I’m Fear Free Certified, so I’m trained in techniques that help reduce fear, anxiety, and stress in animals—especially helpful for nervous or shy pets. I’m also a veterinary professional where on a daily basis I deal with animal behavior, health, and basic care. This knowledge helps me better understand your pet’s needs, whether they’re a rambunctious puppy, a senior with special care requirements, or anything in between. I approach every animal with patience, empathy, and respect—and I truly treat them like part of the family.

Samantha has always been an animal lover. She is very responsive to their needs. She has taken care of cats, dogs and horses. She is great with all of them and they respond well to her. She is extremely responsible with feeding, cleaning, exercising, playing with and administering medication if needed. Most importantly pets enjoy spending time with her. I highly recommend her
Sam has been around and helping taking care of my pets for at least the past 12 years. She's always been very caring and knowledgeable about all kinds of animals. She has always taken care of my pets with love and passion; like that they are her own. My dogs and cats have always been happy to see her and I know my pets are safe in her care. I never have to worry or fret. She is for sure the best dogsitter I've had. She even takes them on their favorite walks while I am away.

I have reliable transportation and will be able to watch pets in their home if need be to avoid stress of car rides and new places. I am very attentive to each pets need, because just like humans, each pet is different!
Pets
A typical day
It depends on the pet’s personality and comfort level, but I love engaging animals in ways that match their energy and interests! For cats, that might include interactive play with feather toys, laser pointers, or puzzle feeders to keep their minds stimulated. For dogs, I’m all about sniffy walks, fetch, tug-of-war, or enrichment games that tire them out in the best way. I also enjoy calm cuddle time, brushing (if they enjoy it!), and creating a peaceful, enriching environment—especially for shy or senior pets. I always tailor activities to what makes your pet feel happiest, safest, and most loved.
