About: I am a phlebotomist and medical lab assistant currently looking for work. I recently moved to Washington and love it here. I grew up being around cats and dogs. I have one cat named Binx. I’ve helped family and friends with their dogs and cats. I’ve taken them on walks, given them baths, helped with their training, play with them, clean up their litter boxes, brush them, given them medicine, and even gone to the park. I feel like I am the best choice because I respect and love animals. I always make sure they are happy, healthy, and safe. I do accept both cats and dogs. I do not discriminate against any breed or size. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me. I will care for for each animal as if they are my own. I am looking forward to meeting new friends. I am currently looking for work since I moved here and I am pretty open . I am available from the mornings until 3pm or 4pm depending on my schedule. I will make sure they are fed and have water, give them space when they need it, play with them, walk them, give them company, pet them, bath them if needed, etc. I understand each animal has their own unique personalities and require different needs. I will ask for as much information as I need, to give them the best care.

About: I have had dogs all my life. After I moved out I raised a chocolate lab from 8 weeks old until he passed at 16 yrs. During that time frame I was also raising my Weimaraner at the same time! Both were high energy dogs (and Kaiser, my weim, still is). This has given me experience large breed, high energy dogs. I also have experience with elderly dogs. I am also no stranger to small dogs as I have also cared for my friends pomeranian. I am able to do drop ins before work, during lunch (depending on distanc), and after work. I am able to stay the night if necessary. My pets have full access to the house and are always well fed, cared for, and loved whether its play time or just hanging out watching TV.

About: I’ve been a pet owner since I was 5, so I have tons of hands-on experience with dogs, cats, fish, birds and reptiles. My dream is to someday open my own doggy daycare/boarding facility, because working with animals has always been my passion. I am very patient with animals, which helps me to bond with even the shyest of pets. My roll and experience at the doggy daycare I manage is overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and fun environment for all dogs. Grouping dogs appropriately based on size, temperament, and play style; monitor play yards to prevent overstimulation or conflict. Maintain strict sanitation and health protocols, ensuring all kennels, play areas, and equipment are deeply cleaned and sanitized daily. Manage stock levels for dog food, treats, cleaning supplies, first aid kits, and office materials. Recruit, interview, and train new daycare attendants and pack leaders on dog behavior, safety protocols, and company policies. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal caregiver-to-dog ratios, keeping labor costs aligned with daily attendance. Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive, collaborative team environment. Train staff to recognize early signs of stress, illness, or aggression in dogs, and ensure they know how to handle emergencies or dog fights calmly and effectively. Greet pet parents during check-in/check-out, address questions, and handle client concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy. Conduct temperament evaluations (meet-and-greets) for incoming dogs to ensure they are a good fit for open-pack play. Maintain accurate up-to-date digital records for all dogs, ensuring required vaccinations (Rabies, Bordetella, DHPP) are current. Provide owners with detailed updates, report cards, or incident reports regarding their dog’s behavior, health, and socialization. Administer medications, supplements, or specialized diets accurately as requested by owners. Provide immediate pet first aid for minor cuts, scrapes, or injuries sustained during play. Safely transport or coordinate the transport of a pet to a partner veterinarian in the event of a medical emergency. I love all the dogs like they are on my own. IAlthough I went to school to be a vet tech at Pierce, I couldn’t see myself in the vet med environment. Caring for animals has and always will be my passion. I am available for walks and check ins at this time. My availability is open all day Saturdays, sundays and Thursdays. And limited availability Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays as I work full time at a doggy daycare/boarding facility here in Lakewood. I’ll give your fur baby lots of love and attention and keep them calm and comfortable while mom/dad are away. I always do a yard/gate check before letting them outside. I will always leave your home in the same or better condition that I arrived in.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life I currently have a year old English bulldog He is very social I take care of my friends dogs when they leave town I’m currently laid off due to construction being slow so I’m looking for ways to enjoy my time off and be helpful.. I love dogs so why not spend some time with them I have a big yard fenced I won’t kennel your animals unless it’s what you want.. your dog and mine can play If your dog is friendly. Because I maintain a flexible schedule, your pet will receive plenty of supervision, companionship, and individualized attention throughout the day 🐾 My schedule allows for flexibility and plenty of time to provide attentive, hands-on care. I am a calm homebody and my house is a very low-stimulation environment. This allows pets staying with me to receive lots of supervision, interaction, enrichment, play, and rest throughout the day. 1. Safety: I pay close attention to animals in my care- monitoring their health and ensuring their curiosity stays safely contained. I routinely check that gates, doors, and leashes are properly latched, feeding instructions are accurate, and any potential hazards are removed ahead of time. I follow existing medication and walking schedules, crate routines, feeding instructions, mobility support needs, coat and body care routines, and can offer light training reinforcement when needed. Although I have systems in place for maximum safety, I require vet contact information in the case of an unexpected emergency. 2. Trust: If you feel anxious being away from your pet, or just really miss them, asking to FaceTime or Zoom is welcomed and encouraged. I try to answer messages and calls as soon as possible, and will accommodate each booking to the best of my ability. 3. Environment: We have a comfortable 3 bedroom home that is tidy-but-lived-in, with a fully fenced in backyard, and plenty of room to play. The floors are hardwood throughout, but we have carpeted stairs to get inside, outside, and upstairs, as well as central heat and AC throughout that we adjust accordingly throughout the seasons.

