About: ⸻ Hi, I’m Darya — your pet’s new best friend. 🐾 With over 16 years of experience as a dog walker and pet sitter, and a background working in a veterinary clinic, I bring a deep understanding of animals and their needs. Whether it’s a playful pup, a senior cat, or a nervous rescue, I care for every pet with patience, love, and a whole lot of heart. Animals have always been a huge part of my life — they’re not just pets, they’re family. I pride myself on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment where your pets feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. Whether you need daily walks, overnight care, or just someone to keep your furry friend company, I’m here to help — with experience, kindness, and plenty of belly rubs. Let’s make tails wag and hearts happy Pet care is a natural part of my everyday life. With over 16 years of experience in pet sitting and dog walking — and a background working in a veterinary clinic — caring for animals isn’t just something I do, it’s something I truly love. I’ve shaped my schedule around being there when your pets need me most, whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, or extended stays. I approach each day with patience, reliability, and a calm energy that animals respond to. Your pets’ comfort and well-being are always my top priority. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I do everything I can to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. In your home, I always respect your space and stick closely to your pet’s routine — from feeding schedules and walk times to their favorite toys and nap spots. I create a calm, familiar environment so they feel secure while you’re away. I also keep you updated with messages and photos, so you know your pet is happy and well cared for. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. I offer a cozy, clean, and peaceful space where they can relax, play, and enjoy lots of one-on-one attention. I carefully introduce them to the space and tailor everything to their individual needs — whether that means quiet corners, slow-paced walks, or plenty of playtime. No matter the setting, your pet’s well-being is always my top priority.
About: I have over 1,400 hours of hands-on animal care experience across veterinary clinics, shelters, and private pet sitting. I worked as a veterinary assistant and kennel technician for over a year and a half, and I am now an animal technician at the UC Davis Veterinary Hospital, where I care for animals with medical, behavioral, and special-needs conditions. I’m experienced and fully comfortable administering medications, including oral meds, topical treatments, eye/ear meds, injections (when appropriate), and other medical care that falls within my abilities and training. I understand how to safely handle pets who need ongoing monitoring or extra support. I also have personal experience caring for a dog on seizure watch, so I’m familiar with monitoring, recognizing warning signs, logging episodes, and creating a calm, safe environment. I’ve also pet-sat for another dog with seizures, so I’m confident managing pets who need extra attention or have neurological conditions. In addition to my clinical work, I have volunteered at multiple animal shelters, gaining experience with shy, anxious, and reactive cats and dogs. I use gentle, low-stress handling and prioritize safety, patience, and communication with every pet. I’ve been pet sitting for several years and understand how to keep pets relaxed, loved, and stress-free in their own home. Your pet will always receive attentive, professional, and compassionate care with me. I work on the very low end of part-time hours and am currently a full-time college student, but I have plenty of availability for pet care. I’m free most afternoons and evenings on weekdays, I am free all day tuesdays, and I also have afternoons through evenings available on weekends. My schedule is consistent, and I’m happy to accommodate regular visits, drop-ins, or evening check-ins. If you need a specific time, just message me — I’m flexible and can usually make it work. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. I use calm, low-stress handling and always take the time to read each pet’s body language so they feel safe, respected, and never rushed. I’m confident working with shy, sensitive, and special-needs pets and I’m comfortable giving medications, following detailed care instructions, and monitoring pets who need extra attention. I double-check doors, gates, food amounts, and medication schedules every visit, and I keep water bowls, litter boxes, and living spaces clean and safe. I stay in close communication so you always know how your pet is doing, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. You can trust that your pet will be cared for attentively, gently, and with complete respect for their routine and comfort.
About: I’ve grown up owning dogs my whole life and I love meeting new ones! I have been around dogs from a young age and have a good amount of experience in looking after/taking care of them. I currently live in an apartment with my girlfriend who is a Veterinary Medicine student at UC Davis so you can rest assured your pets are in good hands. Please let me know if you are interested in having me come look after, walk, or just generally check in on your dogs and I guarantee I will give them the best treatment I can! My schedule is fairly open as I only work part time, meaning I have plenty of free time to focus on your pups and keeping them the happiest they can be. Since my girlfriend is a vet student, she has plenty of experience helping dogs if anything is wrong and making sure they are happy and healthy. I will be with my phone as well to answer any questions and send pictures if requested!
About: I have many years of pet industry experience. I have always owned pets but professionally have been working with them since 2012. I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. I currently make my own schedule and spend as much time with pets as I can. I would like to devote more time to at home pet care for my community. I offer all types of services that are mostly dependent on my clients needs. I have extensive experience with pets that have health problems or are older and need a little extra care; their health and well being is my top priority.
