Hi there! 👋 My name is Kate. I’m a mom of 2, and I have always had a strong love for animals. I have 2 dogs and 4 cats, some of whom are rescues. Growing up, I had a medically fragile dog that I administered insulin to and because of this, animals with disabilities have a special place in my heart. I have experience caring for multiple pets — up to 10 cats at one time. I have cared for pets of all sorts of temperaments and sizes and feel confident that I can provide exceptional care for your pet. It’s extremely important to me that you feel you can not only trust me but know that I will follow your instructions/routine perfectly and treat your pet like they are my own.

My pets are family, and they are treated just that way. They all love to play, whether it’s fetch in the backyard, puzzle boards stuffed with treats or running after toy mice. In the evenings, they love to cuddle on the couch together. Each of my pets have different needs. Once I understood their personalities and behaviors, I tailored my everyday routine.

I was looking for someone to drop in and take care of my pup when his normal day-to-day dog walker was going to be out of town. I was very fortunate to find Katelyn. During the initial meet and greet, my dog Stone was very excited to meet Katelyn. He’s a miniature Bull terrier so he has a lot of energy and doesn’t realize his own strength. She handled him without any issues and gave him lots of “loves”. He can definitely be a handful even on walks given how strong he is, but my neighbors said that Katelyn was great with him, kept him safe, and didn’t let him get away from her lol. She sent me tons of pictures from the backyard where they were all playing together. You can definitely tell she loves animals! I would 100% recommend her to anyone needing care for their furry friends. Stone and I will continue to use her in the future.
Katelyn was very attentive to our two cats, and was willing to deal with special diets for both of them, as well as medication for our older cat. She was very respectful of our home and easy to communicate with, responsive, and sent us lots of great and helpful pictures. We would definitely like to have her back the next time we need someone to watch the cats!
Katelyn is amazing, genuinely went above & beyond. Great check-in pics and recaps. Looks like Izzy enjoyed every visit with her!

Schedule
I am a stay-at-home mom to my 3-year-old. Our days consist of being at home and playing in our backyard when we’re not running the occasional errand. I have open availability morning, afternoon and evening Monday—Sunday.