About: My name is Christen and my husband and I would love the opportunity to watch your dog! Our pup Brew has made us fall in love with being a puppy parent. We care for him like he is our baby and would love the chance to provide the same love and affection to yours as well! We understand the importance of attention and care that each puppy needs and promise to provide that. We would love to have another dog around for Brew to play and spend time with. We will take your pup on daily walks and/or dog park visits. Our goal is to provide any service necessary for you to feel comfortable knowing that your dog is in good hands while you are away. Trust me, I know the feeling! We will do anything and everything we can to make sure your "furry-baby" feels at home :) I work away from home on Tuesday & Thursday’s from 7:30-Noon. Other than that, I am home full time! We do prefer pups who are kennel trained for when we are away from home, however we are willing to work with what your pup is most comfortable with. Your pup will have free reign of the house & yard to play, roam, and relax wherever and however they choose. On the weekends they will never be kenneled! We are out and about with them as much as possible! If you've booked an overnight stay with us, we have a fully fenced yard and a friendly pup to keep your fur-baby company. We also have lots of treats and toys for your pup to play with so they'll never be bored!

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals ever since I was a youngling! I grew up with cats and dogs and then was able to house sit and pet sit for my neighbors. With my animal shelter job experience I am able to provide more tentative and loving care while being responsible and ready for any emergencies. As someone who is home constantly I am able to provide your pet with 24/7 care! I am very active and love to go on walks as well so if you have a dog I am always ready to be active with them!! When I have any animal in my home I am always alert and ready for anything to happen, but also I am always providing loving and caring care to the animals making sure they feel loved and their anxiety goes down! About: Growing up my family had a yellow lab and many members of my extended family also had dogs. As I got older and became independent, I would dog sit for my families’ pets. The dog sizes range from small dogs to bigger dogs and at various stages of their lives. I now live with my boyfriend who has a Great Pyrenees and a Goldendoodle. When dog sitting, I enjoy taking them out on walks, playing in the yard, and cuddling. I just moved to Tacoma and am still job hunting, and while that requires a lot of time, my days are free and flexible to meet you and your dog’s needs. I am good at following directions and can adapt to your dog. I have taken care of a senior dog where he required medicine at meal times. I enjoy taking walking with the dogs and giving them lots of attention.

About: I've had dogs since I was a child. I've had a Scotty Terrier, Golden Retriever, 2 Black Lab mixes and a Black Lab. I love all dogs especially the well behaved ones. They all lived well into there upper teens. I am very comfortable with any size dog i have had a lot of experience. I very active so the dogs would be to.
