was a 10/10 sitter! She totally saved me from a sitter emergency with my dog being on medication and was able to take her last minute. This was my first time using Rover, and she not only was amazing at communicating the process to me but also updating me everyday on how my puppy was doing. I was never worried and I felt so at ease seeing my puppy enjoy, play, and take naps. She's definitely a pro at taking care of dogs and I was at ease knowing the my puppy was in a loving home with a wonderful knowledgable sitter :) Other notes: Her yard and home space is hygienic and beautiful, quite an oasis for dogs! All of her outdoor plants are dog safe and there's so much room for your dog to run around in her backyard. She also has her own little doggy that my puppy loved playing with!”

Kyley and her family took great care of Dot on her 2 night stay. I received regular updates with photos on how well she was doing which allowed me to enjoy my time away especially since this was my first time away from her since I adopted her. I will definitely book with them again. She had so much fun, she’s tuckered out!

Khaythlen is so much more than a dog boarder or sitter. She understands dogs and advocates from the dogs perspective so you can become a better dog owner. She communicative and responsive. She took exceptional care of our reactive cattle dog, and I felt completely at ease having my dog in her care.

Highly recommend!!!! My pug Nala had a blast with Loc. Loc shared lots of pics and videos of my smiling pup eating snacks and walks around the neighborhood while wagging her tail. Kept me updated on my pup daily and very responsive to any questions I had. Loc is very accommodating and helped me in bind when last minute boarding plans didn't work out and was available for pick up at 9pm.( So grateful as I had a flight at 7am the next day) Very grateful for him to take great care of Nala. Highly recommend!!!! Will use Loc's services again. My pup came home happy and exhausted from all the fun she was having.

Nicole was awesome with our dog. He has some behavioral issues, so he’s not an easy dog but Nicole was a pro and he even came back to us with a more chill demeanor. It was so fun she sent us txt and video updates the whole weekend too! we’re really grateful she could watch our doggo. 10/10

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