About: I have taken care of my own dogs and cats as well as family and friends’ furry family members since I can remember. In the last 6 years, I have begun walking and sitting professionally. I love to take pups on long walks and run with them when owner-approved. I am always looking to help with training during my visits using the same commands and techniques as you do for the most consistent outcomes for pets and pet parents. I am always punctual and I look forward to meeting and caring for your furry friend :) I work from home so I am able to stay over as needed for pet sitting and can care for any pets and let them out as needed throughout the day while working my day job Thursday - Monday. I walk dogs and make drop-in visits in my off time after work at 5:30pm and during my lunch break so I do leave for periods of time during sittings with your permission. I always ask how long a pet can be left alone to ensure your pet receives the time commitment you request. I also love to fill my days off Tuesday and Wednesday with plenty of walks and visits. I am unable to host furry friends at home right now due to restrictions at my apartment, but am happy to provide care at your residence.
About: I've taken care of cats and dogs in my family and among my friends my whole life, from senior cats and dogs to those less than a year old! I take care of pets everyday as part of my routine, from morning until evening! I am available at all hours in order to provide the maximum love and care possible! At home I spend lots of time with my animals and am very careful to take care of all their needs consistently, and I do the same for all pets under my care.
“This was my first time ever using Rover or hiring a dog walker and Nora was AMAZING!! She was so wonderful with my senior lab and flexible with her needs. Thank you for taking such great care of her while I was away!”

“Jessica is fantastic!! Provided wonderful walks for Sarabi while I was on a work trip, sent happy photos and notes daily. and overall was super reliable and attentive to our furry one. I highly recommend her!!”
About: I do not have a lot of dog walking experience outside of my own dog, but I have walked dogs before. I am currently volunteer at a pet rescue and mostly with cats but have walked dogs for a few shifts. I do have a small dog at home that I care for as well. I have cared for a friends Guinea pig, and dog sat for my neighbor when I was younger. I may work with cats more often but I absolutely still love being with dogs and caring for them! I work part time, but have plenty of time on the weekdays after noon to go for walks which I love doing, especially with pets 🫶🏻 My backyard is small but still good enough for my dog to get exercise because when I’m outside with him I spend a lot of time there. I love walking and go for long walks with my dog as well. It will be the same with other pets I care for, I will spend as much time as I can with them and get them tired out.
“Faith was amazing! She walked my dog and did such a great job, my pup absolutely loved her. She’s reliable, friendly, and you can tell she really cares about animals. I’ll definitely be using her services again. Highly recommend!”

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. As a wildlife biologist, I bring patience, reliability, and a deep respect for animals to every home I visit. I’m committed to giving your pets the same care and attention I give my own. Pet care currently fits smoothly into my routine because I have a very flexible schedule. Since I’m currently working part time, I’m able to dedicate plenty of time to walks, feeding, play, and check-ins without any conflicts. This flexibility allows me to be consistently available and attentive to each pet’s needs. When caring for pets, I treat their space with respect and follow all instructions exactly as provided. I try to stick to the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible so they can feel comfortable and secure. I also do my best to send regular updates and photos so the owners are able to stay informed while they are away!
About: I grew up with a bird and dog, and a cat was recently added to the family (I do not live with any pets currently). I backpack trained the cat, made toys and fortresses for the cat, took the dog on walks and hikes, whistled to the bird, and gave all the animals as many pets as I can! I've additionally done lots of pet sitting over the years for friends and family: cats, small dogs, medium dogs, rats, mice, aquariums, and insects. I don't mind reptiles either! I have a flexible schedule and am available all days of the week for pet sitting. If I am unavailable, I will quickly communicate it. I make sure to take things slow when needed in order to prevent stress for the animals. I keep a consistent schedule for feeding and cleaning. And I try to engage with the animals as much as possible when they are up for it. There is a tendency to be more easy going but I amp up the energy for playtime and walks. I like to walk in general, so I can go far for those higher energy dogs!
About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years, and nothing makes me happier than spending time with them! I walk dogs all the time and genuinely loveeee every minute of it. Whether your pup loves long adventure walks, slow sniff sessions, or cuddle breaks, I meet them exactly where they’re at. I have an extremely flexible schedule so I am available throughout the day for walks, cuddle breaks, or if your small dog needs an overnight stay! I’m reliable, patient, and committed to making every pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. You can trust that your dog will be treated like one of my own—because that’s truly how I see them.
About: I've taken care of cats and dogs since I was 12. Clients and neighbors have depended on me to look after their animals: feeding, bathing, walking. I have trained several puppies and dogs, and am confident in my skills to help dogs behave. I am available almost everyday to walk and look after pets. The hours that tend to work best for me are 8 am to 6 pm. I love animals and will treat your dog as if they were my own. I will be alert as I walk them, and excited to do so.
