I had 2 dogs of my own. One for 16 years & a rescue for 14., both which I had to put down due to old age. I have been fostering for about 2 years now. For Tacoma Humane Society & Wet Noses Dry Paws. My first foster was a momma dog & 5 puppies. What a task but I loved them so much. It gives me such joy to see them get adopted and go into a loving home.

Leann did a wonderful job looking after my pets a my house for a week. Both of my dogs and one of my cats took to her right away when she came by the house to meet everyone. It reassured me to see how well they liked her on first meeting. We were out of the country so had minimal phone access, but Leann sent updates and photos so we could feel reassured that all was well. We were delayed getting back home and Leann said she would have come back to the house if she had known. The pets were fine, and only home alone a bit longer than we expected, I thought it was very sweet of her though. My mom, who recently passed, was my pet sitter and Leann is the first sitter I have used through Rover - I would definitely use Leann again for pet sitting and I highly recommend her to others. Thank you, Leann!

Leann was recommend to us from a friend. She took great care of our 15 year old dog for 5 days while we were out of town. We appreciated the communication with updates and pictures. We enjoyed our trip knowing someone caring was watching our dog.
Leann was a great sitter! She came and stayed with our Rex while we were out of town. She communicated really well - giving us daily updates on Rex and made the whole experience easy. I was so reassured that Rex was in good hands and he was being cared for as we would. I would not hesitate to book her again in the future.

Schedule
I am retired & am flexible with my time. I don’t go a lot of places. I really need to fill my loneliness from losing my dogs. Even though it has been a while since they passed. My roommate just recently moved out and she had two dogs that kept me company. So my house feels really empty.

I have a 3 foot fenced yard. I would take your dog on walks and I do try to engage them with doggy toys. I will give them so much love. Also, I am trustworthy to dog sit at your residence if desired.

A typical day
A typical day would consist of a walk or 2 in the neighborhood & plenty of playtime & love, If it is warm enough & I have permission, I would take them to the dog park.
