Hello Pet Parents, My name is Gisella, and I’ve grown to love animals ever since our Brownie, an English Bulldog, became part of our family. Marlon, our cat, joined us during the pandemic, though he sadly passed away in May 2025. We are now temporarily fostering a cat, Percy, who enjoys spending time outdoors and keeping to himself indoors. I can commit to caring for one pet or family at a time to ensure your furry friend receives full attention, care, and companionship while in our care. We live in a single family residential neighborhood in Tacoma, just a short drive from Wapato Park and a quick drive to Point Defiance. I also offer boarding services in our home for those times when your pet needs a safe, loving environment while you’re away. Meet & Greet / Drop-Off: Feel free to contact me to schedule a meet and greet or for last-minute drop-offs. I prefer to have a schedule in advance but am happy to be flexible when needed. You can reach me via email, text, or phone. Pet Requirements: For the safety and wellbeing of all animals in my care, Tacoma city regulations and best practices require: Current vaccinations: Rabies and Bordetella (for dogs). Please provide documentation. Flea/tick treatment: Pets must be up-to-date to prevent cross-contamination. Please snd photos. Health disclosure: Please inform me of any special instructions, medications, vitamins, or dietary sensitivities. What to Bring: Your pet’s bed and blanket (clean) Food and water bowl (clean) Sufficient supply of pet food for their stay. Leash and harness. Towel Last, but not least, kindly bring your pet clean and healthy. About Our Care Team: My son, Gabriel, a senior in high school, helps care for the animals by walking, feeding, cleaning up, and performing light maintenance around the house to ensure the comfort of your pet. He also spends quality time with the animals, giving them love, attention, and companionship throughout the day. This was the first time we used Gisella for our dog, Ivy. She didn't disappoint, actually she was more than we could hope for. She kept us updated every day. Pictures from the walks. She also brushed her, which we hardly do, so very much appreciated. We brought some towels for wet days. She returned them washed and dried, which she really didn't have to do. Thank you, Gisella, you made our vacation so much better not having to worry about our little fur baby. We are very happy we chose her and would use her again!!!! VERY SATISFIED.
Always a great experience!
Our dog just returned from a 9-day stay with Gisella looking relaxed and refreshed. She how grown comfortable with Gisella, her son Gabriel, and their dog Brownie, a wonderful team who provides a safe, loving and caring environment. Highly recommend.
This was our dog's fourth visit to Gisella and her first over-night stay. She runs up to the front door every time, clearly happy to be there. Gisella keeps her busy with walks and play, and sends us regular updates and photos. We are grateful for the great care which Gisella gives our dog and highly recommend her.
This is my second time booking with Gisella, my dog Enzo loves having his visits with her.
Gisella and her family always do a great job with Walter, he loves visiting them and spending time with Brownie.

Zeitplan
I'm available to do drop in care in the West Seattle neighborhood Tuesday thru Saturday between 1 to 3 p.m. and between 6 p.m. to 8 pm. I offer boarding services at my house as well 7 days a week. Please sched a a meet and greet as well as a in house intro prior to (if possible). Thank you and look forward to meeting you soon.
