I've LOVED dogs ever since I could remember. I grew up with a golden retriever and collie mix named Rusty. He was a big, goofy, happy pup. In my adult life, I've cared for friends pets and volunteered at Burien C.A.R.E.S. walking & feeding dogs who were waiting for their forever home. While living in LA, I fostered and then adopted an incredibly sweet, loving American bulldog named Bindi. We had an amazing ride together, but at 16 years old she had to be euthanized at home due to advanced cancer. I'm not yet ready to get my own new pup, but I'd be very happy to watch and care for yours. I totally get how important your dog is to you- they're not just a pet; they're family. I will treat and care for your fur baby like s/he was my own. :) **I only watch 1 dog at a time (unless there's 2 from the same family), so you can have peace of mind that your pup will have my full attention and energy.**

Jeff, was amazing. He was able to accommodate last-minute when our original plans fell through. Our dog, who is used to being around us, took to him. With the daily picture updated, I could see that my little guy was doing fine...which allowed my husband and I to relax and enjoy our family weekend getaway. I would highly recommend Jeff.

Schedule
I work from home so I have ample time to give your pup lots of love and attention, play time and walks. I have a large fully-fenced back yard, so rest assured your furry friend will get plenty of fresh air and potty breaks. Also, Lake Wapato is only a couple blocks from my home and I love taking nice long walks to and from there and around the lake. Additionally, there's a dog park located there, so if your pup gets along well with other dogs in a free range setting, I'm happy to incorporate that into our walks.

I take the responsibility of caring for your pup very seriously. I'm conscientious and I truly love dogs so your pup will be in good hands. **I only watch 1 dog at a time (unless there's 2 from the same family), so you can have peace of mind that your pup will have my full attention and energy.** I have a lot of experience with a wide variety of dogs, including senior pups. I actually purchased my ranch-style home with my senior dog in mind so there's lots of areas to lounge either on one of the four dog beds, big bean bag or on the couch. My large fully-fenced backyard is a great place for quick potty breaks, to run a round and play, or simply relax and chill in the grass or on a bed on the covered deck.
A typical day
I love to go for long walks in the neighborhood and to and from Lake Wapato park near my house. We'll play fetch, a game of tug, and they'll get lots of pets and cuddles. Sometimes, we'll jump in the car and go to other parks/trails in the city.
